Staff was amazing as always. But there should be some advance warning of construction of that magnitude. The whole lobby floor was gutted when I got there. The elevator door would not close, hence the elevator wouldn’t work, because of construction debris in the track. And the pool and fitness center were closed. Just a bad facility experience. I would have rated it lower if the staff hadn’t been so awesome.

When we got there we were told the pool was closed which we really wanted to use and were offered no compensation. Staff was friendly, room clean but the bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Clean, spacious rooms, nice pool and good little gym. Staff was friendly but not a fan of every other day room service. Hotel location was convenient. The daily breakfast was great with choices for everyone's palate. Overall, we had a great stay in Lake George and this property was an excellent base for our adventures.

It is a nice location with an Adirondack feel - very appropriate for Lake George. The breakfast area is spacious and the breakfast service was excellent. The hotel was under construction, so no pool or hot tub availability, which was disappointing, as the location was selected based on both of these features.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Lake George, when we visited Lake George for 4 nights. We were impressed with the rooms and customer service from Sarae, Kristen and Robert. The hotel is clean and has been newly renovated. We love the complimentary breakfast, pool hot tub and we spent almost every night outside by fire pit area.

We arrived on a Thursdayat 3:20pm, a little ealrier than the 4pm check in time. It was no problem. We were checked in immediately and the whole process took about 5 minutes. Our room and bathroom were beautiful. They were just renovated. The breakfast area was still under renovation the first 2 days of our stay, but they set the buffet up on the bar and everything was great. It worked. The only negatives were that the outside fire pit area didn't work. It needed to be repaired because water gotbin the line. We atayed for 5 nights and this never got repaired. Also, we went up to Fort Ticonderoga one afternoon and decided to go in the pool and hot tub when we got back. I didn't pack a bathing suit, sobwe went and purchased one on the way back. When we got back. Unfortunately, the pool was closed the next 2 days in a row. That was a bummer. Now i habe another bathing suit that i probably will never wear. Lol. Overall, the place is very bice. The staff was very nice as well. I wish there was a restaurant. Ibwould recommend this hotel to anyone lookingbfor a little bit of modern convenience un a town that is more grared towards the campers and people who like to rough it a little. We would go back.

Upon entering I appreciated the big parking lot and quietness of the facility. However, upon entering the building my husband and I were not greeted the most friendliest. Which initially we ignored and took our key cards and went to our room. When first going into our room we noticed the beds were not properly made or tucked in. The bathroom was not cleaned whatsoever, there was hair still on the bathroom wall. The water that dispensed from the shower head came out yellow. The floor had dust and crumbs all over the corners of the bathroom and alongside the tub. The first day we did not complain because we expected room service to eventually see this when we went out for the day. Their room service was supposedly scheduled for every other day however, by night 2 and 3 we still had not received any type of service. We waited patiently for them to come but nobody ended up making the beds, restocking toilet paper or bringing fresh towels. We also had issues with trying to stream on the tv services as advertised. The hotel manager Kristina said that the tvs were brand new and recently hooked up however my tech savvy husband and I tried everything we knew to try and stream the services they had (netflix and the internet for example). The manager and tech support onsite were not much help in this matter. However, when we went down to address all the issues within our original room Kristina did accommodate us with a new room without any charge. Overall we were pretty disappointed.

The hallways were dirty the 4 nights that we were there. Screaming kids in room next door. The dining area floors were also dirty. I would think that they would be cleaned at night, we were the first ones there the morning we left and they were still dirty.

Overall the property was clean, staff friendly, and breakfast ample. The rooms were spacious enough and my room had 2 queen beds. They even provided what seemed like a choice of 2 different types of pillows, one firmer and one softer. My biggest complaint in the room is one of the beds were dirty, and i wish they would have been a thicker duvet/comforter. It was very thin. Overall it was a good experience.

This is a very nice hotel at a reasonable price. The room was updated, clean and the hotel is in a quiet spot with mountain views. All of the staff were friendly and the breakfast is a big plus. Will definitely stay again.

Room 219 is the worst and should not be offered as a guest room. The sliding doors to the hotel entrance are right underneath the beds and the noise of the dragging doors will keep you up all night.

