I would never stay here again. The parking lot smelled of Marijuana, hookers and crackheads in the parking lot and homeless people living in cars in the parking lot. The hallway to the rooms smelled like marijuana, anyone could walk in the hotel with out a card key, doors were not secured so people were roaming the hallways all night long. The tv didn’t work in the room and there was no hot water to the room. Guy at the desk told me I should have called maintenance and sorry about my luck… never stay there again! Awful experience!

The TV remote would not operate the TV. Desk clerk gave me a different one that didn't operate the TV and said they probably couldn't fix the problem. Online said breakfast included and it was a sorry continental at best.ice machine and soda machine were both out of order.

If you’re arriving late and leaving early next morning then this place is ok because nothing worth hanging around for. Water fountain was broken, ice machine broken, juice machine broken. Breakfast was terrible and we didn’t touch it. Coffee was lightly coloured brown water. Horrible. As for the room, it was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Passages dirty, decor very worn and dated. Generally rundown.

Eddie on nights is rude as it gets, they charge a deposit with the claim you will get it back when you check out, I stayed one night with my daughter for her competition we only slept there left nothing wrong except a messy bed and they kept the deposit. The building smelled horrible. The room was extremely hot. It's hard to get out of there to go anywhere traffic is horrible and you can only turn right. Save yourself and go across the bridge.

The bathtub drain was clogged and they removed hair, but it needed drain cleaner each time i used the shower, water would rise to 3 inches or more. The ice machine was not working and the vending machine was empty! Very limited breakfast as well.

Beware lead based paint polling off ceiling in room and hallway not worth risking your safety stay else we’re no hot breakfast only give oatmeal and coffee juice machine broken down said not going replace cost to much money

The hallway and stairs are in a tacky worn condition. The upper hallway had a strong smell of tobacco or some other substance. My room had good facilities and was spotless. No complaints here.

Ice machine has mold in/on it. Hall carpet is filthy. Breakfast is not a buffet as advertised. They had instant coffee, 2 juices , granola bars, individually wrapped bagels & muffins, cream cheese, salt and pepper, cereal dispensers that were empty, and 1 fruit cup in the fridge....

Easy to get to, didnt like the $100 deposit

There was nothing really that I liked about the place I mean it was right off the highway you pretty much have to have a vehicle to get anywhere the place is definitely a knock off version of what it's appears 2 b an actual hotel. NOT SO! For the conditions and upkeep of the property it is definitely overpriced by two times when using the bathroom I had to fight off the roaches when I arrived and stepped in tomorrow I was appalled it was absolutely filthy with a spider webs and dirt floors and holes all in the comforter obviously from wear and tear and negligent smokers! There were people arguing and fighting when I woke up early to go have breakfast elsewhere because I would dare not eat their food I walked into a hallway police officers do to an altercation of some party goer that was seeing aliens! The next day during checkout I alerted the manager I asked him to take a look at the room and I showed him just how filled in disgusting it was he apologized for the felt that offer no compensation or refund or any sorts I will be requesting a refund and I gave him a tip lot of cash but of possibly hiring new housekeepers and maybe more than just the two that is required to clean the whole facility! Jason used to have a reputable image well it seems lately the new owners the people who come in and purchase live very primitively obviously maybe they need to go to health class or something and learn that hot water and bleach it goes a long way!

Staff was wonderful but the hallways look dirty and there was ants near the air conditioner and a roach in the batroom. Also the breakfast was a joke.

Junkies all over the place. Air conditioning stopped working, they said open the window. Absolutely filthy, the phone in the room didn’t work. No breakfast as advertised. Literally a gallon of milk everyone was touching and half a box of cereal. The bagels, well the two that were there, were expired from 2012!!! The card to get in your room kept shutting off, so we constantly had to get it reprogrammed to get in our room. Please stay far away from this dump! I wish I could get my money back

The first room we were given was dirty. There was still trash from the previous person who stayed there. It smelled terrible! The hallways were very dirty. I don't even know how they call what they served "breakfast". We ended up going out for breakfast instead. There was no iron or blow dryer in the room. I asked for them and they were not available. Overall this was an awful experience. I would never stay here again!

Very dated, dirty, stains on the chair. Saints were probably human body fluid. Room had a certain smell to it. It was not real fresh.

Dirty. Smelly. Nasty. This property needs to be demolished. There are several much nicer hotels within view of this place. Pick any of them.

It was clean...but... not the dirty stuffed chair which had the foam seat coming out in the back. That chair was disgusting! It seemed the room had been remodeled recently, but poorly. For instance, behind the toilet the trim board (they used flooring) was not flush against the wall where the pipe came out. Towel bar screws weren't secure, they were pulling out of the wall. The ceiling had weird lumps of something stuck to it...yuck. the non-smoking room had a foul odor to it. We were on the end near an exit door where people were smoking outside and went loudly in and out all night. Again though, I'll state, I felt the room was clean. We even stayed a second night. We will, however, try a different hotel next trip to Columbus. Breakfast was just packaged type food. We ate out.

Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Holes in the ceiling and walls. Door didn’t lock. Beds were uncomfortable.

Room was clean, but the remodel was definitely rushed. Every noise in the hallway or outside could be heard from inside the room as well. I wouldn’t stay here again. I would spend the extra money and stay next door!

Our room was a king bed and while it had adequate space, the room needed a deep clean and repairs from the stained and dirty chair, the loose flooring, the loose and dirty looking tiles in the bathroom and dead, squished bugs on the ceiling. The hallway carpet from the check in to our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed let alone steam or shampoo cleaned in ages. The trash can outside the D entrance was overflowing with garbage. It's not likely we would stay there again when traveling.

Hotel was nice other than A/C in our room sounded like a plane landing.

Nice room, clean, not much parking space, but there seemed to be enough at the time. Staff was nice, helpful and accommodating.

Everything was nice, staff was friendly. Not bad for a quick overnight stay.

I booked my room with expida .and check in time the person at the counter ask me 100 dollars cash deposit. If u don't have it u can't get the room.

The worst stay I have ever had 3rd shift accused my husband of being someone else kicked him out of the hotel we have never stayed there before. They wouldn't look at his id to prove he wasn't this person just told him to leave. Then because I asking to speak to management then told me to leave. Never in my life have I been so I'm embarrassed. I will never stay at a hotel owned by that company and I'll make sure everyone knows what they did.

They didnt want to give me a room . I wad refused for and hour and said i needed to give them a 100 depend an i told him i was clearly not informed of that and it never stated it .. Room was not clean it was surfaces wipes down. Washer n dr u ers disnt work properly i did a load was not dr

Wasn't able to stay at the facility. Less than 5 minutes after we checked in we received a call that my wife's father had fallen and we needed to return home. The hotel indicated that they could not cancel the stay, and your site indicated that the location has to approve the cancelling of the stay. Do not like the no cancellation policy and the run around we are receiving.

I didn't stay. They charged my car and they wouldn't give me my refund back. Cause when I got there, I told him I talked to the people and they didn't give him my refund back cause they wouldn't let me cancel my booking. They will get you for your money, so do not stay there. It's a scam
