Plenty of games for the kids and even games for adults inside the casino/bar areas. Live music, beach access on the river, cheap general store with good merchandise. This place is a gem.

Pool was empty, no fridge or microwave, needed more pillows and all the ice machines were not working. The general store was great and the bowling and arcade. Water pressure was nice. Did all our gambling at other casinos because we wanted electronic roulette and black jack machines.

The bad… 1. Lighting in the garage was not working on the second or third floor. 2. Pool permanently closed. 3. No restaurants. 4. No table games. 5. Ice machines don’t work. There was a note on it to buy ice in the general store. 6. Escalator was broken between 2nd and 3rd floor. 7. Flooring at main entrance was held in place with masking tape. 8 Room had noisy A/C fan and a ‘tube’ Phillips television. 9. Two elevators were whining badly and in need of service but still in use. 10. They took 3 pictures of the drivers license with a cell phone to join the players club. 11. Could not ‘check out’ via the TV. The good… 1. Check in was swift, efficient and friendly. 2. Room was clean with plenty of hot water. 3 Property has a private beach on the river for guests only that was well kept. 4. River Walk was very nice with Water Taxi stop at the property. 5. Price of the room on a Friday night was VERY reasonable. Finally, would I stay here again? Yes

Pros; rooms were clean, river accesse is great and good price for drinks. Cons; disappointed that Cafe was shut down and there is no pool for those who like to have a pool. Good price for rooms, hotel is good to stay at if you're planning to spend most of your time a the river.

The hotel had amazing customer service, their general store is open 24/7 and they serve hot food all day. The only thing I will say is I did not see anywhere on Hotels.com that said their pool was out of service due to maintenance but it was. The hotel’s website itself does state that clearly but I did not book through the hotels website, I booked through Hotels.com. Other than that they hotel offers a “private beach front” on the river that’s amazing and worked out perfectly since the hotel pool was not open.

The good: The staff seemed exceptionally courteous, polite and warm. Hard workers over Thanksgiving holiday. Great job. The store was generously stocked. Prices for food and drinks seemed downright cheap. The Bad: The Casino floor reeks of cigarettes and bad ideas. The 13th floor room smelled fine though. Not pet friendly, except service pets. The Ugly: Door key problems. Very frustrating. The pool is closed. Most escalators were out of service.

I used to really love this hotel because it was a great value for all the amenities they offered. But this is my second year going and the pool has been closed for renovations but nothing has gotten done.

The room was filthy. Stains on the carpet, bed sheets didn't appear to be washed, hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor, 2 of our 3 lamps in the room did not work, the pool on the property was closed, this was not made apparent by Expedia or the property. . When talking to the front desk they said it was listed on their website, this was true however it was buried about 3 pages in. We heard numerous other guests with the same complaints about the pool and the dirty rooms. Very disappointed with Expedia and the Laughlin River Lodge for this booking. I have many pictures of the disgusting room!

Our room had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival. There was candy and candy wrappers in various areas of the carpet. There were pieces of tape on the wall, and food crumbs in the dresser drawers. The window had not been cleaned for some time as it had multiple head prints on it.

Front desk was delightful but the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was surprisingly quiet considering the location which I appreciated. However, there was hair all over the sheets and bathroom of our room and one of the sheets had a notable hole.

Check in was smooth and the staff in every area was very nice. My main complaint is the bathroom. The floor and the bathtub had hair on it. The bathtub was not cleaned and had a slimy brownish ring around it. It was really gross.

There were a lot of stains on the sheet, and the linen had a very strange smell to it. Our room had river view, but we couldn't even see much as the window was extremely dirty. The desk mirror and the desk itself were also very dirty! In the edges of the carpet you could see lumps of dust! They also tell you that if you want housekeeping service, you have to be out by 8AM.. after a night out...who would be out at 8AM? Never had that before! Not entirely sure if I would or wouldn't stay here again, because although I expected the room a little cleaner, I liked that they had a bowling area for the kids, and Dottys, La Villita, Bourbon Street, and Points all in the same building!

