This was super fun. My only gripe is that the waterpark facilities should be open later. Outdoor closed at 7!!! And indoor at 9. With a four o’clock check in, that is unacceptable. For this reason I will not be coming here again.

The staff and lifeguards were so friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean and nice. If you plan on parking in the parking garage be prepared to pay $25 EACH time you leave the garage. There is a free parking lot in the very back of the property, just expect to walk a long way. The food is good, but very expensive. The kids loved the arcade, but it was very expensive. The waterpark was so fun and clean. Overall, we will be back! The kids had a great time!

3 night family trip with another family. Kids all enjoyed the pool, inside and outside. Arcade was a big hit with everyone, including the adults. Plenty of food and beverage options to keep all satisfied.

They had something for everyone. Slides for all ages, huge pool, adults only pool. There are lots of food choices (expensive). Parking in the garage is really tight (especially with larger vehicle). We stayed 2 nights and 3 days and had a great time! We took juice and snacks for the kids while we were in the room and stored them in the fridge.

Liked the "disney" resort feel. Room was clean for the most part (could use a little more attention to detail of cleaning in bathroom and floors). Liked the food options that were on resort. Didn't like that there was an additional $45 resort fee per day along with having to pay for parking. On top of the high cost of the room, parking should be free and not sure why there is a need for a resort fee for such an expensive room.

I great concept and well done on all water park items. The layout of the candy/ice cream location could be better to avoid lines in the main hallway. Same for the Market. The only complaint would be the arm bands. We had multiple issues with them not working. This was a common theme among the other guests we spoke with. This needs some work. It's frustrating going up nine floors to learn you are unable to access the room due to a back arm band. Otherwise, we are recommending this as a very kid and family friendly resort.

Okana is a really nice resort for families and really for families of all ages. We have 4 kids ranging from 4 to 13 and they all had a blast! We will certainly be returning, probably with more families. Honestly, it is even better than the actual beach in some ways because everything is close together. Better than Great Wolf Lodge. It would've been 5 stars, but there were some issues: -Our room wasn't vacuumed and was dirty on the floor. -Signage was lacking. I think it is because they are new, but things like the ice room is unmarked and I would have no idea where to find it. -Lots of walking. The entrances are kind of strange that you have to go up and then down. my kids didn't like all the stairs. -Many workers were good, but many were unaware teens. I know this is a function of being new and having to hire a lot of people quickly. But again, overall a wonderful place!

When we got to the property, we went to our room, dropped off our stuff and decided to go to the indoor waterpark when we came back to the room and started getting ready for bed. We noticed that one of the bins smelled real bad like if someone had peed, there was cobwebs on the furniture. There wasn’t any towels. The floors were dirty. The whole room was dirty when we called to let them know, they moved us to another room gave us new keys and those keys were not working so we had to call them again and they took forever to bring us new keys.

Great place to vacation at. Keep in mind this is a new property and still in training. One thing to keep in mind there's no microwaves and the pull out couch please please please bring a mattress pad topper. You will thank me for this nugget. Now stop teasing and book your next stay

The water parks were so fun! Resort was very clean and the staff were all extremely courteous. We stayed in a balcony suite and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Will definitely be back.

The room was great! I loved all the technology that they are starting to utilize. There were a few issues, like I struggled with the fountain drink to get a refill. I would scan the QR code on the cup and half way through the refill the machine would stop. Even though I had 15 sec left (according to the screen). The wristband could be a bit better, the area where you have to hit to scan like to get in the room is pretty small. Other than that, my family and I had a wonderful time.

PHENOMENAL resort for families with kids! Everything is clean and organized. So many water activities. Room with 2 doubles & separate bedroom w/ king. Plus sitting area. I highly recommend!

Property is nice. However the service is terrible. No staff at front desk. No one to advise where to park. Check-in is automated by terminal and it charged me double and our wristbands/room keys did not work. No makeup room service occurred even though I asked for it. Very expensive stay and because of terrible service it is not worth the price.

Problems were mostly communication related. Never let us know our rooms were ready and they should have communicated gratuity added at restaurants with parties of six or more. Should have looked more closely or assumed but didn’t think at the time. We were celebrating a birthday and graduation and told us at check-in they would decorate but didn’t do so until we asked about it after going to our room. No graduation decor.

