Mold on the bathroom floor. Furniture is dirty and worn. The floor wasn’t vacuumed. The window is taped shut. Further more they charged me $14 and can’t tell me what it was for. I didn’t even sleep here due to the dirty room. And the kicker, they won’t respond to the hotels.com chat
