I visit family in the area so this is my 3rd or 4th time staying here and it gets worse every time, so there probably won't be a next time. But the parking lot was filled with people drinking and smoking. There was a weird smell in building and in all the halls. And the elevator kept breaking down the whole day. Used to be a much nicer place to stay. Definitely not worth the money.

Upon checking in, our key card did not work. We maybe went through 8 different key cards the nights we stayed. Both times I complained to two different ladies and both said it could have been the door needing to be recharged but they never recharged it. When asked if we could change rooms because of the door being an issue, the answer was no. So we continued to go through keys which was really inconvenient. Especially because each key needed to slide into the door 18-20 times before the door would unlock. My husband tried to use the treadmill in the workout room and the belt was broken. Our room was uncomfortably hot and when we tried changing the temperature it would reset to a higher temperature. The WiFi never connected to our devices. When the lady at the front desk she didn’t do anything about it. Also, a lot of TV channels did not work either. It was just a very inconvenient stay and I would NOT recommend.

Loved the area .good shopping close was upset book it because it was supposed to have indoor pòol. The pool was not able to be used due ro maintenance issues they could have discounted the price per night but didnt even offer my daughter was upset because she couldn't go swimming in our down time .

The property is old, needs updated. A/C unit and the elevators are very noisy. By 8:20 am the sausage gravy was gone and was told it would not be refilled.

Clean, customer service was good. I got the king double room. Unfortunately the air conditioner couldn’t keep the room cool as I’d like. 92’ degrees July 4th and it just ran all day long and was also on the 3rd floor. The elevator is relatively slow. The breakfast wasn’t any good. Bread, sausage links,powdered scrambled eggs, very unimpressed by all means. Next morning was no different. Breakfast starts at 7 and yet it wasn’t ready. I also saw a lot of transients staying there which I didn’t really expect that for being a fairly nice hotel. So for the price and what I received I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for.

The pool was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Nice location, Big Boys on one side, gas station on the other. Pretty quiet. Only thing that felt unsafe was some random homeless guy that was allowed in the front lobby to use the computer meant for guests. We saw him when checking out aroynd 4 AM to catch an early flight.

I really only had one major complaint, and that was the swimming pool. It was absolutely filthy and in terrible decline. It look like it had never been cleaned. The water was cloudy and anything metal in the pool area was badly rusted. I realize a lot of people don't even use the pool but I work out in the swimming pool instead of working out in the gym, so I was just totally disgusted

The first floor men’s bathroom was disgusting and both men’s and women’s were required to be locked because of displaced people in the area using the facilities to keep warm. Evening check in was good. The clerk was nice and helpful. The room was ok. Other than needing some updating on charging ports. The pool was clean but one of the wall lights inside the pool was loose and floating in the water and no one bothered to gather wet towels from the previous night and replace them. We saw several homeless people lounging in the lobby just in our very brief stay. The building is definitely dated but adequate.

The foyer area was dirty along with the carpets. The hair dryer didn’t work, which I had planned on using. The tv didn’t work. The comforter was stained with something dark, like blood or chocolate. It was gross. I would never stay here again. I was offered an “I’m sorry”. That’s it. I would never stay here again.

Room looked like the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed. We kept stepping in crumbs and having stuff stuck to our socks. There was also dirty socks left in the room from the previous person and small holes in the sheets.

I came to see family for the weekend. I was happy I got a room on the top floor. (That what I asked for). I was disappointed that the bathtub didn't look clean, there was mold in the corners. The towels all had yellow spots on them too. During the night (Jan.27th) the people in the room next to me were SO loud. They were partying and yelling, and the TV was so loud. They woke me up at 3:33am. I was not a happy camper. And the Continental breakfast left alot to be desired. There was no bacon, and no potatoes. There was sausage but I don't like it. The Beligum waffles tasted good, but they were tough as shoe leather. I was disappointed in the breakfast.

Just don’t . Unclean and unsanitary. Upon check in to my room the bed was covered in dark stains and upon flipping the covers there was a yellow stain. They came to change it but that still had light stains. Pretty much felt grossed out the rest of the stay, When I attempted to make tea it spit out dark black liquid from being dirty. Never again 🙄

Bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs. I got bit bed bugs so bad my arm was swollen up for 3 days, and all they did was move me to another room across the hall. Was there for 3 nights and had to chose but to stay there, but i will never go back to the hotel.

Hotel is in a great location. There was an overpowering smell of cleaner on the elevator. My room appeared to be clean but I always wipe everything down and the amount of dirt was disgusting. The mattress was hard and the pillows are so small. The toilet sits very low. I did not eat the breakfast offered.

