Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. The bathroom vent fan in our room didn’t work and the shower drain backed up when showering. In the time it took to take 1 shower it ankle deep water. I reported it to the desk at checkout and they said they’d get it fixed. Driveway and parking lot were terrible with large very deep pot holes.

Choice hotel brands in my experience have been wildly different in quality. This is a good one. I'd stay at the hotel again.

Comfort? Yes, the beds were comfy, and the young lady at the front desk was friendly. Quiet? Hell no. The individual HVAC unit in our room rattled and moaned and whined all night long, and not in a constant din that might have facilitated sleep, either. Anytime we weren't bombarded by that noise, we could hear a shrill beep coming from some alarm system near the main elevator every 30-60 seconds. Just brutal.

The room was so hot Over 75 degrees With heat turned to 60 degrees It was still 75 degrees Too hot to sleep Had to turn on ac Got 2 hours of sleep the first night The put ac on 60 degrees so I could sleep the second night
