Not the best. But you get what you pay for. Parking is Extremely limited. Expect to park off site and walk a long ways

Parking is available but $20 a night (that was not reveled in description of available parking). Breakfast is minimal but no toaster to toast a bagel or slice of bread. There is a pancake maker. The bathroom could use a spruce up and the hallway paint. Very minimal. All in all Priced a little more that i would think. but with the cost of gas we chose not to go out on the island further. The surrounding area is beautiful. A park down the street is Well maintained and friendly.

On street parking is metered. You can park overnight but you have to move your car in the morning. Hotel has valet for $20/day. Overall the hotel was in a great location for what we needed and across the street from the LIRR to get into the city which was very convenient and easy to use. Great shops across the way made it easy for grabbing a bite to eat. Renovations were nice to an older location it’s well kept and clean. We stayed in the Terrace suite and it was perfect for our family. Air conditioner wasn’t working first night but we changed the setting ( from 30 to 17- unsure what those numbers meant) and that do the trick. Overall I would recommend but be aware of the parking and expect to pay. Otherwise it was ideal.
