Days Inn by Wyndham Utica

A/C and heat worked fine. Ample parking. Comfortable beds. Continental breakfast totally missed the mark. Coffee, apples, snack bars was all that was provided.

Unlike all other Days Inns we've stayed at and claiming to have a continental breakfast, the breakfast was a cheap granola bar and apple, no toast, muffins or cereal. We felt misled.

The hotel advertised free breakfast. At checkin we were told breakfast goes from 6-9. At 7am we were told there was no more breakfast.

Staff was friendly and great. The facility was awful! The room and lobby had strong smoke smells, the dirt along the baseboards was really noticeable as were stains in the toilet and peeling paint on walls and patched ceilings. The sheets had visible dirt on them. The room was tiny and overcrowded and the decor was nothing like what’s shown in the listing.