They have quite a few things to work out. We had extremely long lines to check in at 7pm. I was told they had no idea when we could check in there were no rooms but then the person next to me had a room then she found a room but then someone took that room and she found another room…..we were charged 3 times for this stay and didn’t find out until after we reviewed our statement that there were multiple charges and refunds and sadly one charge was the day after our statement closed and the refund was on the day for the next months statement so we had to pay the credit card company and extra several hundred dolllars which was a pain! The restaurant was amazing food but it always irritates me when we so t have all our food and our beverages are empty and I see staff standing around and talking. There were plenty of tables but they weren’t staffed to handle all the tables so we had to wait an hour to sit down. The indoor pools and slides were awesome, the Surf instructor went above and beyond, the room was fabulous and plenty of room for our family of 5. There were no ice machines on any of the floors, so it was a really fun place but for $600 a night they really need to up the customer service.

We had our room changed three times, we did not get into our final room until after 7pm when we checked in at 12pm. The first room was not the suite we purchased they said they over booked those rooms so then we got moved to another room and we were told it was freshly cleaned and it was not. There was food crumbs everywhere, a birthday cake in the fridge and trash left all over. The last room we they gave us was upgraded to another suite and it was great but since it was already 7pm we did not really get to enjoy any of the room or hotel perks. We did eat at the curveball kitchen and that food was good, the staff is still training so service was slow. We went with a group of friends for a birthday and after 9pm on a Saturday there is nothing to do at the hotel. There is one bar top open that was full but everything else was closed. we wish the pools would have stayed open later or showed moves on the screens outside. The service for the swim up bar outside was great! The server was amazing and quick with making drinks. Over all the manager at the front desk was nice and helpful after the third room but we wish there was better training on staff, stayed open later and no more over booking!

Really nice place. Alejandro from Front Desk made the check in process very smooth, he was professional and kind. I would love to mention DAlva as well from the Smoke House restaurant. She was nice and the service was wonderful. An awesome family vacation.

From early check-in to checkout, everything was seamless. The entire staff was so kind and willing to help in any way they could. I would like to thank Adam at the Dive Bar, service was fantastic and the gentleman in the clothing store, very kind.

Had a really great stay! Loved the resort and staff. Recommend a stay of at least 3 full days to explore, relax, and have fun at the resort and Bricktown. Free parking is a bit of a distance when carrying luggage, so look into paid parking for convenience. Uber from the resort into the city is affordable and reliable! Our next visit we'll likely rely on Uber and save on rental car fees and parking fees in the city. Not to mention, when relying on Uber you can avoid the walk from resort free parking.

Our check in time was 4pm but they let into the waterpark at noon until our room was ready. The beds were very comfortable. We loved getting to go to the waterpark twice with our one night stay! My only complaint is that adult beverages were way too expensive!

Great property. The resort is perfect. Very compact so easy walking to get to everything. The restaurant Smokehouse Social is so good. Resort is a little pricey (isn’t everything) and cashless, so you need to room charge everything. Lots of kids, definitely for family vacation.

We decided to stay for the indoor Waterpark. Loved the fact that they don’t charge hotel guests extra to be able to use the waterpark. The resort is new so everything was very nice. Beds and pillows were amazing! Would like to know where they bought them for myself. Ate at the Mexican restaurant, food was very good and our server was amazing. She was on top of bringing refills recommending food items. Very friendly. I wish I could remember her name to give her a big shout out.

We rented a cabana for $200 in the adults only area only for them to turn our music off an hour and a half after we arrive. I complained three or four times and someone was supposed to send a manager over to speak with us and that never happened. The music never got turned back on the whole day. The only thing good about our cabana was Kati our waitress. She was amazing. We tried to go to dinner. The first smokehouse restaurant we went to said the computers were down and they would not be able to wait on us so we made reservations at the jackrabbit only to wait an hour and a half for our appetizer bread and butter by that time they still had not started cooking our meal. We were still four tickets away so we just asked for them to cancel. I think they were making a meal for one table at a time so we were not able to eat dinner because all of the other establishments on the resort were closed. I don’t really have anything good to say.

So disappointed in this hotel. We came here because of the outside waterpark and we were completely mis informed the outside is closed during the week. They claim it was in their website but that’s complete FALSE, It wasn’t. Secondly, the indoor water park is disgusting. I’m actually shocked it’s not shut down by the sheer about of BLACK MOLD everywhere. I’m not exaggerating this either, the concrete is caked with it everywhere. I will not come back to this resort ever.

The service was nonexistent. They had closed the lagoon and didn't notify us. The indoor water park is geared for kids 10 and younger. No microwave in the room. It just left us unhappy with the resort that cost too much.
