The hotel was under construction. I had no landline telephone for 3 days (although I asked each day), only to get an excuse about the construction workers misplacing the telephone cable. As I left my door ajar & went for ice one morning (a few doors down the hall) and a worker walked into my room without knocking (and my wife was in the room). When I asked if I could help him, his English-speaking co-worker said he was looking for his tools. After this, I decided to checkout early and the biggest problem was with Hotels.com. Totally disappointed and unacceptable!

The only really bad area, was the pool. There were very little non slip runners. The pool area was extremely slippery! We saw a toddler, who was walking slowly fall. She hit her head, and if it wasnt for the life jacket her mother had on her, that could have ended up with an extremely bad head wound. That area is a lawsuit waiting to happen!! My friend who has to walk with a cane, had to get help from a wonderful gentleman,who was also a guest, to get to the door from the pool.

Work out room did not have any disinfection wipes for equipment. Our room did not have a shower curtain, but once installed, the curtain keep on sliding open from both ends, because the rod was loose from the wall.

There were some brown spots on one of the comforters snd sadly the pool was down. The hotel room was very nice and inviting and the tv was huge. The hotel also provided Dove Products in the bathroom ( hand soap, bodywash shampoo and conditioner)

Just got back from a trip, and I have to say the hotel was spotless! The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. I was really impressed with how smoothly everything ran. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway!

Pulled back the covers of the bed and found crumbs. told the front desk person the ice machine had a plate over the whole and couldn't drop ice and he told me to just use another floors. Room was not clean.

Floored to say the least. My 9 year old son found a sex toy in our room this morning after already sleeping in the room all night. So it’s beyond clear that the health and safety of their gusts nor cleanliness is priority. The hotel only discounted my room by $40. The money isn’t even the point, I’m disgusted, management didn’t even take the time to touch base with me either.

Very dirty for a recent remodel. Craftsmanship looks like something out of a hostel in Eastern Europe. Staff set garbage can on top of coffee bar to remove trash bag and walks off leaving trash can sitting on coffee bar. Room was covered in dust from attempt at remodel. Lamps had burned out lightbulbs, paint on curtains, toilet paper holder loose and hanging to the point the roll would slide off. Stairs had dried mud on them from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor the entire stay of 3 says. Very disappointed in Holiday Inn and how they let this go on in their properties.

The floor in the bathroom was dirty in spots. In a double bed room, in one bed we found a little rock. Then the other bed had a tiny spider between the sheets and comforter as well as little fuzzes. Probably would not had known about the fuzzes until looking for more spiders.

Bed was super comfy and room was quite clean. However, upon arrival late in the evening, the entire 1st floor hallway wreeked of marijuana with blasting loud music from a room. Fortunately, our 2nd floor was quiet...until very early morning. The room doors in this hotel are ridiculously heavy, exceptionally loud and there is constant slamming that startled one from their bed. I can't imagine I'll stay there again, even with the great room and wonderful price.

Great stop for a trip across country on I70 in the Columbus area. Nice suburban area with lots of places to eat in the vicinity. The hotel is spacious rooms that are clean and modern. We will plan to stay there again when making the same trip as this one

We had a suite for 2 nights, they woke us up at 8am and moved us to another room after the first night. They did the same to another family member that was staying their also. We both were told that our bathrooms was leaking water into the room below. Yes, we got the same story! Lastly, our suite had one small (looked like a 42") TV. Just seemed odd. We haven\'t seen a TV that small in a suite for years.. not in a king and sofa suite.

My room was very clean and functional. I liked the flat screen up on the wall and closet layout next to it. Lots of space in the room. Very nice bathroom and shower. The only item that did not work was the coffee make in the room, which I told the man at the front desk about. I will stay here again. Nice place.

I called three days before my check in requesting an early check-in. I was told I needed to call the day before so the day before my I called requesting an early check-in. I was told I needed to call the day before so the day before I called and was told that I could check in between 130 and 2 pm. Whenever I arrived the white gentleman (only using ethnicity because so the hotel is aware of whom was there). The guy was rude I was told that nobody there would have told me that because that’s how they handle it. I told him to look in my reservation because it had been noted he was rude about it, and still told me that it was not the way that it should be done. He did allow me to check in, but had a horrible attitude the next morning I spoke to him again, asking his recommendation on how to handle early check ins and he was still extremely rude

Very run down. Actually, kind of a dump. Leaking toilet, not very clean (bobby pins in the shower, trash in the trash cans already), really poorly patched holes in walls, no hot breakfast (as was advertised). When we brought the concerns to the manager, he actually started to get loud and argue with us. Since we were checking out I just left the keys and walked away. He continued making all kinds of excuses getting louder and louder. I'm pretty low maintenance, just wanted to bring it to their attention and maybe get an apology. Don't blame everybody else, just take some responsibility and try to do better man.

After 2 different failed attempts at lackluster hotels, and tempers reaching boiling points, my family and I decided on the Holiday Inn Express. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and everyone we encountered from the staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. Definitely changed the outcome of how our weekend went for the better and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area

Convenient and close to the interstate with some shopping and food close. Had to wait over 15 minutes for check in as there were no staff in sight. Room dated with more traffic noise than expected. Glad I didn't pay much for the stay. Free breakfast included in stay.

They guy who checked us in last night was so kind and very professional. They guy at the counter in the morning was rude and didn’t want to help me contact a taxi but two seconds later a white man came us and asked him to look up something for him and he did. I asked him how is it that you can help this customer and not me he said he doesn’t have taxi information. The worst part about this was he blatantly help the white man search for some phone number on his computer but as a hotel clerk he couldn’t help me get a taxi. I will be calling to speak with the ma agent about this Liz

Friendly staff, the room looked really nice. The couch looked crammed. The lobby looks full...too many couches not enough staff for luggage and ppl checking in, you just feel in the way. The downfall was the bathtub! The faucet was SUPER HARD to open! And everything else was loose. The tub felt unstable. Other than that, everything including breakfast was great!
