Perfectly average hotel sufficient for our one night stopover. Kids loved the pool and arcade games. Rooms and bathrooms decent sized Beds comfortable enough Good amenities (pool, gym, arcade games, breakfast) Hotel is dated, some sheets ripped/stained, limited pool towels available, obvious water damage to ceilings. Perfectly fine for a quick stopover, wouldn’t spend multiple nights here though.

No hot water, gaming area was not functioning properly. Desk clerk had issues checking in, claimed their system was antiquated and had issues with credit cards. Pool was not clean. Bed was okay, but old lumpy pillows. Free breakfast was not too good. We ate at diner. Staff were polite but hotel needs to be updated .

I liked the skylight above the swimming pool. However, the pool is not heated. It felt cold going in the pool. Only one of the exercise bikes and thread mills worked. Also, the equipment is very limited. Not a lot of weights and exercise machines. The continental breakfast is great.

Dining menu food taste great with good size amount and price. Didn’t expected good quality food coming from Best Western. Hotel is huge. My son and I got lost looking for our room. There are several sections in this huge gigantic hotel. Pool is huge. Gym looks average. There are things to do beside pool and gym like pool tables and small arcade. The hallways that leads to your room look dim. ( carpeting look old). Inside the room as well. Overall room is comfortable. Good size fridge and average microwave with clean coffee machine

Room was clean and comfy, staff was friendly and efficient BUT: Pool doesn't open until 10 am and is weirdly combined with the wedding venue space. Internet in our wing of the hotel wasn't working. Staff didn't say anything about the internet being down, but then said it was a storm, but it worked fine in the lobby. Seemed more like an ongoing issue of being uneven across the hotel (varied between one and two bars, but wouldn't connect in our room, four bars and connected fine in the lobby). Reliable internet in every single room should be standard. I felt transported back to the early 2000s and not just bc of the internet.

Other than the arcade being a joke and taking our money while literally 2 games worked, we had a nice stay. Chose the hotel for pool and arcade, so slightly disappointed. Pool was nice, clean and warm. We had it to ourselves which was nice. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

There was hair and food on the surfaces in my room. The shower had hair in it. I found a cockroach/ bug on the wall and floor. Pee stains on my toilet seat. Glad I bring my own cleaning supplies with me. Pool was dirty.

The first room we were given had a window that would not close or lock. The room was filled with bugs. Also the toilet was barely bolted to the floor. I almost took a header trying to make a movement. The hallway floor was soaking wet probably from an ice machine leak. Shady characters outside wanting other guest to use their key to let them in. The place was gross so what the helleante i let em in. Food from the restaurant smelled good tho.

They forgot to tell us that rooms are not cleaned unless you request, so we arrived back after a day of traveling and found room not cleaned and no clean towels. Management sent clean towels right away and admitted mistake.

This hotel was a okay for a stop over, but wouldn’t stay again or for more than a night. The staff was wonderful and it was close to everything, but the rooms are very outdated, musty, and not the cleanest. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom and the room smelled. The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good.

Very rundown and old property. Rooms face into the pool and arcade area so expect people at your windows and noise. We asked to change to a higher floor which helped but it was still a window onto pool tables. The bed was comfortable and thankfully it was a quiet room once the public areas closed. Our fridge was also broken.

Heated pool was great, as was the availability of a game room. Unfortunately, upon checkin the TV in my room didn't work and I had to be switched to another room..and honestly the cable system here is not great as twice while watching TV the picture either scrambled or went blank. Kind of annoying. And I'm not a big fan of fixed glass shower doors, where you have to reach in and get blasted by cold water to turn the shower on. Bed was comfortable. Getting to my room was complicated as well, I was directed to the back of the hotel and told to enter door 4, which was rather dark, and then I had to walk through a couple different hallways to get to my room. It was a bit weird.

Check in staff didn't even offer a greeting. Was allocated room 140. I booked an accessible room. I couldn't get my wheelchair into proper angle beside bed as the furniture and clearance round it probibited it. Back to reception. A different staff member heard my issues. No apology, no offer to help. I was allocated room 323. It was the same as 140. My wife had to rearrange the furniture so I could get right position for the bed. The beds were too high for the wheelchair but we were able to overcome it. I couldn't get into the bathroom as the doorway was too narrow. The door needed removed. If that had been done I still wouldn't have been able to have turned the wheelchair in it. I didn't bother to report this as I felt the staff weren't interested and I used the public bathroom for toilet and some washing tasks. I paid for what was described as an accessible room but it didn't live up to that. Room 140 was nearly as far from reception as you could get. Room 323 was a lot closer. We had been on the go for nearly 22 hours and we just wanted rest. Overall not impressed. Will not return. Those rooms should not be described as accessible.

The staff did nothing to help me when my next door neighbors were up partying at midnight after a wedding at the hotel. I canceled my reservation for the second night and went to a new hotel because They offered me earplugs instead of taking care of the problem. The front desk said their guests all paid a lot to stay as well.

We are traveling with a dog. The room they put us in smelled like a kennel. Room keys were not functioning well when I went to the front desk at 6:45 am after walking our dog, to see about getting them replaced the man accused me of putting the keys next to my phone or a magnet. He was rude as can be. I told him the room smelled and he said it was because I was traveling with a dog. The room also had lots of tiny gnats in it. He said it was because I had the windows open which I didn’t. The rest of the hotel looked nice but where they stuck us seemed run down. I’ve been on the road traveling with my son and our dog for 2 weeks now. We’ve stayed in pet friendly hotels this entire time, and never been forced into a room with such a strong odor and then chastised about it by staff. I had high hopes for this hotel when we booked it. Sadly they let us down.

James P was a lifesaver! This was an unexpected overnight trip after a day full of hiccups. My husband and I found ourselves checking in without our travel bag and James P was quick and kind to provide us with toothpaste, toothbrushes and deodorant. You think this would be normal and meaningless but for a wife that’s always prepared, not having these small essentials was devastating but he made it all better. The hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Thank you for the great service.

It's a clean, well-run hotel with very reasonable rates. The desk staff are nice — I requested a quiet room and they gave me the quietest one in the building. There's a pool and a gym, and you can take a lovely walk on the rail trail right next door.

Very convenient for those driving to Kingston. The facility is dated; but very well maintained. Rooms are clean, including the bathroom (with new tile and fixtures.) Free breakfast has good options. I recommend new signage at road-entrance, and an improvement in appearance of building as you approach.

An affordable place to stay while we wanted to explore the Woodstock area. Breakfast is nice and there is a bar and a restaurant that is okay. The bartender wasn't attentive at all, but we were just looking for a drink prior to going to our room for the night, so it didn't bother us much. My boyfriend and I traveled with our motorcycles on a trailer that the staff made us feel comfortable to keep in the parking lot over night. You can hear what the others in the next room are saying, nearly perfectly, from the vent in the bathroom. There isn't a fan in the bathroom- so just be aware of that! Overall, we weren't looking for anything crazy nice, so this was perfect for the low key trip that we had planned.

Great location with friendly staff, but some areas need improvement This place has a fantastic location and plenty of activities. However, the games—like the pool tables and arcade machines—are quite outdated, with some missing parts. Unfortunately, they don’t offer refunds for broken machines, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. That said, we were surprised when they refused to make more bacon, even though there was still over an hour left before breakfast ended.
