The building appears to be old and a little dark and dingy for my taste, but it was clean and quiet. I booked a short stay due to unexpected maintenance needs in my home. The staff was professional, and overall it was appropriate for the price. Rather than putting a card on file, however, plan to pay an additional $100 deposit upfront.

Will never stay again. Polite staff but the room had dust accumulated in the light above the bed. There was an outlet on the wall behind the bed with no cover, the dust ruffle on the box spring near the headboard had lots of debris and body hair. The floors were in bad shape in the bathroom and you could see the staining, and the drain in the shower was dirty and wouldn’t rinse away. The room floor was in terrible shape and uneven, and the walls and edging around the room were either stained or mid-colored. Overall the staff was polite, the location is nice, and there’s enough parking but I wouldn’t stay here ever again.

The door opens to the outdoors. Room is on the smaller size. That being said, check-in was easy, room was clean and updated. If you’re just sleeping, I can’t justify twice the price across the parking lot. Thank you red roof inn.

Other than having to walk down to the office to get ice or snacks, I was pleased with the service I received. The staff was very accommodating, the TV wasn't working they had it fixed within 15 minutes.

Pillows were terrible, furniture was worn, strange food smells wafting through the rooms and basic maintenance not taken care of. I rated this place so low as we found a used condom in the ice bucket, incredibly disgusting. I brought this to the attention to the front desk staff who told me they would discuss it, have the mananger get in touch with me and send someone to our room to take care of it. Someone came to our room, didn’t knock, looked in the ice bucket and said it was fine. At this point I was extremely upset and showed the individual that the used condom was on the plastic bag that I pulled out of the ice bucket and it was not fine. We quickly gathered our belongings and left the property, I again stopped by the front desk and was told someone would contact me…NO ONE ever contacted me. This is one of the absolute worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I get that it's a low-budget property. But this was beyond unacceptable. The room had a weird smell. The floor planks were peeling, there were holes and poorly repaired patches in the wall. There were cobwebs on the window frame, and the entry door was filthy. The room was freezing and the noisy heater took forever to warm it up. The sink faucet had three speeds: off, dribble and jet blast. I couldn't sleep because of the noisy heater cycling on and off all night. The mattress had a huge dip in the center. Uncomfortable to say the least. There was no way I was going to say all 4 nights I was in town. I checked out after my first night and moved to a much nicer hotel next door. The fellow at the front desk was polite, so no issues there. The neighborhood was fine (I'm from the area originally) and I expected a MUCH NICER facility.

Room looked really nice - recently renovated. Beds were ok - edges of mattresses were weird to sit on. Bathroom was in need of renovation, or at least repair and better cleaning. Only two towels for a room that sleeps 4, and they were the smallest bath towels I've ever seen. No condition. The free "breakfast" consisted of coffee only, not even a continental breakfast. Found it odd that they charge $100 room deposit then refund it rather than just doing an auth, but I got the refund ok.

I arrived at the Red Roof location got a call from the front office as I pulled in asking if I was coming. I told them yes I’m in the parking lot. I go the front they said they canceled my reservation. Because I didn’t arrive in time. Mind you they sent me an email saying my check in time was 3pm to 3am and it said on the email to notify them of arrival would be later then check in. I arrived at 7pm inside my window. They said they said they could rebook it but could charge me more but would give me the same rate. Then they said they could charge be for being late. I explained they could not do that as I had in writing from them when to check in and it was already paid. They were extremely rude and lacked emotional intelligence. I could have went to a nicer hotel and not stayed there if I wanted to. Overall horrible staff horrible stay and would recommend anyone else to just go stay somewhere else like the Holiday Inn or Hampton or Hilton.

Although we had made reservations and they were confirmed, they canceled them on the day of our trip. Never even contacted us to let us know. They contacted my husband. Not sure how or why they did that and he was able to let us know that we didn't have a place to stay. The hotel said my card was declined. very suspicious of that as there was plenty of money in account. very bad experience! No place else to stay.

Its a Red Roof Inn, so it isn't a Hilton and its important to keep that in perspective. But the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and there are a multitude of restaurants within walking distance. I chose the hotel because of its convenience. I walked to dinner next door, slept well at night. Don't need much more than that.

The room was sufficient, however the floor was filthy. It made me question the cleanliness of the place. I spilled some water on the floor and cleaned it up with a towel. The towel picked up the dirt on the floor. Grossed me out. I didn’t want to walk on that floor with bare feet. It probably hasn’t been mopped in months. Also the sink drained very slow. There must be a lot of hair down the pipes. The hair dryer was worthless. It stops working if it gets too hot. I couldn’t finish styling my hair. There aren’t any restaurants open late at night. Dominos doesn’t deliver in that area. Good luck finding something to eat after 9:00 pm.
