The stay was good, but all my kids and family got chemical burns from the pool. My kids face and legs are burned and their swimming suits are now 10 shades lighter and discolored due to the pool. To much chemicals. Every valet Parker was AMAZING and made the stay so much more enjoyable

Very nice hotel in need in need of updating. Staff was very nice, especially the valets. I was veey disappointed that the hot tub was broken. There was a party by the pool it was ridiculously loud and could not use the pool.

Overall, I would start by saying the hotel feels very dated like it was probably very nice about 30 or 40 years ago. The size of the rooms and the price are pretty good from a value standpoint. However, for us the air conditioning was not working and it was pushing 80 degrees in the rooms for the night we stayed. The staff was nice and responsive in that a maintenance man came and did his best to try and help but they told us the main chiller was broken and being worked on. It never got better in the night and we heard that several people ended up leaving because of it. On top of this, we had picked this hotel partially because it had a pool and hot tub but when we went to use it we also were told it was "down for maintenance" and we would have to walk 2 blocks away to a sister hotel if we wanted to swim. In closing, the one shining star positive that I can say is that the valet service was amazing and all the guys were awesome, polite, and very helpful. Big shout out to JT specifically who helped us and heard us out on the concerns.

The staff were friendly, responsive & helpful. The location was great. However, the hotel aesthetics were horrible. The room left a lot to be desired. The carpet was stained & dirty. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Two of the four elevators were broken (repaired overnight), ice machine broken. Just a lot of misses, that you shouldn’t see in a 4star hotel. The rating should be 2.5.

This hotel was okay. The distance to Paycom arena and Bricktown was nice. We were disappointed that the amenities clearly state EV charging onsite and that is not the case. We chose this hotel specifically because it said they have EV charging and no one at the hotel knew anything about it. There is a parking lot across the street where they directed us but it was full with parked cars both nights we were there.

Atrium lobby is very impressive. Staff were all great. Room was in bad need of renovation - very dated (70s maybe?) and we had two maintenance issues - bathroom door handle came off and the bottom dresser drawer front came off when we tried to open the drawer. Bed was nice and the pillows were great. Couch and toilet were way too low, especially for someone with lower back issues. Be prepared to pay $34/night to have your car parked or you can drive down the street and around the corner to a garage ($5 in, $5 out) and walk back.

I am not a complainer, but this was the worst place i have stayed in 20 years! The room was filthy and then I got a new room and there was a dirty underwear in the trash trashcan so I didn’t even report that but then the next morning when I got up, the only thing I had available to me, was hand towels, not a bath towel. I reported that they said that bring up towels. It never came up in the two days that I was there. Also, I purposely stayed at the club level just so I could have some snacks and not have to go to dinner pub whenever was open there was no snacks other than water and chips the first night and the door was closed the second night. I’m thinking it was just a room used for a break room for the staff that no one ever really saw that was there. Horrible place very disgusted. Motel sixes are much better than this place.

We chose poorly with this one. Room smelled bad on arrival (my wife said the entire floor smelled like farts). Room was not super clean and then they found a roach crawling around toilet in the morning after arrival. Went to report to front desk, nobody available to tell and couldn't wait around...we had to go to our event for the day that we were in town for. Came down second morning to report and they offered free breakfast (we already ate) then offered to switch our rooms (we were checking out) then said they would send someone from maintenance to see what was going on and call us (they never called). And no offer to make it right with a discount on the stay. We won't be back and will think twice about Wyndham properties again. And this was NOT our cheapest hotel option in the area. Really thought this would be a nice one.

The hotel was beautiful however, our room did not feel very clean. We found old food on the floor under the window curtains when we opened those. Hair in our bathtub and on the bathroom floor. The walls are paper thin. The showers running are so loud you can hear them at least 3-4 rooms down. We were woken by our neighbors talking to each other at 630 in the morning. The Valet was an affordable and worth it amenity given the location. Everything thing else about the hotel was extremely expensive. $5 for a bottle of water. $25 per person for a mediocre breakfast buffet. I’m glad we only stayed for 1 night. We will not book here again.