Our room was clean. Bed was soft. Pillows could be better. There was a sink and refrig and microwave. Refrig was not turned on. Should have paper towels near the sink to use. Whomever cleaned the bathroom the box of tissues were wet underneath which caused the tissues to be wettish. Also the bath mat and the towels were still damp. Nott alot of water pressure in the shower, however there was hot water. Internet was very slow. Definitely needs an upgrade.The breakfast was good. Could use a microwave to heat up muffins. Need more pastries and english muffins. Also had orange juice cranberry and water but no apple juice, that would be nice. They need to require guests to have a quiet time from 10 pm til morning. People were slamming their doors until after 11 pm when some people need to get up early and need their rest. Front desk was very nice and accommodating

We only stayed for a single night. For once we actually cared about the TV channel offering (we really wanted to watch a specific game) and sadly it was unavailable (the TV displayed a message about how all the sports channels were currently not offered for their subscription), and the free wifi was limited (it apparently blocks all video streams). Other than that, it was a nice place. [ Oh, also the breakfast buffet is quite decent, but it was oddly served in paper plates and with wobbly plastic cutlery. ]

There were many things wrong with place. The bathroom was so small that you had to step in the shower to open the door. This was supposed to be a king suite; but it was very compact. The TV was on the wall, but the bed was on the right wall & the sofa was on the left wall. The TV had to be angled to see it. Breakfast was terrible & we went to a restaurant. Our 2 night there were expensive & definitely not worth it.

The hotel looked even better in person. The room and property were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly. We stayed in a room with a terrace and enjoyed the great view to the mountains. We appreciated the beauty of the hotel location, surrounded by lush trees and on high grounds. Peaceful and relaxing yet close to all the sites from Lake George village. Loved the pool and hot jacuzzi!

Beautiful area, liked the breakfast and quiet property. Enjoyed spending our mornings out on the patio. Staff could have been friendlier at first (comments at check-in about 'booking through a third party' were rude), but the remainder of our interactions were very good. Would recommend.

Complimentary breakfast was the usual fare, was well stocked, and the time offered from 6am to 10am was probably one of the most generous we have encountered. Facilities was well maintained and clean throughout. Nice size suite rooms made for a comfortable staying experience. BEWARE!! This hotel has terrible customer service and Its run by thieves who are waiting to rob you. I made cancellable reservations but unfortunately we went pass 1 day and had to cancel due to my child being sick .I called the hotel personally to explain but the lady at the front desk was so rude and refused to even listen . I explained I was ready to provide a doctors letter but she did not care, this is not expected from a Hilton brand. I understand no show where the first night is charged but this is ridiculous they took the entire stays amount and even charged me fees for services we did not use . Expedia did not help either . Parents with little kids beware of this policy and stay away .

Really really bad. AVOID. We have stayed at the hotel countless times over the last 15 years since it was built and opened. This stay was by far the worst. Horrible management, RUDE. “Manager” Kristina Lonkert was extremely rude and unpleasant. Not only to us, but we witnessed it to other guests as well. (Check Google and other reviews left on multiple platforms, we are not the only guests who experienced this). We have been extremely loyal to staying at this hotel over the years as new hotels have opened in Lake George and as long as these staff members are in place, we WILL NOT BE BACK. She also harassed us about our service dog as she was in our room with a senior citizen family member who has health issues because she “alerted” to the fact there was a domestic dispute going on across the hall. Then questioned that our service animal is exactly that. Highly out of place to do so. So many areas for improvement, especially at this price point. There are many other nice/newer hotels in the direct area with better management and guest interaction. Highly disappointed. F- Go elsewhere.

The staff at this particular location is overly nice to say the least. Everybody goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They go above and beyond with any of the needs that you may have. It is a wonderful wonderful staff at this location.

LIKE/UNIQUE - lovely quiet woodland location away from Route 9 noise and traffic, well maintained property and parking lot, clean and safe environment, family friendly, breakfast area is always clean and food always hot, front desk people are friendly, professional and responsive to room requests at the time of booking. Close enough for a quick run into busy Lake George without getting caught up in local traffic drama. DON'T LIKE - please install a small railing or bar/handle near the toilet. The bathroom is small and its door is relatively large and heavy with the door edge barely clearing the toilet when swung open. So, a person must do a contortion act to exit the bathroom without banging themselves or catching their foot under the door, especially for trips at night. This is not just a "senior" or "mobility" issue, kids have trouble with this too. A sturdy grab bar near the toilet would help this situation

We grabbed some eggs and toast for breakfast and added our own salsa and cheese that we had in our cooler making it a great breakfast. Otherwise the eggs would have been pretty bland. The property was beautiful, i would love to come back when it wasnt raining a d spend some time outside.

We stay at a lot of Hampton Inns. The room could’ve been a little bit cleaner but was acceptable. The breakfast was good. My only complaint is they use all plastic dishes and silverware. This is the first Hampton Inn that we have been to ever that uses plastic dishes. If the hotel is working towards being more eco-friendly, washable dishes, silverware is a better option. But all in all, it was a pleasant place to stay, and the people that work there were accommodating.
