Parking was easy and safe. Checking in through the Hilton app and using the digital key made having a late check-in stress free. Friendly staff and adequate breakfast. The bathroom trashcan had mold all inside of it and the carpet did not look clean.

My only complaint is there is NO HOT TUB. I put it in capital letters to stand out because the only reason I booked this hotel over others in the area was because Expedia said there was a hot tub. I asked the front desk and was told they got rid of their hot tub when COVID was rampant and the 3rd party booking sites wouldn’t remove it from their ads.

The hotel was very easy to find and very close to our meeting. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. We had a bit of trouble with the shower spraying through the curtain so the floor was pretty flooded. The pool area was clean and the water was warm. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered quite a few options. My daughter was disappointed that the hotel advertised the option of a hot tub and there actually is not one available. Overall I would definitely stay again if the opportunity comes up.

Older hotel. Clean. Right off the interstate. Good breakfast but no gravy with biscuits lol. Will say the hotel has a weird layout with lots of walking from one end of the hotel to the other. Front desk on one side, elevator all the way on the other side of the building. No little market only a couple of vending machines that only take cash. And of course they are on the opposite of the hotel from the front desk so if you need change you need to walk back and forth. Front desk associates never out front. Always in the back. And think that if you’re going to list a hot tub as an amenity it should be by the pool. Hot tubs and jetted tubs in a few rooms are not the same thing. That’s like saying you have a pool but only 5 rooms have access to it.

What I didn't like is the reason I choose this place was for the hot tub and after arriving found out there wasn't one available at the price I purchased the room for although it was included in the list of items that came with the room I purchased, to me this was not good business and is wrong to advertise something and not provide it

I don’t like to be difficult with night staff anywhere which is why I didn’t make an issue of it at the time but/ after a 13 hour drive from MA I was horrified to see fecal matter and whatnot on the bathroom toilet seat. I cleaned it myself but was disgusted I paid good money for it. Did not feel comfortable showering obviously lol and didn’t love the idea of sleeping on a stained bed but I didn’t have an option with an early morning : 10 hour drive ahead. I’m not that needy or hard to please but a clean toilet seat and appealing looking comforter covers etc shouldn’t be too much to ask for $200

Our stay was very pleasant.. granted we were in Grove City for a wedding, and were barely in our room. The staff was friend and the room was nice. Only a few things that could be a little better, is a bigger tv, and the shower door had some mold on the bottom… Other than that it was an overall great stay.. The breakfast was really good, they have a nice variety of food, and morning beverages…. If we were to ever go back to Grove city, we would return..

It was clean, but certainly outdated. The jacuzzi tub took forever to fill up, literally over an hour. The carpet was torn up and badly needed replaced. The service was fantastic, and the stay a quiet one. I would stay again, but they certainly need to do some upgrades.

The front desk attendant was helpful and friendly. He told us the room was in "the newer part (addition)" of the hotel so the furnishings were more up to date. Boy, am I glad we got the "newer" section. The furnishings were old and tired (squished down, well-sat-upon chair and bench), the TV was the smallest I've ever seen in a Hampton. The bathroom was clean and the breakfast buffet was up to caliber for Hampton. I didn't notice any recycle bike like at other Hamptons but I may not be remembering correctly.

Construction on entrance and snow clearing was not good around the entrances. I had to change rooms do to noise in the next room. The wall in between the rooms, I could even see light coming in from a gap between the ceiling and wall from the next room. I had to move to a different room. The staff was wonderful. Very accommodating and apologetic.

Very friendly, kind, and extremely helpful staff who really helped me all weekend long. The location has many options for dining and shopping all eithin walking distance. Very clean hotel and excellent accommodation. Staff was very helpful with check in as i am a stroke survivor and have difficulty with my speech and they were very patient and kind in helping me check in. My third time at this location and I look forward to coming back.

Clean.and comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water in the mornings. Breakfast was average but good for being included in the room rate. In room fridge didnt work well and they had no spare. Ice macine was fully functional so that helped! In room coffee maker wasnt great but plenty of fresh, hot coffe in the lobby. Indoor pool area looked good, didnt utilize. Would stay again!

Great hotel in a busy area with plenty of places to eat nearby. Really good breakfast with fresh fruit and lots of choices. Coffee was excellent. Kudos to Michelle in food service who went out of her way to help us find a mug that was microwave safe! Would definitely stay again at this location.
