Advertise a laundry room but the hotel does not actually offer one. They have a sister hotel you can go to and use theirs but I opted to use a local laundry mat that was nice and quick.

I have stayed here before because it is convenient to family that I am visiting. This trip was not as smooth as previous. The first room that I was being checked into keys did not work two times so the room was changed. I requested a room close to the elevator and got one furthest away. The business center did not work with room key and once in the computers did not work. The pool is noted by its door to be open 8am to 10 pm but at checkin they said 10-10( waiting for new sign). Previous trips I had been able to use earlier but this time I needed front desk to open( they did let me in at 940 but family came by after 10 and I had to let them in). The microwave in my room did not work. They did get it replaced. Tiffany, working at the front desk, was my problem solver or else the rating would have been less. I am returning to the area in August and plan to look for a hotel that has pool hours earlier in the morning.

I have stayed at adjacent hotels many times but just felt unsafe at this location. No washer dryer as advertised on one site. Room was dirty and hotel was under construction on a very busy weekend that I am assuming is why the discounted rate for that room.

We booked this hotel for our soccer tournament weekend as we always stay at a Hampton Inn wherever we travel. We also had about 5 other families stay here. We find out when others checked in that the pool is closed. The pool is VERY important with a group of soccer families. Unfortunate that we were informed we won’t be refunded any of our stay (wasn’t asking for a full refund) but we were given the option to leave to go to another hotel without being charged. It’s a soccer tournament weekend, not sure who would have 5 rooms available for all of us to switch.

Room 202 smelled like mold. There was mold all around the ceiling. Requested to move to different room. No visible signs of mold in Room 2012 but when I woke up I was coughing & stuffy due to staying in a moldy building. I will never stay there again. Mold isn’t something to take lightly of.

For starters the gentleman that checked us in had 0 customer service skills at all and seemed highly irritated he had to get off of his cell phone to assist customers. We get to our room and the pillows are half of the size of normal pillows, looked almost like throw pillows. When it was asked about was told there are two different size of pillows and we would have to come down later in the evening to obtain different pillows. The wall mounted lamp on the left side of our bed was broken and was barely hanging on. Was greeted by Ants in the bathroom later in the evening on both the countertop and in the shower. We couldn't even use the fridge because the dresser/cabinet it was in was broken and wouldn't allow the door to open. It wasn't just the rooms either, the hall ways of our floor were uneven and soft and almost squished when walked on. I would not recommend this hotel, save yourself the money and the stress.

Everything was great in terms of service! Five stars! But the room was dark and dingy. The lighting needs to be upgraded. It was somewhat depressing. I would recommend investing in making the rooms brighter. Also, updating the bathrooms. Nothing was dirty, just drab and depressing.

It was convenient for location and our purpose for being in town. The bathroom sink was inconvenient in that it had a permanent non-removable, non-adjustable drain plug that caused the sink to fill up and drain extremely slow. Also the curtain shades in the window would not close all the way and we had to hold them shut with a hair clip to keep people from being able to see in. Went down for breakfast around 9:30am and most everything was gone; waffle batter was complete empty so we had to go out and eat. The place was just ok but would not stay again for the price.

Black out curtains did not fully cover windows. Lights from the parking lot shined through the sheer curtains making it hard to sleep. Floors in room and hallways were warped to the point that one could trip or roll their ankle walking across them. Fridge was leaking and eroding the press board cabinet housing the fridge. Other than this it was decent.

Bathroom/tub was gross. The room was so loud, it sounded like like people walking the hall or upstairs were directly in our room. The bed was hard as a rock and the mattress was worn so you rolled toward the middle of the bed.

TV didn't work. No manager on property to handle situation. No facilities staff who could fix issue. Not enough support on hand to help front desk person who I believe was all alone.

It was difficult checking in (under the name Kellie Brock) due to computer problems and was only offered snacks as compensation. The refrigerator in room 219 did not open as it was too big for the cabinet it was in and we had items that required refrigeration. We told the front desk and they told us maintenance would be up the next morning. They never came. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I visit Columbus on a regular basis and my normal experience with the Hampton line is very good but I will never stay at this location again, it was extremely loud staff was very unfriendly and when I went to check out they could not give me a receipt and could explain what my final bill would be when I asked to stay until the situation was complete for a receipt they told me if I wanted to stick around all day when they have time to do it I could ,otherwise I needed to leave. I stayed 2 nights the floor above me was so loud all the way up till 1:30 am it took me over an hour for the front desk to even answer. When they did they said the didn’t know the room number that was above me When I told them my room number they still could not figure it out. No apologies Breakfast was not good and our room had no closet no dressers for our clothes no where to hang clothes no shampoo or Conditioner. Truly a very disappointing stay

The fact that there was no ice machine and the worst hotel breakfast we have ever had was the tip of the iceberg. When an employee decides to text my cell phone at almost 11pm to see how my stay is going and wake us up, or continuing to text the following day is just crazy. If i didn't sign up for you to text me then you should take that as a hint.

I liked the convenience of the property to the event I attended. My room was clean, but appeared to still be under construction with holes in wall where night stand used to be and white paint or dust on green wall. Dirty windows so not great for looking out. Breakfast was good and coffee was good.

The hotel and staff were great. There was no problems at all. The room was great nice and big spacious but the only thing I had a problem with was the breakfast. The breakfast wasn’t all that at all it wasn’t very much. I wasn’t happy with it.
