Not bad overall, nice clean and spacious rooms. Decent breakfast. Beds were a bit hard for my liking but not terrible. Biggest let down was we went to use the indoor pool and it was A. Freezing and B. Slightly green like it was imbalanced. There were also some men just sitting in the pool area staring, not using the pool but just sitting and staring. Made me uneasy.

Wife thought the beds were hard, I was fine It's busy downstairs at the "breakfast early, as this hotel appears to cater to alot of contractor types. We left early, so no issues. Broken floor tiles in the bathroom with sharp edges, on bed cover had good stuck on it...not ours! And it smell very strange. Those broken tiles are going to cut someones foot!!!

Staff was nice and overall the main parts of the hotel were clean. The room was not very clean and the sheets were worn and stained. There was also stains on the comforter. They should have just replaced all the linens instead of putting those on the bed. I tried to get a refund and they denied even though I supply pictures. The showerhead was also broken, the shower drain was also broken and the soap was old and dry. Will not be staying here again unless I have to.

The room was spotlessly clean and very well suited to staying in with a pet. The staff was lovely and so helpful and the layout of the hotel was great for pets as we were all kind of clustered at the end of the hall on the second floor with easy access to an area in back of the hotel for pet relief. The breakfast room was amazingly clean and the breakfast, while very standard scrambled eggs, salty little sausages and some rehydrated hash browns with flip over waffles, was quite adequate and included in the price of the room. $30 pet fee was okay with me considering the cleanliness of the room. Beds were comfortable and plenty of outlets to plus things in. Only issue was a lightbulb out over the vanity which I forgot to tell the front desk about when we checked out. Convenient on/off the highway. We got food from the Oasis restaurant and it was great - local told me about it.

Good clean hotel, good location.Close to twenty four hour new convenience store. They were very polite and had my room ready.When I arrived very late in the AM. Hotel clerk was awake and very nice. Upon leaving all the room service, people were very kind and friendly as I departed... same with the frondesk clerk...

Room and property website pictures must have been taken when the hotel was first built. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade, and the air condition unit was extremely loud. The pillows provided were very small like for a toddler bed. Definitely not for a king size bed. Although they were comfortable in my opinion. Breakfast was good and items were hot.

As soon as we walked in the room we could tell that the air conditioner was not working. After going back and forth for 2 hours they finally gave us a new room and everything was good after that We asked to be moved well before we received the second room

WiFi doesn’t work and you have to find a tiny button on the TV to turn it on or change the volume. The remote works for cable but not the TV. I had to call the front desk to have the TV turned on but if you want to lower the volume you have get up and find the tiny button. I don’t think they care about this inconvenience. For $20 more I could have stayed at a normal hotel. Not the end of the world but after 10 hours of driving you you want a normal hotel. Don’t recommend.

Freeway noise in room extremely loud & made it difficult to sleep. Very minimal insulating trim on doorframes to help this issue. No ice, no vending at the hotel though located next to convenience store. Cleanliness of room was average. Mattress felt old - not very comfortable at all. Can’t think of anything positive that I could mention other than location convenience..

This hotel has the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Staff is amazing!!! I fell asleep after 11pm and at 12:30 our smoke detector started the “battery low chirp”. In my grogginess it took me a moment to figure it out. I called the desk and the gentleman was in my room helping me within 2 minutes…. The rest of the night was me enjoying the inside of my eyelids. I’d definitely stay here again.

Best Western is pretty consistent in their quality in everything but what we like is how friendly and helpful their staff is. Especially nowadays when people are just so unwilling to even smile at you. It means a lot, and that’s why we have decided from now on Best Western is our first choice, no matter where we travel in the world. We checked in here in Gallup, New Mexico, and the gentleman that checked us in was exceptionally warm and kind. We booked online a King room and there was none available, but it didn’t matter because he was so warm and friendly. Thank you best Western for looking for exceptional people to work for your company.

Extremely comfortable stay. It began at check-in with friendly and professional service. The room was spacious, clean and relaxing. The front desk called to make sure I was pleased with the room and to see if there was anything else I needed. Enjoyed a restful night thanks to a bed with a wonderful mattress. The bathroom was also clean and the shower/bath spotless and well designed. Checking out was easy and again featured a pleasant and professional staff member. I wish every motel mirrored this one.

I was about 30 mins away from the hotel after driving for 7 hours when I received a phone call from the hotel telling me they over booked and would need to send me over to their sister hotel, comfort inn, for a room. Although I was grateful that they found me a room someplace else instead of canceling, it was pretty frustrating since I had picked this hotel for a reason and had opted not to stay at a lower ranking hotel. Still don't understand how a room I had already paid for suddenly wasn't available anymore.

the best feature for this property is the fact that it's right off the freeway. Quick access to the interstate without the hassel of traffic. Its a quiet place to stay despite the freeway traffic. One can slightly hear the train but that's occasional. We were pulling trailers and didn't have an issue finding parking space for it. If you dont' want to deal with the rest of Gallup, this would be the place to stay.

This property is right off the freeway. No navigating through town to find this place. it has plenty of parking and several gas stations around the propeorty. If you're looking for a place to rest with out the hassel of Gallup NM traffic then this is the place for you. If you like firm mattresses, then this place is for you.

Loved this hotel. Everything was clean and inviting. Indoor pool, ample amenities, courteous, helpful staff, could have been a little more knowledgeable about local happenings, but overall they were great. The VERY BEST part of the stay was the complimentary breakfast. Food was all prepared fresh, not from frozen, offered everything you could want for breakfast. And an attendant seeing to your needs and keeping the area clean and filled at all times. Wish I would have gotten her name but I didn't. Would recommend this hotel to others for sure. Reasonable price.