Our room had a terrible musty oder. So did my parents room. They were non smoking rooms but it’s apparent they had been smoked in. I went to Walmart and bought Oder ban and frebreze which helped make it tolerable. Towels were dingy and had to ask for replacements. They never emptied our trash just replaced towels one day. Floors were kinda gross but bed was clean and comfy. Shower pressure was pitiful. Staff was extremely nice and breakfast area lobby were clean and the coffee was good. Will probably stay elsewhere next time I visit though.

I stay in hotels constantly for work and this was the worst experience I've ever had. Our keys repeatedly didn't work, the bed linens and towels were dirty, the ice machine didn't work, the tv remote didn't work, and the wifi was out. Save yourselves and stay elsewhere!

Nice folks on staff. The room itself was fine. But the bed ( clean and new enough) was miserably hard and the pillows were small. If you like a hard bed, you'll like this hotel.

Greeted kindly with an expeditious check-in into a clean, well kept Hotel with spacious room neat as a pin. Bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and well watched over by a dedicated staff member. I definitely would stay here again! This is a model for the Choice Hotels brand.

The hotel was clean. The people checking you in and out were very pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were very hard. Breakfast was awful. There was a group of ball players from a college staying there. They were very nice young men. The problem was when we went down to breakfast they were already down there and had eaten most of the food. The person which was in charge was outside smoking and not keeping up with stocking up on anything for the other guests. This was not the fault of the ball players but staff. We had to go buy breakfast. One other thing is the hotel is so close to the main road that the traffic noise is very loud in the rooms. Other then two things it is a very nice and clean hotel.

When we tried to check in on 7/17 around 1am, there was no one at the front desk for at least an hour even though we called earlier to confirm we would arrive late. After she showed up to the desk she was clearly on drugs and couldn’t even stand up straight. We waited so long and this was poor customer service. She said she was sleeping and didn’t feel well. She was Slouching over the computer while trying to type my name in the computer multiple times to check in. She was barely responding to me and it took a long time to get us checked in. I was extremely tired after driving all night and at this point I was ready to find a new hotel. The ac in the hotel was very loud and irritating. I am very disappointed in my stay and would like a refund asap.
When we tried to check in on 7/17 around 1am, there was no one at the front desk for at least an hour even though we called earlier to confirm we would arrive late. After she showed up to the desk she was clearly on drugs and couldn’t even stand up straight. We waited so long and this was poor customer service. She said she was sleeping and didn’t feel well. She was Slouching over the computer while trying to type my name in the computer multiple times to check in. She was barely responding to me and it took a long time to get us checked in. On 1/29 the night clerk set off the fire alarm and was very unapologetic about it even though I tried to explain to her that I have an autistic child with sensory issues that was woken up by her screw up she proceeded to giggle about the situation and brushed it off...I was a return traveler but Will probably never stay here again

Hotel is old and run down. Front desk staff and was slow and rude. While we were checking in, they’ll two women at the front desk were gossiping about the women who had checked in ahead of us and said that they must be in town for the “Karen Convention.” Very unprofessional. We booked for two nights but ended up only staying one and booking at the Double Tree in Newark for the second night, which was exponentially nicer.

The hotel was clean. The people checking you in and out were very pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were very hard. Breakfast was awful. There was a group of ball players from a college staying there. They were very nice young men. The problem was when we went down to breakfast they were already down there and had eaten most of the food. The person which was in charge was outside smoking and not keeping up with stocking up on anything for the other guests. This was not the fault of the ball players but staff. We had to go buy breakfast. One other thing is the hotel is so close to the main road that the traffic noise is very loud in the rooms. Other then two things it is a very nice and clean hotel.

Clean, customer service was good. I got the king double room. Unfortunately the air conditioner couldn’t keep the room cool as I’d like. 92’ degrees July 4th and it just ran all day long and was also on the 3rd floor. The elevator is relatively slow. The breakfast wasn’t any good. Bread, sausage links,powdered scrambled eggs, very unimpressed by all means. Next morning was no different. Breakfast starts at 7 and yet it wasn’t ready. I also saw a lot of transients staying there which I didn’t really expect that for being a fairly nice hotel. So for the price and what I received I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for.

Greeted kindly with an expeditious check-in into a clean, well kept Hotel with spacious room neat as a pin. Bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and well watched over by a dedicated staff member. I definitely would stay here again! This is a model for the Choice Hotels brand.
