From the moment we entered the room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned or prepared for guests. The room was missing several basic necessities, including bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, a shower curtain, a garbage bag, and linens for the pull-out couch. The furniture was dusty, and the bathtub was visibly dirty. The room appeared unserviced, unfinished, and opened for occupancy without proper cleaning or stocking. We also discovered that the pull-out couch was broken and difficult to open. When we called to request a rollaway bed as an alternative, we were told one could not be provided because it was both unavailable and supposedly a fire hazard to bring one in. This left my family without a reasonable sleeping arrangement. When we reported that the bathtub was dirty and appeared unwashed, no responsibility was taken. We were simply told, “Oh, well it’s broken,” which did nothing to address the fact that the tub was unclean. The handling of our requests that night only made matters worse. At around 1:00 AM, we still had not received linens for the couch bed. Only enough linens had been provided for the main bed. When I called the front desk, no one answered. I then had to go downstairs myself, where I found the front desk attendant wearing headphones and not paying attention to the phone. After removing his headphones, he claimed he did not see a call come through. I then had to go by myself to the basement laundry area without assistance. Bedbugs too

I frequently stay at this hotel and will continue to do so as I travel to the area about once a month. I don't write this review for frontline staff....all of them in the last 4 years have been nothing but kind to myself, my service dog, changes in plans. I can't call it home, but I feel safe there due to the staff I've interacted with and my prior experiences. So, I give this feedback with the caveat that perhaps this Expereince was a one off. But I offer these suggestions: specifically request that you not be assigned to room 209. It's the worst room in the hotel mostly because it is on the second floor and the window looks out onto a first level roof with heaters/exhaust system for your visual enjoyment. in my case, I was upset not because of aestetics but because around 8pm, my room started to smell like meat cooking. What made it worse was I had noticed the window didn't;t close completely when I checked in, and due to fatigue, decided not to complain. I was there 3/23-3/26/2026. Staff was really responsive and moved me to another room without making me feel like it was crazy that the smell of cooking meat makes me nauseous. But, not fun at 8:30 at night.....
