The room was clean and spacious. The pool was heated, and there was music playing in the pool room. The staff was polite and helpful. I would go again and recommend to anyone. Also, the breakfast was good and the check in and check out procedures were quick and easy.

The bed was very comfortable and room and bathroom very clean. They had a pool, gym, breakfast buffet and parking included. There is also a lot of restaurants/fast food within 10 minutes. Interstate on and off within a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again!!

Side door badge reader was out of order but u locked all 4 days i was there. Anyone could just walk in at any time all 4 days. I reported this to the front desk (Jim) he said he would it fixed Never did. Unsafe for guests

This property had 3 EV charge spots with free charging. We took the last available spot and charged our Tesla at the J-1772 charger. The two Tesla destination chargers were already taken. The hotel was booked for a wedding and yet was still clean and had accomodations for breakfast for all. Very nice location right off the highway.

This is the 4 th stay in this hotel whenever I am visiting the area. . There is dramatic chance in quality from last time I was there ( couple years ) . I found bugs crawling on bed sheets , dead bugs on shower floor. And the pillows are all worn out that there is no support at all. Honestly , I was extremely disappointed and it won’t be easy to give this hotel another try after such experience. Especially with is being one of the expensive hotels around in the area. I hope somebody takes care of all these issues bc honestly many loyal customers like me will select a different hotel for their stay. Thank you for your time into reading this.

We really liked this hotel. It was quiet and comfortable. For travelers that have trouble sleeping because of light the black out blinds were perfect. We also liked the door that closed off the entry and sleeping area. That is an awesome feature. I would highly recommend staying here.

Water pressure is awful in the shower, you can barely wash soap off anything. Get rid of water efficient nozzles its ridiculous. I love holiday day inn express but this is the same thing at every location I've been to. AC/Heat is locked at locations also is a problem. Not everybody likes a room at 65 or 72 degrees. When paying money it should be set at whatever temperature I want. Towels you guys should get another distributor. If your not 120 lbs the towels don't reach around your body. Door broke on the east side of the building.

Well worth it. Hotel is my background. I was an assistant hotel manager at Sandals resorts international. That is the only place I will stay whenever I’m in the area. Air conditioning made weird clicking noises throughout the night.

We stayed for NYE as we were attending a party at another facility. They had a shuttle and let us know the times and set it all up. They were able to give us a specialize room when we called for a specific room which was great! The breakfast was good, got a had variety. We didn’t use the pool or fitness area but they were both nice and seemed to be spacious. Room it’s self was spacious - king bed with sofa, desk and small coffee table. No complaints!

We've stayed at multiple different properties in the area and this one sits off the highway enough that you don't hear the traffic from I-71 as you do at other locations. This was a huge plus on top of the fact that the facility is fairly new and well-kept.

Overall I like Holiday Inn Express. Very disappointed with breakfast. Coffee carafe was empty and no one around to ask if they were bringing out more. There was an hour left for breakfast. Hardly any eggs and they were overcooked.
