The room was okay ..the elevators took for ever everytime we went down. For the beach side I can not believe they charge for the beds shade. We are already paying for the stay. That was a bummer for me. The pool was also dirty.

Stayed in the remodeled North tower but the AC was almost non existent. The ice machine on my floor was also not working. Also, our mini fridge was not cooling.

This was my second time staying at this place and I was let down terribly. The room’s AC wasn’t working and we were at over 100 degrees temperature so we’ve got no sleep, on top of that the room was super outdated with dirty carpets and dirty sports in the bathroom. plus, the shower had bad pressure we were barely able to get a shower. Overall disappointing this time. I really don’t think I will be back.
