We have stayed here several times and the staff is always super accommodating. The building itself, however, needs repair. Outlets don’t work, phone jacks are dead, door handle fell off in my hand. Overpriced for the condition.

I really enjoyed the location not bad . So in our room we got was dirty little kitchenette we had had rice on the stove top. Bathroom under the cabinets had a dirty old bra . Walking down the hallways the carpets are filthy dirty . They promote having a pool but yet it’s closed and you could tell it’s been closed for awhile . And yes last but not least the breakfast is a joke hardly anything to eat and 6 tables for someone to eat at . Would not come back again

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. However, the condition of the hotel was very old and run down. the hallway smelled really bad of old cigarette smoke. The stairwells were not in very good repair. Needed wall paper or at the very least paint to try to cover some of it up We rushed to get you our room thank goodness it was much better. The frame on the first bed stuck out over 6 inches and I tripped and cut my leg and it’s very badly bruised. To top it off when I got home I saw they charged me for the room when I paid already. Awaiting then fix that

The staff was super nice, professional and accommodating. The only reason I didn't give five stars for the property is because the pool was closed and it wasn't noted on the website when I booked. Other than that the beds were comfortable, room was clean and the free breakfast was better than I had expected! I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. My only complaint is that you have to go through heavy doors to reach the elevator. It was tricky getting luggage through this narrow opening.

TVs did not work, 2 rooms we had no volume on either tv. One channel came in on both tvs. Rooms were clean for the most part, but bed sheets were staind. Walls and hallways were dirty. Not the worst place, but not up to the reviews I saw online.

Place is easy to get to with plenty of close restaurants. Room was very clean. Only issue is the room and hallways smell like cigarettes and weed really bad. The whole hallway is labeled nonsmoking but every room you pass you can smell it. We had to get air freshener and open the window in order to stand it. Otherwise it’s nice and cozy.

There were ants all in the microwave, door took about 7 times to open, hot water pressure to the sink was trash. Instead of giving a discount they gave another room and in that room the tv channels didn't work it was very limited.

Room where we were originally booked was dirty, shower had mold without shower curtain and toilet was clogged with a plunger on top of it. Staff promptly changed us rooms. Staff member was nice. 2nd room was better but shower wasn’t functioning properly.

At 3pm check in time the staff was doing a change over - not prepared whatsoever didn’t even kniw which roons were clean. Check in took ant least 20 min while the housekeeping g staff read off a list of 30 rooms that were clean and staff was writing it all down. Also room had mold on black out curtains. Along with a few red spots. Pillow had a blood stain on it as well as carpet having a big red spot. I would not stay there again.

No hot water in certain rooms then you are informed to let it run until you have hot water...it got about 10 degrees warmer. Cold showers for everyone! Joy. But before your shower you will be pulling the hair out of the clogged shower drain... We did however sleep the hard.

The internet in the room was very poor. I had to use my mobile data which ran out. I made the remark to the front desk as well. Other than that, it is a very wonderful place to stay. I would love to stay there next time.

This comfort inn was more expensive than another comfort inn I had stayed in , just 2 weeks before. This seemed run down and old. Our room smelled like smoke to me. The breakfast was limited. Overall, compared to the comfort inn I had stayed in, it was below my expectations. It was ok. Just not the best.

The staff here was wonderful! The safe in our room wouldn't open. (Not sure if we didn't remember the code correctly or it was a problem with the safe) First Robert tried, but couldn't get it open. Then the Susan tried and was successful. Both of their attitudes and persistence with the problem were so positive and helpful. Even the breakfast lady was so helpful and willing to serve. So nice to have such nice people to help us. And the beds were really comfy! Lots of food options really close, too. I give this 5 stars for service! : )

Unfortunately, when we arrived at 11pm there was no one working at the desk and other customers were there with no way to check in. After contacting the police and corporate, they were able to find someone to check us in. I still got a call at 11:05 about checking out on time. No kidding we overslept! I was already completely exhausted and didn't get into my room until corporate figured it out. No offer of compensation or even a sorry.

Second time staying here. Much better than the first time in 2021. Didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Front desk staff was excellent the entire time. Carla did a great job making a connection over sports and family. Would stay here again.

When we pulled into the parking lot, I was worried what I got myself into. There were only 2-3 other cars there & the overall area looked questionable. But we had reservations & it was not refundable so we went in. As soon as we walked in, it was MUCH better. Everything was clean, updated, and the staff were very kind. Our room was pretty basic, but very clean (and I’m super picky with hotels). There were no weird smells or stains. Things overall were updated & not old & grungy. Some cons were…. - Breakfast was disappointing. We ended up outsourcing. - The fridge in our room was loud, so we shut it off. - And the tv was kinda messed up. It was very hard to change channels. We just needed a place to rest our heads for the night that was cheap & this place did just that.
