The area is run down. When i furst arrived they have a security guard or cop at entrance. The door to go into to check in was broken. Post to use key card but never work. Room was dirty and run down. They charge 100 dollars for a deposit. Try to uploade photos but app not letting me

The staff was kind and professional. No hot breakfast available. 3rd floor elevator call button did not work.

There are some homeless people tent's on the road near the hotel. Because of this, the hotel locks the doors so the homeless people don't come in. Unfortunately, some of the keys to get into the hotel do not work; therefore, you can't come and go as you please. You have constantly bang on the door for someone to let you in. This waste your time and is a real inconvenience. If you are too late or too early, it may take forever for someone to help you when you could have already been in your room. THIS IS NON-SENSE!!!

The parking lot was patrolled by homeless people all night, and they would sit in the parked car shadows and under the trees during the day. Sometimes they would catch the stairwell doors and sit inside in the air during the days. There was hooting and hollering in the halls at night, and sometimes there were fights in the halls. Prostitutes line the streets that surround the property, and some reside inside the hotel. There is a homeless encampment 30 feet from the parking lot right in front of the building, and one around back right on the property. Too bad Expedia doesn't allow me to post photos, but I did post them on my Google review. The "grab-n-go" breakfast was usually not stocked, and when it was stocked it was sad. Most days there was no coffee. Some days it was a lone pre-packaged muffin and an air pot of hot water. I have no idea what a person is supposed to do with a muffin and hot water. Muffin soup to go, maybe? The dining options around the hotel are actually very good. There is everything from McD's to Schlotsky's to On The Border within a mile. Hundreds of food options extremely close. If you like junkies, homeless persons laying under your car, prostitutes strolling by and muffin soup with cockroaches, this is your spot.

Smells like cigarettes and chemicals. The heater in the room didn't work. The only entry was at the front and it would not read the key cards for anyone. Watched a homeless person steal a jacket out of a car in the parking lot.

When we walked into the lobby it immediately smelled of Marijuana. The front lobby attendant was spraying for odor. There was a very large dog barking down the hall. When we went our room i immediately checked the beds. They were so dark and discolored by urine, blood amd God knows wjat else we immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a differant room. The next room had new mattresses. Floor was gross. But did appreciate the nicer a nicer bed to sleep on. Will not stay here again.

Our room was dirty upon arrival. There were leftover items from the previous guests, and there was hair left in the bath tub.

There were homeless camps across from the hotel. Was given a key and walked in on another person and a large dog that lost it mind on me. The room was old and very dirty. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Trash in hallways etc.

It wasn't a stay. I wouldn't even let my worse enemy stay there. Please if you're wondering about this place, don't. It's filty! And that's a generalized word cuz i can't even begin to elaborate. This is a real review yall. Take my word for it

Well, we've been here now for 5 days and we've found a few things we didn't like but for the most part we are pleased and will cone back,.

Room was nice. Friendly staff. Heater in room didn't work properly, so, staff moved us to one that did. Beds are comfy, kitchens are nice. Just bring your own dishes and silverware. None provided in the rooms anymore, you have to ask at the front desk.

Dirty room. Bed was busted up. Was unable to use the rusted out toxic burners on the stove.

Very comfortable stay. We had the kitchenette to cook our favorite meals at our leisure.

]Tje room had a bit of a smell... Not super nasty or anything, but not the clean smell you look forward to when you first enter your room. The neighborhood is not great. If you are driving, beware, for Reno Ave is a traffic mess during rush hour. Though it looks like a business hotel, the patrons seem to be just a few travelers, plus some full time residents on relief and a few methheads. I cannot verify they were methheads, but something about the way they took their argument into the hallway and yelled at full voice, so that we all could enjoy it, hinted that it was the case. Wifi is very amateur. You get a very week signal, and if you would rather have a signal that isn't awful, you have to pay extra.

It was like pulling teeth to get new towels. I had to ask for toilet paper. The maiden ever stop by to see if we wanted or need anything.

I had booked a room a week in advance for clinicals. I show up to check in after driving 3 hours and the women at the desk tells me they are not taking any reservations and are having everyone leave because the hotel was sold??? I never got an email saying ny reservation would be cancled and the whole thing was very weird and unprofessional.
