It was pitch dark out upon arrival and we could hardly see the sign. Parking lot was very dark. They need the lights to come on earlier. Price was great and when we got to the room we saw why. It was the tiniest room I have ever seen. It served its purpose though and we got a good night’s sleep. Bed was comfy, water hot, and good TV. Breakfast had sandwiches you had to heat in microwave yourself which was a bit of a drag but it was alright.

Check in person was efficient but never smiled. Elevator was broken and we—a couple of people in their 80–had to walk up to the third floor with all of our luggage. Ice machine was out of order on the 3rd floor, and a sign on the machine invited us to use the ice machine on the first floor. This is our 3rd time at this motel. We enjoyed our first two stays immensely , but this one left a lot to be desired.

Hotel clean, bed comfortable, quiet. Needs a little care. Only 1 elevator, not much choice for breakfast, ran out of waffle batter and coffee. Staff did refill when they were told about problem. Friendly. Close to highway.

The room was very nice quiet and clean. Having the refrigerator and microwave was a plus. The coffee and tea were ok. I loved the ice machine by e and the filtered water next to each other. The breakfast was enjoyable as well. I t was easy to find and will stay there again if the that area

They are working on the only elevator so we had to carry our stuff up and down 3 flights of stairs. We were only going told this when checking in. Nothing on line. The rooms are “ok”. I hope they are still remodeling. Two couches in the room were both old looking and didn’t even match or compliment each other - giving it an odd look! Only 1 TV by the bed. If you sit in the couch area, you really couldn’t even see the tv. The bathroom shower faucet was shooting out water when turned on and the carpet was filthy looking!

The employees were fantastic. The room was ok, the blinds did not keep out the light. The A/C unit is noisy and needs to be replaced. They have contractors staying. They bring in mud and dirt. It was all over the place. You go to get breakfast and the contractors have cleaned out all the fruit and sandwiches. The ran out of the sandwiches 4 of the 8 days we stayed. The contractors would leave all their trash in the hall. Made this establishment look very low. The fitness center is a joke. All the equipment needs to be upgraded. 2 nights we had issues with people arguing outside. One night the person in the room next to us. Snored so loud it kept us up. Don’t know if I would stay here again.

When we first got there the room was not cleaned. Trash everywhere, bed unmade, and the bathroom was dirty. Staff reported there weren’t anymore rooms available but offered to clean it themselves. Even then the sheets were covered in stains, the walls covered in boogers and the bathroom floor still had shoe prints. The smell of dog and dirty shoes lingered in the hallways and elevator. Luckily we only stayed one night and will not be back.

The bathroom floor was sticky. Our shoes stuck to it. We had to clean it with a face cloth. The tub was dirty. The shower curtain was moldy. The sink stopper was broken (Room 305). The ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order. On the other hand, the staff was very helpful, efficient, and friendly. (We have photos if you'd like to see them.)

The hotel smells musky and the room smelled like mold. Bathroom was still dirty, hair from previous people still on the show walls. Toilet kept backing up without anything in it. Floor felt dirty and we had flies in our room.

The hotel was not only filthy (more than ANY other property ever experienced), it was moldy and the non-smoking rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. We were traveling w/our 18 mo old granddaughter and 15 yr old son who were both affected and struggled w/ cold symptoms after only one night. I DO NOT RECOMMED and will not stay at Quality Inns ever again. They should have paid us.

The reviews I read about breakfast were right, lots of options and pretty good. As for the room, it was very small and clean, except the headboard. You could see wear someone’s head was propped against it and when the light hit it you could see where something (I don’t want to think about it) splashed on it and ran down. There was an exposed fixture like where a light was in the bathroom and the thermostat was not on the wall, just the plate it was formerly hooked to. Neither was a big deal. My only other issue was the noise. The walls were thin, and we could hear people talking in the next room and people were slamming their doors.

The room was small, but adequate. Clean. The staff is very friendly. There are some design flaws which could be reported to corporate. The toilet paper holder is too far away from the toilet on the opposite wall. Some safety bars could be located in and around the tub. There is no night stand and therefore no reading lamp on one side of the bed. The room seems somewhat dark with only 2 lights.

Nothing to like. The manager is a complete waste. Rude. Doesn’t do her job. Doesn’t answer the phone allowed mass chaos in the parking. We left and had to go find another room. Will be demanding a refund

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Do not expect a 5 star hotel, this is a very budget friendly and conveniently located hotel. Provided breakfast was great, nothing fancy, but good enough to at least start the morning. Would definitely recommend this place again

There was no one working the front desk when we arrived around 5. Took a good 10 minutes for someone to show up. The room is small and needs updating. The bathroom door doesn't shut all the way. The cover on the heater popped off and won't go back on.

Our check in & out was easy and fast. The staff is so pleasant. The room was small but had a very confortable bed & pillows, microwave, refrigerator and was very clean. Not like some hotels that use heavy gross air fresheners to mask whatever they are masking. Breakfast was nice and we liked the option of breakfast sandwiches that came out perfect in the microwave. Waffles, cereals, bread & muffins were also available as well as tge best coffee. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

I stayed here While driving back to Illinois from Virginia beach. It's not a fancy hotel But it was close to the interstate and I could have my dog The staff We're friendly And efficient. The room was small but had everything I needed And was clean. The area around the hotel offered a lot of dining options And the hotel had a free breakfast in the morning.

The air conditioning did not work well, and in one of the rooms, the entire front of the air conditioner unit was off. Breakfast is very, very limited. But it was quiet, clean, and convenient so the hotel served its purpose for our quick overnight stop on the way to Virginia.

We stay here every year when we go to Shaker Woods Festival, small room, but very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The only down side is the free breakfast, No hot food, it was cereal, bread, muffins and bagels, but for the price it not a big deal. I will keep coming back.
