OLD!!! Old carpets. Only allow elevator for floors three and above. We were put on floor 2, only rooms available and had to haul luggage to second floor. We are in mid seventies. We are able bodied and can climb stairs but how can you limit elevators by floor? A bit discriminatory. No notice of this when reservation made. Given reason was elevator is small. That makes no sense at all. I had to go back a couple times for items I forgot in car. I was a little upset by time I climbed stairs for fourth time. Make that five as I had to go back to first floor to get ice. Definitely would not stay here again.

Checked in and the pool was closed for maintenance, strike 1, strike 2 was coffee pot filter was dirty, the phone flashes like there is a message but there isn't, they did score points for printing an important document for me, no bananas, oranges, sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits or gravy, sure would be nice if the chain was the same from one location to the next so that is strike 3.Also, you can hear your neighbors bang around in their room, doors slam hard when you enter and exit your room, people talking in the halls, you hear all that.

The only working machine was the decaf coffee machine. The regular coffee machine didn’t even work. The 3 days we were there we never saw any employees or cleaners, except for check in. Between Saturday- Sunday night there were multiple cars broken into and the hotel has no exterior secruity cameras.

The room was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything I used in the bathroom worked well. The swimming pool area was open but not lit when I swam laps in the evening. There was enough light from nearby parking lots so I was fine with that. As part of the hotel there is an Indian restaurant run by the staff. I got some spicy chicken takeout and ate it in my room. It was quite good. I would stay here again.

We were pleased with every aspect of our one night stay. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Parking was convenient and the breakfast was fine. We feel we got good value for the money we spent.

The front desk reception area and check in were fast, clean and professional. Room was nice and clean, great AC and bedding. Their pool was an outdoor pool and it was awesome. Lots of seating and nice and clean. Very easy access to the interstate 80 to travel. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here after leaving another hotel that was not acceptable. Quality Inn was very clean and no issues. There is no elevator, so expect 15 steps if you are on the second floor. An Indian restaurant is attached to the hotel. Smells of Indian Cuisine are strong, but not unpleasant. Typical breakfast fare. Very Pleased with our stay.

Room was average, I'm from the state capital so the Quality Inn's that i normally stay at are alot different from this one. I only needed the room to dleep as i was in town to visit family. I woke up to cockroaches crawling on my desk. I had no food out at all. That was definitely a first for me while staying at a hotel, so i was a bit surprised.

There was no to go to the second floor toilet would move side to side. Everything was very dirty carpet in the walk way looks like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Worst place ever.

The rooms were very dirty, gnats everywhere. the shower itself was falling apart. The staff couldnt do anything because the whole property is old and rundown. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even though it was close to restaurants. but you get what you pay for I guess. Neve again

I asked for more washcloths, and after an hour, the guy at the front desk, told me he tried to get a hold of housekeeping, but no one answered. Also, there was still hair on the upper part of the shower, on the tile, that was not mine. One looked like a pubic hair. The sheets had stains on them, and the one comforter had a burn mark on it.

I knew by the price I wasn’t going to be in a Ritz Carlton, but this place was disgusting. It stunk very bad in there. I said something to the woman at the checkout desk and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and gave me a dirty look. There was a man also in the lobby who backed me up and said oh no this place smells very strong of odor and the attendance still would not admit the smell. And the bed was very uncomfortable. I am positive. That room was not cleaned. There is no way, but I am still grateful.

We found out that the blankets had earwax on them, and the bed had food on it. There were staples on the bed. The hair dryer was very dirty. It was like they just laid the bed and didn't clean anything. 👎

My two day stay here wasn’t great. People were extremely loud ALL night. Slamming doors, having conversations in the halls. People were definitely smoking in the building too. You could smell it in the lobby. As a women that traveled alone, I definitely didn’t feel safe here.

