This was a great place to stay for a quick trip. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was very comfortable. Staff was incredibly friendly. Pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Plus they had the best continental breakfast I've been to. Keep up the good work!!!

We loved the pool! The kids got a kick swimming under the wall to the outside pool. We didn't use the tickets for the drinks and dinner, but they were there. We liked the room with the separate seating area. The breakfast was good with eggs and sausage, waffles and all the usual breakfast items.

The complimentary snacks at the end of the day where a no-go. There was not sufficient stuff to accommodate the large group of teenagers and adults plus the regular guest. Breakfast was basic at a minimum. The rooms were not as clean as the last time we stayed there. Generally, it was a underwhelming experience and not worth the money.

Everything was awesome! The only thing that was difficult was the fact that only one elevator was in service. I would have taken the stairs, but our room was on the 7th floor.

The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool and hot tub were functional (two nearby hotels were not), though the pool was pretty cold. Likely because the pool connects to the outside and it was quite cold outside when we stayed. The fact that dinner is provided is great but overall the quality of the food for breakfast and dinner was on the meh side. Some stuff that's supposed to be hard was soft and vice versa (e.g. mushy rice, hard biscuits). Some food that supposed to be hot wasn't quite that.

Good place for a family. Fitness facility is minimal with mostly cardio machines bit also has an adjustable bench and a dumbbell rack for resistance training. Pool is fine for young kids.

The reservation process was efficient and we even received a call from the hotel to confirm our stay. Upon arrival, check in was very easy and the lobby was welcoming. The front desk associate was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was spacious, however, it had a very musty/damp feel and smell to it that was not noticed anywhere else in the hotel. Besides this, the room was clean and well organized. The breakfast was average at best. Many items were not available at the buffet (particularly hot items) despite us eating two hours prior to service ending. The taste was about what you'd expect from a free buffet style hotel breakfast (but there's a Bob Evans next door!).

No cleaning service done. Got a apology it was scheduled but not done. On check out was told I put the do not disturb sign out that was a lie. Food was not edible. No hand soap in the bathroom. Will not be staying at Drury again. Asked for a copy of invoice was told he could not give me one but got one at last stay at Greensboro two days ago. All I got was aplogiy or I can’t do that.

Made a reservation online, had to wait on a manager to find a room for us only to find out that I found blood and another body fluid on the mattress cover. The second room was a little better, only found one spot on a mattress cover. Very disappointed in the cleaness of thw bedding.

The service was really good and the staff seemed nice but this hotel definitely needs an upgrade. The bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable including the sheets, the hotel room did not feel clean, the water pressure was horrible, and overall this room was poor quality including being very outdated. Definitely not worth $200 a night.

The GM checked us in 1:30 early and was very welconing. He noticed we had a 6 year old and gave us the tip to get in the pool early. It was spot on because the pool was a mad house later on! The room was clean and huge. We had a corner suite. The food for dinner was good enough that we never went to Texas Roadhouse. We will be back!

This was our first time e we stayed at a Drury and we we’re pleasantly surprised that Drury offered a free dinner addition to a free breakfast. The hotel was very clean but the furniture was someway beat up and worn. New furniture would help immensely. However I was still very satisfied with the hotel and will stay at Drurys in the future.

Heating system is POOR. Heat from heater in Bedroom is transferred to the living area by way of a in the wall fan. It is very loud and very annoying when trying to sleep. Several kids screaming in the room next to us didn't help matters any either.

This has to be the quietest hotel we have ever stayed at. We had full use of pool and hot tub as no one else was around (weekday visit) . Wonderful full breakfast -and a free light dinner! Soda was flowing 24hrs too!

With the age of technology, it was surprising to us that your hotel did not offer Smart TV's and we certainly didn't think to ask with "the age of technology". So this was most disappointing and would not choose your hotel, at any location, in the event we would be need a hotel in the future. The evening snacks/drinks and breakfast were very nice; however, eliminating the complimentary evening snacks/drinks may open your hotels to afford being more tech savy.

This has to be the most quiet hotel ever. This is our 4th time here while visiting family in the area. The breakfast and dinner are such a great perk and the staff is wonderful. It’s amazing how quiet it is even being so near the Highway. Highly recommend.

I drove from Cleveland to Columbus after a baseball game that afternoon. Was heading to Cincinnati next morning. Called and let them know I would be arriving late. They were attentive and told me not to worry. Friendly and positive encounter from the check in staff. Would recommend staying. Rooms were clean and it was quiet. Thanks for the hospitality.

General manager Brandon exceptional interpersonal skills always checking on each guest with a warm smile and very good with the kids! The staff is very involved with their guests. Tosha is amazing at the front desk and Brendan the manager is out talking with guests in the morning at breakfast. It was a great facility for the price. I will definitely try more Drury Inn's if they are all like this. It was a breath of fresh air to see that customers matter to them in the hospitality industry. Thank you Tosha and Brendan

Both as a 4 night/5 day hotel guest and conference attendee, I applaud the staff on every level. There were multiple overlapping groups and it was BUSY, from Thursday through Sunday. The common areas were clean, tended to, well stocked. Food and beverage area was also efficiently replenished, accessible, and offered a good selection of offerings. Very professional and helpful staff at every turn. Looking forward to my stay there at my next conference.

Super friendly and competent staff! Room clean and comfortable. 5:30 Kick back food was awesome. Best tasting pulled pork I have ever had. Food and drinks were at perfect temperatures. Buffet set up to optimize flow and supply maintained. Dinning area kept clean and neat. Breakfast was just as excellent with staff making rounds regularly.
