Great service and clean but the ice maker was broken

Overall staff and room was great. Only down fall was that the elevator wasn't working properly the last night of our stay and at checkout which made things a little inconvenient. The staff did however offer to help since we was on the third floor

My car war broken into and the first lady at front desk just said its not their issue. She was rude and uncaring.

There was a flood effecting at least the 1st & 2nd floors. It was never mentioned when we checked in and we were placed in a room just down from the flooding. Extremely noisy & hot with 39-40 fans/heaters trying to dry it out. No one told us the fitness center was closed. And that night cars were broken into in the parking lot. Not a pleasant experience and it could’ve been avoided by telling us. We bought insurance and could’ve gone elsewhere. Jim

Who would believe that we would be dealing with a water issue again after experiencing a main water break that shut all water off for 12+ hours at our last visit in 2022? This time walked into what looked to be a construction zone with multiple blowers on one half the entire side of the first floor. Fitness center was down all four days due to this. Initially given a 2nd floor room, found the door ajar with sheetrock debris at the entry. Requested another room. Next room was on 3rd floor. Room itself was fine. I found it to be clean. Bed was comfortable. A little noisy with the freeway behind you. Ice machine on 3rd floor didn’t work. The next day, ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor didn’t work. A few annoying problems within the room were the TVs were not user friendly, and not Smart-tv’s. My husband and I have stayed at many hotels and have never had such difficulty figuring out how to select or get to a channel. The most irritating issue was with the shower. To turn on the shower, you had to step all the way into the shower to turn it on because someone thought it would be a great idea to make the sliding door closest to the faucet control stationary. Both of us got our heads soaked with cold water turning the shower on. I was not ready to wash or dry my hair. We vowed on day two this would be our last stay at this location. On a positive note, the evening front desk person three of the four days we were there, was very nice and accommodating. We got 1 bottle of water free

Absolutely unacceptable conditions that we walked into. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. 1 room didn’t have a properly functioning dead bolt. The other room was disgusting- food left in the refrigerator from previous guests, the desk, bathroom sink, and desk chair were filthy (like food in all over the chair and desk, and toothpaste in the sink), missing a TV power cable and remote, no trash can at all in the room, dirty bath mat, a room phone that didn’t work. The concierge worker was trying very hard to accommodate us and make things right, but it still doesn’t make up for what we showed up to. On top of it all, the pool is closed for renovations, which was not disclosed in the properties information or at check-in and we found out when we wanted to use the facilities.

Nice staff, good breakfast, and dog friendly!

The hotel is currently going through some renovations, in particular on the first floor where there is peeling wallpaper, apparently in the process of being removed. Therefore, the fitness center which is located on the first floor is also closed. Finally, the elevator was not working consistently. It would have been nice to be aware of these issues when booking. And a lower rate should have been offered as a result.

Bed was comfortable, snacks were stocked full, but the pool was under construction.

Shower wall had long hairs stuck to it and tub wouldn’t drain. Toilet was loose. Staff at the desk were friendly but cleaning never came in 3 day stay even though we requested it.

There was clear mold in hotel rooms and throughout. I have extensive experience with mold, remediation, water damage, etc. This place, especially if you know you are sensitive to toxic mold, will wreak havoc on your body. They need to remediate asap to protect the health of their guests.

Customer service was A ! However, the bathroom was in dire need of cleaning and updating. Countertop was dirty, something white sprayed and dripped down the wall, and the bathtub was really stained and I found 2 long black hairs in the tub. The inside of the bathroom door had the finish all worn off. Alot of noise in the hall and rooms above and next door with dog barking. As stated earlier all staff was great, and check in/check out was convenient and quick.

Cons: - The bathroom had hair in the bathtub and on the floor. It definitely had not been cleaned. - The carpet was wet in front of one of the beds near the refrigerator. Nothing was done about it, so we just unplugged it. However, that still didn't keep your feet from getting wet. Another reason to just leave our shoes or flip flops on at all times. - The walls are paper thin. Every time a door shut, people got ice from the ice maker, or were walking in the room above us, you would hear it. I'm not one to normally be a negative Nancy, but the pictures on their website do not match what we thought we were getting. Hopefully they improve on their cleanliness to keep their star rating.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was good. It was your standard Belgium waffle makers, scramble Eggs, & sausage daily. The 2 issues I dealt with was the outdoor smell. It appear there was some type of orange leak. This left a stain and a bad smell. The second problem was earwing bugs in my room. When I complained I was switch to the room next store. Even though we saw less they were still very present. I let the staff know. They offered to change my room again. I choose to tolerate it at this point. I didn’t want to repack again and risk finding them again.

