Still has the pool closed because they think people might covid if they swim in it. Which is ridiculous!!

Expedia price was not honored at check in. Had to move rooms late at night due to a water leak in room next door. Construction/remodel was in process starting at 7am till about 7pm. Wires and conduit lying on floor just outside our door and we both tripped once. Who ever worked morning shift parks under canopy in fire lane. Lady that works mornings would never greet or acknowledge you. She would give a dirty look if eye contact was made. Head of housekeeping was nice when she helped fix the phone. This is the second and last time we will stay at this motel. Overall, we just did not feel like our business was valued.

The AC was extremely loud. The entrance to the building (back door) would not close. Very concerning safety issue. Clean room & pleasant checkin staff.

First no swimming online it says there’s a swimming pool. We get our keys for our rooms which we have 3 rooms . Our keys didn’t work on our doors. We were given keys to a room that was still being occupied that was embarrassing to walk in to room with other guest occupying the room. Lights and our rooms some didn’t work. We got switched to another room which had just been cleaned floors were still wet. Breakfast was ok not the best. We will not be returning.

This property is under renovation so theres the noise that starts early morning. The rooms have basic amenities which worked for us since we stopped overnight on the way to carslbad caverns. There are lots of good restaurants along the way. Breakfast was okay. Front desk staff were polite and courteous.

The hotel has recently been remodeled and is very pretty. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool is still being remodeled so it wasn’t available. There was no breakfast, which I did find odd because the dining room looked ready to use. I didn’t ask about it, though

Horrible never will stay there ever again employees parking on handicap parking I couldn't park there my sister with no toes had to walk a long distance we even reposted they were there then we find out it's employees parking there then the night shift kid a young boy was rude as ever to top it off he didn't want to give us toilet paper there was 1/4 of toilet paper no extra toilet paper are put in room then roaches inside room they said because of Weather change 😂😂😂 funny then elevator with wires hanging out no 3rd floor button so wires are left out in the open someone is going to get electrocuted not safe then I go outside to grab something's in car employee passes by making noise with truck only by me then takes off fast just to make me mad rude ask can be don't recommend this nightmare hotel to anyone

Still no pool , the sink in the kitchen area had food in it wasn’t from us we had just checked in, there were moths and a couple other dead bugs on the floor. The outside was super trashy. I said last time I was not gonna stay there again and didn’t realize till we got there but I had already paid so we had to stay there.

I was underwhelmed with this. We stayed last year and it was fine. This year, both security doors on the outside were broken. If you have a gun with you it’s ok but if you don’t, it’s dangerous for those doors to be available to anyone. The front staff in the morning was inept at his job.

The property is currently under renovations, so some of this may change. First our room had no smoke detector, it did have sprinklers, so at least there is that. The room its self was pretty clean, although we had no soap in our room. The hallways, and the elevator defiantly could have used a cleaning. The staff was all very nice and helpful.

The sheets looked like they had urine on the top and bottom sheet. There was black hair all throughout the dirty sheets. My husband and I both have light hair. The hotel wes sold out so we couldn't move to another room, and we arrived late so there was no one available to change the sheets or wipe down the bathroom. So, we had to change the sheets and disinfectant the bathroom. Luckily I had lysol wipes. There was the same black hair in the bathroom sink. There was also a pill on the bathroom floor in plain site, which wasn't ours. My husband looked it up by the marks on the pill. It was an antipsychotic, anti anxiety drug. I can't imagine if a couple with young children would have ended up in the room and thought that it was candy on the floor and accidentally eaten it. Non of the outlets in the bathroom worked including the one that the hairdryer was plugged into, so no blow drying your hair or using my electric hair products. All in all not the best stay.

Parking feels safe, staff was extremely friendly, bed is ok. But this place is the most unclean hotel/motel Ive ever been. Hair on sheets, uncleaned trash in drain, hair drier and coffee maker didn't work. Even motel 6 was better! Staff was friendly but I don't think I'll be back. Please do better! This place is quiet and definitely has potential, please at least hire a house keeper and people to check on basic tools like coffee maker and hair drier. Very disappointed.

The beds are like sleeping on plywood and the rooms are nowhere near dark enough. Very loud in the rooms from noise outside and out in lobby ect…

The property was clean and quiet, but the heaters did not work in two rooms. When we turned them on, they smelled like something was burning. I told the front desk. They did not show concern, or offer any type of compensation.

The property is very unwelcoming. The rooms are very empty. There is a lot of parts falling apart. You can literally hear the neighbor talking. It looks like it’s gonna fall apart was very disappointed.

Hotel is in transition and remodel is good. Our room was clean, but still in need of remodel completion. Somethings cannot be upgraded because of the property's construction and layout. Our room was at the end of the hallway and our sleep was interrupted throughout the night from voices in the stairwell to slamming doors. Zero insulation for sound barriers. Some projects cannot be remodel and still be functional. 😔

First of all the room had no furniture, other than the bed. No chair to sit in. Second of all the guy told me he had no dog rooms available. Then he told me he would just act like I didn’t have a dog. The next day, I was told I couldn’t have my $150 damage deposit back, because I had a dog in a “.No dogs” room…. I feel I was scammed never never go to this place, because they are very dishonest.

Bed was comfy and spacious. Ample amounts of down pillows were on the bed. Within waking distance of 2 Convenience stores and a restaurant / bar. I would definitely stay there again.

Needs to be updated somehow. This hotel looks like it’s still stuck in the 90s

I reserved a Business suite, had the kitchen no dining table or chairs. Did not have a chair to sit in at all when i called the front desk she asked me to come down and get the a chair very inconvenient as I paid in advance for the room.

Everything was perfect for our Crosscountry roadtrip. One night pit stop. Price was right and so clean! The only thing that made it bothersome was the staff, and construction workers who reside there. Staff closet and ice machine was next to our room. Door was slammed and loud convo outside door very early. Construction workers filling their ice coolers at 5am and loud outside window. I get it, they have to start their day. Both wife and I are disabled and they were so kind with our service dogs, but I think after 10 hours of travel we wish we could have slept thru the night. Another 10 hours today and we are just exhausted. Over all, stay on floor two. The entire staff was so kind and beds comfy as home should feel like.

Went to another hotel. 4 downs down to desk because key didnt work. Desk didnt care so i left and will demand a refund. Just pathetic

Morning staff is horrendous! I left to run an errand and they checked me out of my room. I came back and my key stopped working. I went to the front desk to ask them to reactivate my key so I can retrieve my things out of the room, and the woman behind the counter was super rude and annoyed that I was telling her I just wanted to get my things out of the room. Nobody asked to be checked out and I don’t know why they did that without my permission I was not done using the room and it was well before checkout time. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I purchased this hotel room for visiting friends. The room looked clean and nice. My friends said they slept well and enjoyed breakfast the next morning before I picked them up.
