One of the nicest budget hotels I have been to! The staff was nice and accommodating. The room was clean with modern furniture, and the gym was the best I have seen out of all the hotels I have been to! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful facility and friendly, helpful staff. The facility is beautiful with great amenities. Everything is clean and inviting. The pool area was decent, albeit a smidge of green on the bottom of the pool.

Amazing new place. Clean and well maintained. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast had good variety and quality. Breakfast was well stocked. Rooms are a good size and pool/Jacuzzi were heated and in good shape.

The room was terrible. It had not been vacuumed. Food all over the floor, toe nail and disgusting yogurt lid stuck to the floor. Woke this morning and saw the bed my son slept in had blood on the top cover!!! Thank goodness he did snuggle into that blanket. Front desk said because I booked through hotels.com nothing they could do. Always take pictures front desk wouldn’t have believed me but he really didn’t care at all.

The hotel was so clean! It smelled and looked Great! I love that it is 100%nonsmoking! I appreciated being able to have my small dog with us. Plenty of amenities nearby. We would definitely stay here again! A+

The bathroom floor needs a thorough cleaning. A drop of water fell on the floor and when I cleaned it with paper towels, it came back filthy with dirt stuck to the floor. I can only imagine the dirt that we can't see, since the bathroom floor is impossible to walk on without shoes.

Our stay overall was great! The facility was very clean. However the only reason why I gave the cleanliness a four is because there was a bad order that hit your nose when opening the door of the room every time.

Bobby at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and quiet . However, the description online of the “one bedroom “ suite is misleading. The sitting area and the king bed are only separated by a pony wall and is not an actual bedroom.

Maintenance needed. The tile flooring in our room #246 was lifting in entry and bathroom. It had no grout present throughout…..very odd. Tripping hazard in a handicap room. Elevator not working, but fixed next day.

The property was clean, easy to find and with lots of parking. The rooms were neat, clean, and fairly roomy. The A/C worked great but was loud when it went on, and pointed the cooled air directly to the beds, not up to the ceiling. Wall paper was peeling in several places, but did not affect any use of the. It is ok to stay, and they did serve a decent breakfast every morning. The staff were really friendly.

The room, lobby, and hallway were clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I liked how there was two signs to completely op out of room service or that you’re just not ready for them and to come back later. My only issue was the pillows. They had two options and they were both terrible. The soft pillows felt like I was laying on nothing and the firm pillows gave me a horrible headache. But I would definitely stay here again, if I bring my own pillow.

We had a two night stay, but key card stopped working after the first day. They checked us out. They had to put us back in our room for the second day. This was very inconvenient when you can’t get back into your room. They resolved the issue quickly, but it was annoying. Other than that, the stay was great.

We stayed 3 nights at Pahrump NV location. We were so impressed with entire staff. Kudos to the hotel manager who manages the hotel. Derrick at front desk was exceptionally helpful also the breakfast crew was the best we have seen ever. We would strongly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The front desk clerk was not kind at all. No smile & way of talking was like a instructor to her student. After I paid room charge I asked receipt, but she said she can't give me because resevation was thru Expedia. The worst thing was that I reserved 2 rooms 8 days before travel for family, but one room was at the end of corridor & the other room was at the other end of the building. She didn't explaine why, and just that's it. This was my worst experience of resevation of hotel thru Expedia.

Stayed on 3/19/24, Very nice hotel and good location for our trip to Death Valley. After checking in and getting settled for the evening the guest who checked into the room above us had children that were running and jumping around the room which made for a rough start for my wife and I. After talking with the front desk the lady on staff, Dawn was really great in dealing with the rowdy kids and after a few minutes had the family moved to another room which made for a good nights sleep.

Comfortable stay.. James checked us in and was very accommodating and pleasant. I had requested more pillows and there they were in the room waiting for us. After the long day of travel, this hotel gave us the comfort we needed to get rested up for the next long drive.. Thank you!

Very clean and well maintained property. Kinda in the middle of nowhere but served our purpose very well. We went hiking in Death Valley and it is an hour drive from it. Breakfast was great! And the staff was very helpful and courteous.

The hotel sets slightly back from the main highway which offers additional insulation from traffic noise. It is within reasonable distance of a couple of casinos and restaurants which make walking for eating and entertainment managable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for room location requests, the facility was well maintained, contemporary, and clean. Breakfast was fresh or well prepared (routine options), rooms comfortable and quiet. Refreshing stop!

this was the perfect stay for our trip to death valley. so conveniently located with places to eat and get things we needed nearby. the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was good quality- best part was the staff allowed us to have “to go boxes” for our breakfast so we can take it to the room so our kids can sleep in. will definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff, couldn’t be better! Really nice rooms, very clean. Terrible breakfast. All crap, just like airplane food. Not a single fresh item in that buffet. It’d be better if the breakfast wasn’t included. The breakfast doesn’t do the hotel justice. Plus, ALL plates and cutlery is disposable. The amount of plastic waste generated here every day is disgusting.

Room was very clean, nice modern design. Lots of plugs to charge my phone. It would be nice to have notice of early breakfast because when I checked the website it said it was served untill 11 am but the sign at the bottom said 9:30 am. That's a bit early, at least make it 10 am. Other than that, great service.