The problem I had were the roaches. Found a bunch of them around the trash can. Which makes me believe there all inside the TV stand. Never had an issue at any other Wyndham. Gross. Everything else was great.

Pretty disappointed in the room cleanliness. Mold in the shower and bathroom ceiling. Broken hideaway bed. Broken sink in the kitchen bar. Visibly peeling wallpaper. Not worth the $200/ night that we paid.

The suite was spacious and well-maintained overall but needed renovations. There were no USB ports and the couch was pretty worn. An old piece of pizza was uncovered when we pulled out the sleeper sofa. Loved the extra half bath and small balcony.

Paid for a club level room. Could not access the club lounge. Key system kept malfunctioning and could not access the lounge. Key system also locked us out of our room on multiple occasions. We had to use the same towels for our entire stay. We stayed for 3 nights and room never got cleaned during our entire stay.

The valet staff was great. I was able to request my car from my phone, which I loved because it was ready once I came outside. I didn’t have to stand around and wait for it. The front desk staff was very helpful with offering dining options outside of the hotel, and stocked us with extra towels and coffee pods so quickly once we requested it.

Breakfast was really good. The room was pretty clean. However, the carpet leaves shampooed really bad or replaced. It would be beneficial to upgrade many things at this hotel. We would requested an iron three times the morning of an event that we had to go to and it never showed up before we left. My husband had to wear a T-shirt instead of wearing a nicer shirt to this event because nobody cared about getting us an iron for our room. There was an ironing board there, no iron, and we were right next to the housekeeping closet that needed a housekeeper to open. The hotel was not very busy while we were there for the few days we were there, so it was really unacceptable to not get any better assistance. It took me doing some heavy duty fussing at the front desk on my way out, to find an iron in the room after we got back from the event. There’s a guy that works at the front desk in the evenings that looks like he doesn’t care if his uniform shirt is tidy impersonality is a bit lacking. Probably won’t choose to stay here again. No complementary water bottle on your arrival nor is there one in the refrigerator in your room… you have to pay way too much money to get a bottle of water at this hotel and/or snacks. I needed eye drops, and had to pay nine dollars for a small bottle of Visine here. Crazy!

The staff are terrible. The two times I interacted with the same lady were trash. The first time at check-in she was too busy with her mother and toddler to tell me anything about the hotel. Nothing about the amenities, hours of operations, dining, literally nothing. The second interaction she was trying to get guests to buy her mother’s home made cookies. We were purchasing items and needed a sack and I was told it wasn’t her job to have sacks and she only works here. She then offered the Walgreens bag her mother was selling cookies out of. Complete trash. I’ve never been treated like this. I spent a lot of money on this weekend stay for this to be my experience.

Oklahoma had one of the biggest events in a long time during our stay. Hotel was booked fully for months. This means it should have planned for the event and had valet staffed appropriately. Having to wait over 45 minutes to get out vehicle is unacceptable and poor planning on management’s part.

Walkable. I recommend just using ride share and forgo a car rental. 2 out of the 3 front desk folks are outstanding. The third lets just say she needs to work on being more friendly and welcoming. Doesn't look like she likes her job. The staff at the hotel restaurant are outstanding and i recommend their delicious breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay and the room was clean and comforting. The only thing that could have made it better is to open the coffee and snack shop that was located inside . It was completely closed out 3 day stay.

The Wyndham Grand was a disappointment. Desk staff were not always available. Our room lacked bath towels and a hair dryer, though both were brought when requested. Food was disappointing. Very limited supper menu. Breakfast buffet was subpar. I think they knew it, because they charged us less than the listed price. It just seemed that they weren’t prepared. Again, I think they knew it as our room was less expensive than we expected.

Overall good. Commode ran constantly and carpet had stains. Nothing we couldn’t live with. Staff overall were friendly and housekeeping responded quickly with extra pillows. Valet parking was exceptional.

My husband and I loved the bar and restaurant in the hotel. Food and service was excellent. Breakfast was also great. The room was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The valet parking was very convenient and had our car there very quickly. We would definitely stay there again.
