Had NO hot water.

A very good facility for a reasonable price. Desk staff were above excellent. Door locks were a little wonky, probably need upgraded. Room was clean enough that I left the staff a small tip. I don’t do that if I’m not satisfied.

My door key didn’t work every time I tried to use it. They made new keys every time. It worked fine while they were standing there, the the next time I tried to use it, it would light up green but the door wouldn’t open. Very inconvenient!!!

The service, rooms, and the facility was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. The parking lot, however, at the entrance was very dark and hard to find to turn into at night. It was in need of repair as it had large pot holes and no distinct markings to guide you in.. Also, the Continental breakfast was not left out long enough in mornings. Also, each room should have had a small coffee pot as in all the other hotels in the area.

The hotel stay was good but it’s a old one with limited breakfast options and with no elevator service

Parking was a disgusting. No lines people parked where they wanted to.

I arrived after 9:00PM Thursday and was greeted by a friendly desk manager who efficiently got me signed in and into my room. My reservation was for two nights. The room was clean and quiet but did not look as nice as the room images shown in the HOTELS.COM web-site. The carpet was wrinkled indicating either old age or possibly water damage. The bed was clean and comfortable. The TV, cable service, clock, desk phone, refrigerator, and plumbing all worked fine. The bathroom was clean but small and, like the rest of the accommodations, showed its age. There was a shower stall but no bathtub. Oddly, though I am only average height, the shower head was below eye level and oddly placed near the entry rather than centered on the wall. I had to duck down to wet and rinse my hair. The following day, Friday, after a long day in the area I came back, around 6 PM, to a Motel with no gas till Monday and a decreasing supplier of hot water. I took a tepid shower and was planning the rest of my weekend when the electricity also went out. Power went out 4-5 times that evening and was out more than it was on. It finally came on and stayed on about 1030-11PM that night. When I checked out that Saturday morning my Room Statement of $259.68 showed it had been reduced by only $11.47 (less than 2%) for the inconvenience of no lights, A/C, TV, etc for most of the previous evening and hot water that morning.

While the room was clean and Staff was very kind, This is not the best location. Empty lots and business around the motel. Very outdated in furniture. During our stay they had issues with their gas line which they said was out of their control. NO hot water for two nights. The last day we are THERE - no water pressure in our room. Could not flush toilet or take a cold shower. Barely enough water coming out of the bathroom sink to brush our teeth. Their explanation - when many rooms are using water the last room at the end of the hall has low water pressure. But we had none, just a trickle. Again the staff was nice but only offered to let us use the bathroom in another room. But by that time we were checking out. We stayed 4 days here because it was within our budget. our stay consisted us not staying in the room much.We would have checked out that wasn't the case. I would not recommend unless staying a quick overnight and just need to sleep and go.

If you are looking for nothing more than a place to get a few hours sleep, this is adequate, but not comfortable. The hotel itself is older which is not an issue, but upkeep and cleanliness have not been a priority. Much of the tile/fixtures/decor is needing to be repaired/replaced. The sheets looked clean but the floor looked as though no amount of scrubbing would ever remove the decades of stains and the bathroom and teeny-tiny shower could have been cleaner, there was dirt in the shower and a number of wet hairs left around. I have never seen a smaller shower stall than the one in our room, even RV showers are bigger. The shower was plenty hot and the water pressure was ok. The bed could have been worse had there been lumps in it but the mattress felt as though i was sleeping on cardboard, extremely hard!

Fridge and microwave. Coffee in lobby only. Mattress was firm, but not saggy. Facility was quiet. Conveniently located right off I-90 freeway. Continental breakfast was good - blueberry muffins were especially yummy. For the money, this place was great for a one night stay.

Bathroom wasn't really clean when we arrived, stain on sheets and pretty outdated. Shower stall really small area and shower head very outdated.

My room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The floor smelled like dirty feet and the bathroom had not been cleaned, I had no toiletries and the hair dryer did not work. I went to the manager the next morning, and she did clean the bathroom and give me a replacement dryer and provide the toiletries. However, I had to spray an entire bottle of fabreeze on the floor just so I could sleep. I made the reservation off of reviews, and boy were they wrong. There was a Big 10 Indoor Championship at Spire, so no other hotels had availability or I would have checked out and moved. Clearly not worth the $133 a night. Very disappointing.

