This is one of the worst hotel I have been to in a long time shower takes long to heat up and no working ice machine on any of the floors. You only get one bags of ice per stay. They didn’t have any restaurant in the hotel. I should have just stay at a motel if I want to be treated like this. I think they should really look in this issues. I will not be coming back to the Laughlin River Lodge extremely disappointed.

The room we got was clean and it overlooked the river had a microwave and refrigerator. We enjoyed our stay. But miss the cafe. Wasn't happy that they didn't serve food. Also they don't have a pool anymore. There was a girl at the gift shop who couldn't multi-task. I wanted a purchase a few items while my family stood in line to check in. She kept telling people in front of her.... Hold on I'll be right with you hold on I'll be right with you... She had to take a call and it was for a girl who was on her break. She should just took a message or told them to call back cuz she was on a break. She Kept walking back and forth to the back room to tell a coworker she had a call. It was ridiculous to watch her go back and forth. 3 things that upset my stay.

First time here since all the upgrades, very well done! Congrats to the Owners, Leadership and Staff! You’ve brought this place back to life in a great way. Looking forward to our next visit. From the restaurants to the bowling alley to the mini casinos to the huge gift shop. Had a blast!
