They should give better breakfast, atleast need water to make a tea. We were told to get the water from the tap, and when asked can we fill it here, they said no you should go in your room and fill up.

The room was a good size, but seemed old and smelled bad. Bathroom did not have any hooks for hanging clothing. AC unit was super loud and sounded like crinkling wrapping paper the entire night. Giant unavoidable pothole by the main entrance which made driving and unloading difficult. Overall a poor hotel room for the price.

The hotel was convenient for me. It was not in the best shape. I just needed a bed for the night so it was sufficient. It was a last minute reservation so I took what I could get but not someplace I would recommend if you have a choice.

We didn’t even end up checking in. Found a different hotel. There’s a reason the only way to book is paying in full up front. Other people choose to not check in as well.

This is for someone who has no other options in Cortland. Crack addicts in the parking lot, dirty/rundown rooms, sketchy area, they came to kick us out of the room 15 minutes before checkout and stood there while we loaded our car. No bed bugs - that was a plus - otherwise, avoid unless you can't afford a real hotel room.