I liked the price and location is close by a lot of food places. I did not like the property itself. It is an old building. We had a queen bed room with a sofa bed that was basically springs covered in a large pillowcase. Literally zero cushion. We complained but all they could do was provide a handful of sheets to add to it because there were no empty rooms and we could not get a refund so we had to settle. Also at breakfast I had ants crawling in a cup I was going to use, then looked closely and noticed ants all over the place. Never went back for free breakfast there again.

My wife and I stayed here on our trip out to Indiana from Pennsylvania. We got what we expected, and no-frills overnight stay at a reasonable hotel. Room with two queen beds was nice and roomy. Bathroom definitely needed updating. Breakfast was appreciated for being complementary, but was minimal with only hot offering being waffles. Appreciated hot coffee waiting for me in the lobby.

The room was ok, however the electric plug by the sink to use the hair dryer did not work. the door to the bathroom did not close and lock and there was no snacks or beverages in the machine. The front desk was not always manned so anyone could walk in. Not sure if I could every stay there again.

My two day stay here wasn’t great. People were extremely loud ALL night. Slamming doors, having conversations in the halls. People were definitely smoking in the building too. You could smell it in the lobby. As a women that traveled alone, I definitely didn’t feel safe here.

Rooms are outdated and not very clean. Also, the whole hotel smells like the Indian restaurant attached to it. The breakfast is not impressive or even good. The only working machine was the decaf coffee machine. The regular coffee machine didn’t even work. The 3 days we were there we never saw any employees or cleaners, except for check in. Between Saturday- Sunday night there were multiple cars broken into and the hotel has no exterior secruity cameras.

I liked the price and location is close by a lot of food places. I did not like the property itself. It is an old building. We had a queen bed room with a sofa bed that was basically springs covered in a large pillowcase. Literally zero cushion. We complained but all they could do was provide a handful of sheets to add to it because there were no empty rooms and we could not get a refund so we had to settle. Also at breakfast I had ants crawling in a cup I was going to use, then looked closely and noticed ants all over the place. Never went back for free breakfast there again.

The front desk reception area and check in were fast, clean and professional. Room was nice and clean, great AC and bedding. Their pool was an outdoor pool and it was awesome. Lots of seating and nice and clean. Very easy access to the interstate 80 to travel. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Like, many steps to climb, with luggage and extras at our ages (78) years old. Unsafe, physically dangerous as well strenuous for us to go to room. A lot of single men hanging in hallways and out front of entrance way either on phones or they are waiting around for someone or something. Unfortunately, would never stay here in the future !

It was clean and nice. It just wasn’t like the pictures in our room the jetted tub was old and had some stains and the access panel for the plumbing was banged up. The breakfast was just waffles, cereal and beagles.

Carpet was coming up. Strong smell of disinfectant. Some of the AC controls didn’t work. Didn’t get a real blanket for pull-out bed. Breakfast room was hot and options were few. Pool was fine.

The nicest people and service. The best part of the whole stay was the incredible Indian restaurant attached. The restaurant served authentic Indian food and the owner (female) made you feel like you were the most special person in the world. Great place for a quick overnight trip to shower and pass out and get up to do it all over again. Definitely need renovations and clean up a tad.

The room was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything I used in the bathroom worked well. The swimming pool area was open but not lit when I swam laps in the evening. There was enough light from nearby parking lots so I was fine with that. As part of the hotel there is an Indian restaurant run by the staff. I got some spicy chicken takeout and ate it in my room. It was quite good. I would stay here again.

We were pleased with every aspect of our one night stay. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Parking was convenient and the breakfast was fine. We feel we got good value for the money we spent.

My wife and I stayed here on our trip out to Indiana from Pennsylvania. We got what we expected, and no-frills overnight stay at a reasonable hotel. Room with two queen beds was nice and roomy. Bathroom definitely needed updating. Breakfast was appreciated for being complementary, but was minimal with only hot offering being waffles. Appreciated hot coffee waiting for me in the lobby.

I am always Happy to stay here. The room is clean and comfortable. The Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The outdoor pool well maintained. The New restaurant excellent food and very nice staff. I will be returning. Thank you for a great stay, where I feel safe and comfortable.
