Needed updates. No plug in for phones, toilet seat was loose and I had to tighten, no ice machine upstairs. Bed was fine. Room was warm when I arrived as A/C was turned off. Won’t be staying here again.

Check in was fine. Room was decent. Bathroom and shower were clean. Sheets were clean, only 2 pillows. Blanket was thin and stained. Chair by the door was stained bad. Room smelt of cigarettes. Beds were thin and not very comfortable. We were there for a softball tournament, so it was decent enough since the fields were 2 minutes away.

Well when I made my reservations we have requested a king size bed non-smoking but when we got there they only had a king size with the smoking so we didn't get that room so we had to get two double beds we got in the room the room smelled very bad I had to spray perfume in order to stay in the room to make it smell good went to the bathroom the tub had hair dirt all around it had to clean the tub before we took a shower so needless to say we will never stay at that hotel again

Absolutely disgusting. “Pru” was extremely rude and did not understand anything. I was told to get out. Property was filthy, run down, and just plain disgusting. I saw bugs in multiple places. They refused a refund. They refused to give Expedia permission to give me a refund. RUN from this place. Worthless people. Worthless hotel. The ratings are a LIE.

Rude staff. Late check in because room wasn't cleaned. Not the room i wanted because of same. Filthy room. Especially the bathroom. I won't be staying here again. Ill pay the extra $10 and stay down the road where i always stay. BEST WESTERN EXECUTIVE INN

It was super noisy... people drinking until 1am. Hotel staff should supervise their tendants. My husbabd and i were unable to sleep due to the drinking party next door. Room had a sewage smell to it. Bathroom door was cracked and and gave a bad impression of the room. This hotel is definetly a construction/oilfield male worker hotel type of environment, not family friendly!

Was a nice stay once your in the room they have a young girl who knows nothing about making her customers feel welcomed , she was very rude and charged different prices for everything , seemed really shady I’ve never seen this done before , and she has no people skills , and speaks to you like your dumb she definitely need to just lean back on front desk services …

Made us wait due to them not showing payment even though we had confirmation and should back statement showing it was taken out. Then said that for the pets there was a deposit and would get it back but when asked they said no that it’s a fee.
