The pool was closed and they said it might open the next day, but u could tell it wouldn't. The reason for this choice was because it had a pool, my granddaughter loves to Swim!

If booking through a third party read the fine print! Upon arrival we were told there was a $12 per night parking fee. Had I caught this I would have booked another property. Even though breakfast was never busy they ran out of items. Since they were pre-packaged heat and eat waffles and sandwiches it was clear they did not order enough to ensure availability for their guests. The woman who serviced the breakfast area worked hard to keep the breakfast bar stocked but she can't prepare what's not there. The edges around the bathroom floor had accumulated dirt. The front entryway was spacious and had beautiful hanging baskets and a nice table and chairs on each side. Cracker Barrel is just steps away. You can walk across for more breakfast options.

The “indoor pool” that is advertised, which is a big reason for staying at this property, is NOT heated. It was freezing. When asking the staff, we were told the pool is not heated. I have never been to a hotel with an indoor pool that isn’t heated. In addition, the TV didn’t work. T turns on, and gets 3 local channels. The streaming services also didn’t work. I reserved the room Friday through Sunday. I checked out on Saturday and was told I couldn’t get a refund for any portion. I booked another room at the Wingate by Wyndham right up the street and it was amazing. Heated pool, hot tub, working TV, and a similar price.

Called front desk right after getting to the room because tv remote didn’t work. Was told someone would be right up. Never came. Room clean but tub looks like it is 50 years old and patched. Desk chair was full of crumbs. AC was set at 64! Pool water all over the hall by the elevator.

The employees are friendly. My room was comfortable, although the window was taped. The internet did not work, so we had to use our mobile hot spot and could not watch anything on TV. The kids did not like the cold pool.

The place was clean with a nice room, the staff we came in contact with were very nice, however the noise level was off the charts! People constantly slamming their doors literally all night long, they didn’t just let the door close on its own they were slamming them to the point that it rattled things in our room, then of course there was the screaming crying kid with parents that have no respect for others in the hotel. This hotel needs to crack down on the noise level from other guests, I truly don’t know how the front desk didn’t hear the door slamming all night long, I will never stay here again, it was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in!

Responsive and quick Front Desk acknowledgement for both check in and out. Gluten free breakfast options (yogurt, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, turkey or pork sausage patties, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apple or orange juice, fruit. Had zero issues with noise or doors slamming. Smart tv allows for streaming from personal device. Only issue was one of oir bathroom outlets didn't work.

Nice enough to lay your head down, but the beds were not comfortable, the pool was cold, wallpaper was peeling off the wall, and the room didn’t smell fresh. Location was great, breakfast was decent and staff were friendly.

Even though we had a problem with the laundry room, washer and dryers weren’t working probably. Staff made sure to reimburse all money that was spent and even let me stay pass checkout because it was taking so long. They were very understanding and patient. I probably won’t wash my clothes there again but I will for sure book another stay there.

Nice, clean room. Staff was helpful and kind. However--warning to families of 5 that book through Expedia....traveling with 2 adults and 3 teens (pre-teen) children. Reservation online stated room included rollaway bed. However, upon check-in at 10:00 p.m., informed Fire Marshall does not allow roll away beds. Couldn\'t change room due to online booking. Beware of other hotels who may be limited in this way. Two-queen rooms will leave 1 family member on an air mattress or floor--and that\'s not how I want to have to travel. So, when the Expedia booking states that it sleeps "5" people, it may mean only 2 queen beds and no available rollaway for families. That\'s a difficult situation to be in when your kids are as big as you.

I booked a stay with a room for 5 people. I was given a room with two double beds. I was offered a rollaway bed which I was told they shouldn\'t do as it would create a fire hazard. We would have been scooching sideways to get around it. When I asked for a refund, I was told that the room I was given normally sleeps 5, I questioned how 5 adult people would sleep in 2 double beds, Hailey shrugged her shoulders and said "I don\'t know". Granted, this wasn\'t her fault. I was also told that as I booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could do. I Have reached out to Expedia and am awaiting for a refund. We ended up going to another hotel in the area and paying TWICE what we had planned.

The whole experience was great. Haley at the check in was great. Very welcoming and great personality. Breakfast was very good. Coffee hot and gre a t flavor. Beds were firm and we slept well.

The hotel was good - was in a great location, breakfast was decent. Only issue was the shower curtain was too short and the water went everywhere. We even had the shower head pointed towards the wall but it was hard to shower.

Most terrible bathroom I have ever witnessed at a Fairfield. Toilet ran all night and could not be stopped. Opened tank and it was so corroded it could not be fixed. Breakfast was fair, coffee was not hot. Cereals were all sugar cereals etc. enough said