Staff was A1, very accommodating and super friendly! The room was cleaner than most hotel rooms I’ve visited. Price was affordable and location couldn’t have been better! Lots of restaurants in the area and Walmart is across the street. Parking was easy and the lot was never crowded. Very pleased!!

The hotel just wasn't well built so you can hear your neighbor talking, feel anyone walking in the hall or above you and even see thru the gap between the door and the door frame.

Staff great, room clean and comfortable, breakfast good. Didn't like traffic noise and being next to the elevator.

This motel was so close to the freeway we heard 18-wheelers all night long. The manager gladly let us check out 2 days early but Hotels.com wanted to charge us for all 3 days apparently because the reservation was non-refundable. Won’t ever use Hotels.com again.

Room too hot. Shower design is terrible.

Check in was good. Bed was good. Shower was old and the handle fell off. Gross on the outside. Value for money not worth it

The room was too noisy

Building construction feels cheap. Walls are thin. You hear every door slam in the hallway. Freeway noise all night long. Not overly clean. Just OK.

The side door entry to the rooms does not close tight. Anyone could enter the hotel without being noticed - a major safety issue. The toilet in our room is very rickety. The seat is very flimsy and loose. The shower has a very weak spray even though the faucet in the tub seems to be very strong.

Great deal for the money. Property was clean and staff nice. Nice free breakfast available. Only issue we had was it was very noisy. Rooms were not well insulated. There was a youth football game in town this weekend and we could hear the kids late at night. We could also hear the elevator chime every time it stopped on our floor despite being several rooms away from the elevator. But, the price was great and room was clean and had a mini fridge and microwave. Would stay again, just bring headphones.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The company still has a double hold of $150.00 on my credit card. Waiting for both to fall off.

The staff was amazing. The only slight issue I had was the door not closing properly, but no major safety concerns. Again, the staff at every level was exceptionally nice.

Not friendly, and it looks like they used it for the addicts / homeless too.

Super friendly front desk staff

When I checked in i needed to leave a $20 payment from my debit card when i didn’t have, I only had cash. The lady at the desk waived that for me which was very considerate of her. When I got to my room, the bedroom television wasn’t working so I called the desk and they immediately changed my room. The room was very clean.

I've never gone to a hotel and they wouldn't extend a courtesy late check out at all, especially when I didn't check in until about 2am and was charged a full night. Won't be staying there again.

This has got to be the best hotel customer service I have ever received. We had three or more people ask how we are and if we needed anything at all in the first few hours we were there. The owner himself came and helped us with some little things he thought hay have been a challenge (that turned out to not even be a challenge). I loved the responsiveness. I already booked my next stay when we have business here next time. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfort. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Much better than when we stayed across the street. The room was nice, except the layout was a little strange and difficult to navigate with a cart and a stroller. The only thing with the room was that I think the bed was too big for the stand that it was on so a little bit was hanging off the side. Room was clean, shower was clean, and the hot water worked. Breakfast was nice and the people working were also very nice. Also very close to a bunch of dining options and some shopping areas.

On our way home from vacation, Our stay was great. Located off the interstate where eating and Starbucks😊 were close by. Perfect for outdoor walking. Was clean, quiet and breakfast provided simple choices to start the day.

I’m an in and out kind of guy. So I enjoyed the variety at breakfast.

Location was perfect for us. Clean comfortable room, nothing fancy but lots of space and comfy bed. Breakfast was very good. Appreciated the cheerful and helpful breakfast attendants, Chobani yogurt, real cream for coffee and excellent oatmeal with topping bar.

Very convenient to highway. Check in staff, Kenny, was very helpful. For an early departure, we were told we could grab some breakfast from frig. Bit there was NO coffee ready at 5:15 am. The staff said she didn’t have a key to the refrigerator. Kitchen was open but no one was there for prep. Very disappointed.

Before check in my room was blocked off to be sure I was close to family that was also staying there . I got there and check in took forever because apparently they cancelled my reservation instead of blocking the room . Room could've been cleaned better , floor was sticky and mirrors were gross from previous guest stay . Breakfast was not the best , sausage looked absolutely disgusting and i didnt even get to have a cup of coffee because every batch they made was full of coffee grounds and i mean a TON of them .
