DO NOT STAY HERE. We knew going in that it was a budget hotel and didn’t expect much but it didn’t even meet our low expectations. It was so bad that we had to leave and find another hotel. Upon arrival we had several minor issues that the front desk tried to help with. (The lady at the front desk is kind and tries but can’t fix these issues.) Minor issues-bathroom door did not shut, refrigerator was not working, smelled like smoke, broken picture frame with glass taped back on hanging above the bed, card key never worked and had to go to the desk every time to get it reset. We dealt with all of that but after my husband woke with bug bites all over his body we couldn’t do it. We asked to speak with the manager for a refund for upcoming days. (We had planned on staying for a long weekend.) Getting in touch with him was difficult. Eventually he called my husband as we were packing to leave. He was incredibly rude. After we explained the situation to him, he asked us several times what we wanted him to do about it. We asked for a full refund. He became even more rude and told us we had 30 minutes to vacate the property. We were already packing up our stuff but this was unbelievable. No apology. No refund. Just rudeness. Thanks to hotels.com customer service we did get a refund. It took some time talking to everyone and having photo documentation of all of the issues but they were very understanding and helpful. I would give 0 stars if possible. DO NOT STAY HERE!
