The elevator and pool were closed. Wish it would of been listed they were doing construction, the parking lot was sketchy had a drunk homeless person yelling around while we were trying to bring our bags in.

Clean, AC was a little noisy, hot breakfast included, nothing special. At the time we were there, the pool was under the renovation and not working. They told us about on the day of the checking in. It didn’t matter to us. But if it’s something you are planning to use, you should check with the hotel prior booking.

The hot tub was the most disgusting hot I’ve ever been too. Didn’t notice until we got in it a turned the bubbles on. Pure brown gross slummy water. Even the wall had cooked on grime Needless to say after I was In that water I got very sick. I had to call an ambulance to take me to the hospital. After taking tests they tell me it’s viral virus. More than like from the dirty water. It made me sepsis. I almost died from there in cleanliness. I spent 3 nights in the hospital

This hotel is very outdated. We found mold on the shower curtain and marks on the bedding. The dresser in our room was very old and the drawers kept sliding open. My husband finally put a piece of plastic under it to keep it closed. Signs said they are renovating the main floor, so the pool area was closed. They need to expand renovations to the rooms.

The first room they gave us, had not been cleaned. When my husband went to the front desk they sent someone up to check out the room, The bed was messed up, the bathroom had towels on the floor, they gave us another room and it had been cleaned but in bad shape. The cabinet in the bathroom had paint splatters all over it and dirt piled in the corner. We were very dissatisfied. We had driven 10 hours and had no energy to fight. We will not be staying here again.

There was blood on the sheets. My dog found it immediately. There were ink marks all over the sheets. The lady in charge at night was very nice and apologized gave me clean sheets. There was hair in the shower. Only plus was i could stay with my dog and close to restaurants and a mall. I think i will just always bring my own sheets and strip the beds and use mine. I know they will be clean.

The rooms were spacious, had mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the shower wall that were well stocked. We had a delightful breakfast that was included in the very reasonable price of the room.

Hotel refurbished done well, room was clean and comfortable. They redid the bathrooms, just wish they had made the extra effort in pulling out the tubs and replacing with walkin showers.

We stayed here for a night traveling home. Convenience and price. The gentleman at the reservation desk was awesome (Alex). Gave us a room that worked for us, showed us the best spot to park, was polite, friendly, professional and busy! The room itself, we love the non-carpet floor (we had our 2 xsmall pups), the beds squeaked every move you made (could ask the couple on the floor above or next to us). The toilet in the bathroom was not secure and coming away from the seal on the floor ( which I mentioned to the gal at the counter) someone will get hurt if not fixed.

Elevator was broken so staying on the third floor was a challenge especially with luggage. Our window was sealed with toilet paper so could hear all the traffic. Our bathroom was very moldy smelling. Staff was friendly especially the breakfast ladies.

Not the best place to stay. Inconvenient parking as you can only enter through one entrance. A male stranger tried waving at me through side exit door. Not knowing who he is, I shook my head. He got pretty angry. If those doors remain lock and only are used for exit, a sign needs to be put up stating No Entry. Bed was hard. Cannibis smells inside and outside the motel. Smokers should really do so at a certain distance from the building.

Check In was ok. Rooms and building was clean. Was sad the front desk clerk couldn’t call for a shuttle for us. Front desk was rude and hung up the phone on me when I called from my room. So had to make my way down to the front. Still he was rude and throw a business card at me after asking for his name and a General Manager. Our trip was ruined. Never staying here again. We get better service at Best Western

Check in was easy because I had done it prior online. Ask for extra pillows as requested online, but received the reply at check in it was not possible because the housekeeping closet was locked, and front desk personnel ( solo staff) dd not have a key. ????I have never been to any hotel or motel for that matter where one could not get extra pillows. Wow

When i first checked in the front desk associate was rude and not very helpful. She told me inwould have tonget a holdbof Epedia to obtain a reciept. I believe she may have been intoxicated. However when checking out in the morning the front desk assocare was very helpful. I also told him abiut my check in experience.

I was called prior to arrival to inquire about my needs during my stay. I requested a ground floor room and was insured that they had already secured a ground floor unit for me. Upon arrival the clerk stated that they were completely booked and did not have any ground floor rooms available. My question is how can one agent promise availability and secure the unit requested, yet upon arrival the clerk on site denies the request. That tells me that the on site personnel have a practice of overriding the previous customer requests. One of the many reasons why I choose to stay at other locations during my travels. Secondly the upstairs tenant seemed to be running through their unit very late at night an again very early in the morning, making it impossible to get any rest. I am greatly displeased with the accommodations of this facility will not be staying with this franchise again.

Don't stay here! There are other choices. We tried to get coffee and a muffin at 5:45am and the front desk employee said it wasn't open until 6am. We were leaving to travel to CA and he said no 3 times!!! They told us coffee was 24 hrs but had the area blocked with trash cans

They are in the middle of a remodel. The finished part looks great. The elevator wasn't working and they claimed they called us to inform us of that issue, but they never did. They wanted to put my family of 8 on the top floor. They ended up spliting us up, one room on the top and one on bottom. They then came late at night knocking on my door, waking my kids up to have sign a paper they forgot to have us sign at check in. So the condition is on its way to looking great, but the service was lousy.

One night stay as passing through...staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Truckers able to park in mall parking lot next store and hotel will give you parking pass for being a customer at hotel; very convenient area also.

I was advised to bring all my valuables in with me to the room. I asked if it was a bad neighnorhood, she advised yes. People walki g the sidewalks all night looking for items. It looks like it is in a fine area, but maybe because Walmart next to the hotel. I worried all night, my car was not broken into. Other than worrying all night the hotel was great

Nice employees, good value for the cost! Breakfast could have been better. No meat to go with eggs, orange juice out. Coffee was out however they did refill before I left.

The towels and sheets had stains on them, and looked unclean. The pool was out of service. The hotel just looked run down. The free breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were quiet. The handle on our door was broken.

Fine for a one night drive thu. Restaurant were walkable Went to breakfast at 8:30. No fruit, sausage or eggs left & only a few mini muffins left No waste basket in bathroom so there was unnecessary flushing of Kleenex