Dirtiest hotel by far in Laughlin. Very outdated rooms, broken furniture. Dust comes out from the AC vent, it looks like the vents have never been cleaned. Will never stay here again. We had reserved for two two nights but after seeing the horrific condition of the rooms we checked out after the first night!!

The AC was out in the elevators, in July, too hot for that. The pool was Closed. None of the ice machines on any of the floors were working or available and our room was dirty. Dirty like pull the bed back and there was a urine stain in one bed and hair in the the other bed. It had never been cleaned prior to us being checked in. Upon further inspection- the bathroom counters were dirty as well. We were quickly moved to another room on another floor. While moving we noticed trash just bagged up in the hallways/ sitting out. I never once saw a housekeeping cart. I’ve stayed here many times. It has never been like this. Never.

The room was loaded with 2 inches of dust in the TV cabinet and in the air and in the curtains was so thick with dust that I couldn’t even see it was so bad I had to call

The room was spacious, but difficult to find plug -ins for my devices --- under the desk and behind the headboard. I would describe the hotel as being "old-fashioned." Waited in line at check-in for about 30 minutes - would hope that process would have been faster. Overall, everyone was nice and it was clean.

Check in was miserable. Took over half hour and then wouldn’t let me check in without my wife who wouldn’t be there for 2 more hours. Then when she arrived, line was over 45 minutes. The only two counter reps were at wits end and being very snappy..

I accidentally left $250 in my machine. I was assisting my disabled wife and forgot I left it. Security knocked my door an hour later and brought me my money.kudos to security and staff to track us down.so awesome 👍

Pool was closed snd we where not notified. Room was dirty . Hotel really needs upgrades. Front desk staff are really slow (45-1hr) just to check in. They appear annoyed and not friendly at all. Rest of the hotel staff where nice .

Our family has been staying at this particular hotel for 10+ years now this is probably the last time we’ll be staying there as the service was terrible. The staff’s customer service was not good. You were very rude. The credit card machines throughout the hotel were non-functioning for the most part of our stay and the ATM that we were directed to only dispensed hundred dollar bills, which were not accepted at any of the bars Food areas, or the general store. This was a very disappointing trip

I was booked in a room with no water or flushing toilet I called to the front desk they were very rude. I finally was able to change rooms after an hour. Rude front desk workers!! The rest of the property is great. All the other staff members are very friendly.

Limited place to eat. A actual restaurant or 2 would be nice. Only food is pre-made and microwaved. Not real meals. You actually have to leave property for a real restaurant for decent food. Which is EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT! As location not walkable to other casinos that actually have returants you have physically drive to get food. Its called a resort? Noway shape or form is it a resort. No resort amenities. Majorty of rooms are VERY OUTDATED AND JUST NASTY! This place has a Major electrical problems. Was freezing whole time on casino floors. I was informed by a employee that it was kept COLD To keep the slot machines from overheating? In August

Little disappointed in the food options and really nowhere to dine. Everything at the "eateries" were on paper plates. Liked the downstairs bowling and arcade area. Disappointed that he non smoking area was very very small and pretty much open to the whole rest of the establishment and still smelled and air of smoker's. Not great for someone with asthma. Will say that the staff was very receptive and quick on providing a free medical refrigerator to my elderly parents. Father is diabetic and needed a fridge for his insulin.

We rented two rooms, one room the a/c barely worked and the floor was stained and nasty. The other room was ok, but not much better. Online they say the pool works but the pool was dry... Very small beach area that is very rocky and fills up quick since there is no pool... Everything just seemed very run down and not taken care of very well. All the restaurants are shut down the only place to get anything is there little general store the only thing good there is the beer is cheap...

There are NO restaurants on the property. The gift shop has reasonably priced snacks but for memorial day weekend and a huge concert in town it was hard to get a bite to eat in the whole town wothout waiting forever

No pool, no real restaurant...only food is microwaved or air fried and even that isn't stocked well, no hair dryers, no in room coffee makers, no ice machines AND the store downstairs is usually out! Property has SO much potential but it's like the owner is trying to get bad reviews and close down. Should just sell to someone that will fix everything! Absolutely ZERO effort, its frustrating and you can tell the employees are frustrated too!! Wouldn't take much to make this a nice place
