Burrstone Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Clean room, helpful staff, hotel could use some updating. Breakfast was a solid spread with many options, not a lot for those who are more health conscious though. Fitness facility has many broken pieces of equipment and no water, but useable and able to get a decent workout in.

Always stay here when visiting family. Breakfast is better than many others (although admittedly always same - eggs, sausage, potatoes, but fixed very well). Bacon and eggs other than scrambled eggs (i.e. eggs to make breakfast sandwich) would be nice. Staff was friendly.

Had a good stay

My sheets were ripped and the heating system sounded like a 10 passenger jet ready to take off every time it kicked on. I booked the room to have a quiet undisturbed night of rest, which did not happen. Your staff was phenomenal!! Breakfast was good although by the time we got in at 8am some stuff was done, it would be nice to extend to 9:30. Most places end breakfast at 10am every day. Parking was easy.