This is an older hotel, right off the highway. Next to it is an abandoned building. The optics of the hotel are not great. The room was nothing special, but very clean and reasonably well kept. The staff was very nice and very efficient. This was a one night stay in which I needed the hotel to sleep, shower, and store my stuff. This hotel at the price they were offering was absolutely perfect for that.

Go somewhere else if you can. Shower had hair in it and mold between shower mating sections. Water on bathroom floor had made the bottom of the bathroom door swell (particle board). Needs replaced. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Many tv channels.

Check in was very easy and the staff very friendly. The building was well maintained and the room was very clean and comfortable. Although an older hotel- the accommodations were very clean and comfortable.

GREAT Room, everything looks updated and comfy. The free internet was terrible, I had to use my hotspot. The room was big and very nice and also had a balcony

Toilet space, way too small. Beds are hard, was like sleeping on the floor! Toilet paper holder was all rusty. Not enough outlets or USB plugins to charge things.

I was impressed by how many little details and extra touches were taken care of in my room...management seems to have gone to great lengths to make sure every convenience was provided for their guests. Very dated. Door would not open with key card. Lots of road noise.

The room was exceptionally clean. The manager came to my room and assisted in connecting to the wifi!

Staff was friendly, polite, helpful. Room was pleasant, comfortable beds. Ice machine was out of order at check-in but was repaired the next morning. Will definitely return next year.

We had a wonderful stay. We were given an upgrade to accommodate my current walking/climbing stairs limitations - and it was very helpful and appreciated.

Scott was great at the front desk. Room was clean except for mold hiding behind curtain, which need to be replaced.Fruit at free breakfast was old, kinda shriveled. Stayed over a week and that's all I could find wrong. I would stay again.

The area where this property is located is kind if run down with nothing scenic about it. At first glance the motel is a bit tired. However, we found the room to be very clean, the staff cordial and helpful, and given the location near the highway and exit from a large truck stop, quieter than expected. For upscale dining you have to go to another exit. We were in transit and this place was great for that purpose.

The room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to my work assignment. Easy access to the interstate.

Great location for our drive from Colorado to Boston. Just on the East side of the Cleveland area so we can get to Niagara without heavy commuter traffic in the morning.

The unit was safe and the office staff was very courteous and helpful. Primarily the area around the motel had a business that had closed and a truck stop. Would I stop there again, probably! Convent location off the freeway.

You don't see the Denny's at the truck stop across the road till you get to it. It's just a depressed area; decrepit closed business next door. Room was clean, not bad for cheap.

It is right off the expressway, so very convenient. Area had only 2 regular restaurants but 4 fast food, and many gas stations.

Good basic hotel. A little dated, older beds, but convenient to Ashtabula, Cleveland, and Erie. Great pizza place nearby.

Property was quiet and was easily accessible from the highway.

The location was easy to get in and out of. It was a little noisy for me but turned up the tv a bit and all was good. The desk person addressed our concern of ice near our room and shortly after being notified the issue was taken care of.

Gentleman that checked us in was very nice , friendly and helpful. Breakfast is minimum but it had coffee, bagels and oatmeal and 2 cereals, yogurt and juice. Not the best but not the worse either.

They advertised a continental breakfast and only had cereals

For the hotel in a small town, the room rate was almost $200.00 with taxes - more than I wanted to pay for such a modest room. Breakfast was more than adequate however, and staff was very nice.

The property and rooms are outdated. The breakfast is very minimal.

I asked for a non smoking but it smelled of tobacco and the porch outside my window people were smoking. The toilet was so close to the toilet paper you had to remove it to sit. The continal breakfast sucked.i had to Ask 3 times to get coffee made but there was pananas and granola bar s. The shower would have been super if you're 5 foot tall or shorter. The bed well let me put it this way I have layed on soft wood planks that had more give. And a pillow covered in plastic with a case over it is REALLY nice to sleep on. If it had cost 30 bucks it would have been to much but 120. nEvEr ever again.

The motel is just old , it was clean, breakfast was not great, and the bed was not very good at all in my opinion. I know you get what you pay for and will probably find a better choice next time even if it is more money.
