Delta Hotels by Marriott Utica

It was good and fun to stay at

Because of my son’s club soccer career, my family has had the opportunity to spend many nights in hotels across the country. We have come to enjoy the Marriott and consider them a high-level mid range hotel. The hotel was lovely. The staff was great and the room was beautiful, however, the the bathtub was less than par. It had several chips all across the bathtub and simply put aesthetically appeared gross. It was operational and functional, but just terrible to look at. It seemed like it belonged in a motel six rather than the level of expectations that I have experienced staying at the Marriott Bonvoy. I did speak with The desk clerk, and she was very understanding and said that she would have maintenance look at it. I will attempt to attach some photos to show you exactly what I am speaking about.

The bar was fine but the ice machine and microwave didnt work on our floor. They didnt clean the pool from previous party. How is breakfast complimentary when u have to pay for it. Also still waiting for my money back for the room hold a week later still nothing.
