I orderet this place for the pool and spa and . And the it was not working and it is a long time since it have been working. So this is not right we have too pay full price for rhe room , you cant have it online when this is not working this is not okay.

First off the room was way nicer than expected, very big lots of floor space. The bed was comfy pillows were perfect and the room was super clean. The restaurant at the hotel was good Indian/American fusion with a brewery attached. The grounds are well maintained. Nice pool and hot tub. The parking was convenient to the room....... However my room was loud as hell. The HVAc stays running whether the AC is on or not and the some large machine would come on with a rumble and roar. My TV wasn't working properly so i ended up watching somes netflix that they forgot to sign out of. I planned to stay 2 night but checked out a day early and they wouldn't refund me for the night because i didn't give them 24hr notice.... i checked in at 3p the previous day and check out time is 11a

It's really good hotel to stay several day and travel around (we were travelling to Death Valley). Despite the road in front of hotel the most rooms are inside property and are quiet. Easy parking, friendly staff, good breakfast, bar and brewery inside. Just one disappointing thing is the condition of their pool and hot tab that are basically excellent but were very dirty all four days of our stay.

Decent stay. Bed was comfortable, good quality shower. Fridge wasn’t working in room but maintenance switched it out for us right away. Hot tub not hot which was a disappointment. Breakfast was great and area felt safe. Will stay again.

Me and my husband stayed here for a night while on our visit to death valley. Honestly, it felt like a motel, not really a hotel which isn't mentioned anywhere. The first room that was allotted to us had a cockroach in the bathroom and the hand wash bottle was empty. we went to the front desk and asked them to change our room. But unfortunately the second room that was given to us, it looked like the bedsheets were old, like someone had slept on it and it was just covered over with the blanket. Felt very very icky to sleep on that. Very Very disappointed . Paid a one four zero for this !

By far the nastiest hotel room I’ve ever stepped foot in. No housekeeping services were provided even after asking them to attend to our room for fresh towels and empty the trash cans. The sheets in our bed had a blood stain that did not belong to any of us!!! And the shower drain was clogged, when asked for maintenance on the drain, we come back to a giant hairball thrown in our trashcans, which again- should’ve been emptied by housekeeping! And their hot tub and hot water in the hotel room both were not working either so it didn’t make for a glimmer of silver lining. This hotel is a major health risk, I would not recommend it.

My room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. My stay was 6 days and not once was my room cleaned. I always make my bed even in a hotel but the trash wasn't emptied, nothing was replenished, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned.

The room was gross, the bathroom smelled and had stains on the walls. Let’s just say the bathroom was never sanitized. It was obvious this room was dirty and has never been thoroughly cleaned. Right outside our room it smelled like urine.

Window lock broken leaving room unsecured. Bathroom fan so loud sounds broken. Carpet filthy. Need all tile in pet rooms . Most expensive room on our trip and the worst condition by far. I reported the window not locking as the frame pulls off from glass.

It needs a big renovation. The grass by buildings A and B were not mowed and grew high grass. There were bugs especially spiders in the room. There was some debris on the grounds like bottles, trees, etc.

The first night I was there, there was someone in the room right next to me. The walls are very thin. I could hear them talking, their tv on, etc like they were right in my room. I even heard the guy snoring at night! I almost asked to move rooms. But luckily, they were there only one night. It was nice and quite for my two other nights.

They did not have WiFi on tv. Can’t use Netflix, prime, etc. only 3-4 local channels. There spa was broken. Not working thru entire trip. My room key was not working and master key didn’t work either. Had to slept in another room without anything. Lamps in room were not working. While taking shower, bathtub was keep getting filled up with water.

Older property in a motor hotel type of layout. Many rooms with outside door exposure instead of a high rise, multi-floor property with added door security although there was one section with two levels requiring a pass key to enter the hallway. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, lamp shades were dented and one lamp no working, breakfast was juice/coffee/muffins/toast/waffles/eggs and sausages. Staff was nice. Overall ok for a night's stay but definitely not modern or fancy.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the room and property were very dated. It is very overpriced for what you get. Most importantly: this is a MOTEL, not a hotel, and should be advertised accordingly. It is also in a sketchy area that did not necessarily feel safe. Luckily, we were only there for about 12 hours to shower and sleep. We would NOT stay here again.

To keep $25 incidentals for 30 business days is bad, most hotel remove at end of stay and overheard front desk tell another customer but we were not given option. Room not made up. Front desk night girl very nasty and insists we were told Water pressure not good and water tepid although showers were taken different times of day Sink faucet sprayed in face, breakfast ended 9:30 even on weekends, only one poor lady working

Had to settle for a small room because the original reservation overbooked me and couldn’t accommodate me last minute I requested three times for a rollaway bed they gave me excuse after excuse about a guy that was supposed to show up and deliver me one to my room. He never came. One of my coworkers had to sleep on the floor. I will never be returning here.

There is nothing noteworthy about the hotel. The challenge was the rooms were located a long way around the lobby and the dining area. We had to drive around the property to get to our rooms and which was a little confusing. The breakfast was filling and decent. The quality of the room was mediocre. Biggest advantage was the location in terms of traveling to East Death Valley and Las Vegas.

This spot was perfect for our holiday trip. The location was great for traveling into Death Valley and Ash Meadows. I was happy that we were able to have a kitchen and the space was also pet friendly. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay. Perfect stay option for friends and family visiting Death Valley. Located 1 hr from furnace creek visitor center of the Death Valley National park. A North Indian restaurant “Pourhouse” is located within the best western complex. This is a good place for dinner.

Room was good, spacious and clean. They advertise they Free Hot Breakfast...very disappointing and a MESS. The lay out of the food causes everyone to bump into each other making it quite uncomfortable... Food ran out 20 min before closing time and Staff answer was highly dismissive and not caring about guests waiting in line and getting NOTHING. You can do better after charging $250 a night

The hotel was the worst Best Western I have stayed in. The bed was comfy but the room grubby. The air conditioning was so noisy and the TV did not work. I reported to Reception and she said there was nothing she could do as no Maintenance on site. I also asked to be moved but told not possible as fully booked. Breakfast was sparse, a member of staff spend her time floating around but did not refil. Total lack of staff professionalism, Best Western you need to look at this.
