The pool was closed we where not told this made a long weekend for a 4 year old that was looking forward to the hotel pool. We had paid extra to have a hotel with a pool. Some staff where rude. However at check out we again voised our disappointment and we received 10000. Roughly $50 toward our next booking.

This is a ne of the nicest hotels we’ve been to in a long time. Much larger pool and workout room than you usually get. Very nice breakfast in a cheerful lobby with contemporary furnishings.

The air conditioning in the lobby/breakfast area/elevator was out. The pool, which was supposed to be finished with repairs by the time we arrived, was still closed when we checked in and so we had no access. A smoke alarm went off for about an hour at night, and the folks staying in the room next-door to us played their television and then their music at an unreasonable volume all night long and no management intervened.

This is a great hotel. It's clean. The decorations seem new and stylish. I was only disappointed because the pool hours are published as 6am to 11 pm and the pool does not open until 8am. The pool was pretty cold to swim in. Everything else was wonderful.

Room was gross, found a payday candybar in our bed on the first night. Bathroom was gross, had someones pubic hair all over the toilet and shower, mentioned it to front desk, they stated a manager would reach out, didnt really need to speak to one, but still none the less, never received a call. The area around the hotel has some good places to eat, but the backside of the facility looks lime a waste dump

TV/Phone in room did not work after a 4 hour drive, just wanted to relax and watch TV after we ate. Called front desk from my cell, and they informed me someone would check on it in the morning. Disappointed that they did not have someone available to make sure rooms are in proper order prior to a stay.

We booked one night originally and then the next night at a later date on a 3rd party site. Bambi was able to get our reservations merged so we could stay in the same room. I didn’t know the 3rd party booked 2 different room types but we just had to check in and out and all was good.

Everything was okay most of the staff was friendly but our room was not serviced even though their signs says it would be serviced every other day, we stayed 4 nights. One of their employees I believe his name was Sal was talking to all the guest asking what they thought of the President. His words were Disparaging and contemptuous. Very inappropriate and unpatriotic. We will not stay here again.

Staff member Bambi is a nasty, rude, and more of a liability than an asset. We checked in to her rudeness and nasty tone when we simply asked if she had a preferred place to eat that she could recommend..i then ask about what time the pool closes and she says its closed for repair and that it is all over Expedia and their website, however i took a picture, repairs were supposed to be done on July 16, they crossed thru the paper with a red marker and wrote July 23rd..she then gives us a room key to 331, my wife and i walk in and i say wow they didn't clean this room too well, my wife says this is someone else's room their luggage was still in the room....back to Bambi we go and i explain i think there was a mistake because someone's stuff is in there she rudely responds no, that room was assigned and cleaned this morning....after further review she gives us a key to room 133, i say oh it was just a typo and she says no it wasn't a typo and she is giving us this room instead (Clearly she couldn't admit having made a mistake)....we go to room 133 conveniently located next to the mechanical room (Sarcasm)and to say it was disgusting is an understatement, however i was not going to deal with Bambi again so we cleaned the bathroom ourselves with the toilet paper and hand towels in the room, Horrible everything across the board for this hotel!

I really enjoyed the room and the breakfast. Everything was clean. While the woman working the reception desk, probably friendly. She was very slow to get people taking care of. We had a one year-old. He needed a pack and play and it took almost 2 hours for her to get it. When I came back out to check, she was on her phone texting.

Looks new. Very efficient, friendly front desk staff. Large room. Very clean. Bed is firm which isn't my favorite but I know is good for others. A little hard to find as it sits back from main road without a clear separate entrance.

Property was nice and newish and was right off the highway, but back off the highway behind a Dennys. Did not have the best views but was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good and they had a nice snack bar area. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, but there were only two large towels for double room. There were a dozen dining options within walking distance. Nice stay and would go there again if in the area

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Difficult to find turn since hotel is located behind a Denny’s parking lot. A more prominent, higher sign that is clearly visible from both directions would be helpful! Also, potatoes at breakfast were severely undercooked and guests had to ask that several breakfast items be restocked even though it wasn’t busy. Guessing that hotel may have been short-staffed in this area. Still would return to this property if I stayed in the area again!

Came here for my husband‘s birthday front desk lady very rude didn’t really discuss anything on the phone me and my husband through checkout .. nice room , great location but stop advertising your free breakfast. Its awful. Very small room and small food choices but would hurt to just put bacon out or sausage or scrambled eggs. There was some chicken sausage some weird egg mixture and some potatoes. The potatoes were awful. Nothing tasted good went down at 8:30 and a lot of stuff was already gone. Better off no breakfast!

Breakfast was very very very limited, the female that was working kitchen was more worried about having to do dishes, then cooking bacon and eggs. Also they "ran out" waffle mix, bagels and had to ask several times for orange juice, because she was lazy, and didn't want to leave the table. She had horrible attitude!
