The room was filthy it was damaged it was the worst I've ever stayed in the food was cold not just a little cold but nearly refrigerator cold there were bugs service was poor they were unauthorized charges made to my card it's been 6 days my deposit has still not been released it was terrible you should drop this hotel from your reservation options. I called ahead to make sure the pool and hot tub were in working order and was told they were.b the pool was disgusting it had pockets of foam and some sort of substance floating across the entire top and the hot tub was not working that was the main reason I selected that hotel was so that I could have a hot tub and a pool for my kid. Afterward I checked reviews and saw that the hot tub and the bugs and the cold food were consistently an issue at this location.

They advertise for airport shuttle but when i arrived they said the airport no longer allows them on property.

Pool was nasty and unusable, hot tub was drained and unusable.

My car was broken into while staying here, and the hotel did not notify me or offer any support. They had my contact and vehicle information, and I was told by an employee that they were aware of the incident because he had reported it. They have a security vehicle on-site, but clearly, it’s not effective. No one from the hotel reached out to apologize or check on the situation. I would not recommend staying here if you value the safety of your vehicle.

I got to the airport at 10:20 pm. The shuttle never showed. I called the hotel for one whole hour and no one picked up. I had to take a taxi to the hotel. The reservations representative told me to call in the morning to request a refund. I’m still waiting for it. When I got to the hotel, the front desk attendant had the phone off the hook and placed the phone back on when I told him I was calling for an hour and no one picked up. When I got to the room, the sheets were wrinkled and there were stains on the walls and carpet. I called Expedia to inform them, and they spoke to the front desk attendant who offered to switch me to another room. When I got to the other room, it was worse than the first. When I asked him if that was the best room they had, he said yes. At around 1:30 am, I decided to book at another hotel, because I knew I would not be able to sleep or shower in a dirty room. When I went outside to wait for my Uber, the front desk attendant went outside and told me to wait inside, because it was not safe to be outside. I appreciated his honesty, but my Uber was arriving soon, so I told him I would be ok. There was some suspicious activity going on at the hotel next door, but they crossed the street and continued whatever they were doing there. I hate that I have to write this review. Aside from everything I experienced, he was a really nice guy and even waited outside with me until the Uber got there.

Pool and gym seemed dirty, fitness area was very limited. Treadmill was broken, no water in the dispenser.

First off, the rooms were something out of the 90's. The pull out couch we had in the room looked as if it was twenty years old. We were afraid to sit or sleep on it. One the first night aboy 15 cars were broken into. Shattered glass was everywhere and no staff member bothered to even clean it up. I do not reccommend this hotel.

I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. I get there only to find the hot tub did not work. There was a homeless person camped out by the back entrance and broken glass in the parking lot as if someone had their car window broken out. There was water leaking from the ceiling tiles in the hall. When i got to the room, it didnt look bad, but had a funky smell. But then I went to take a shower and there was a hole in the ceiling with toilet paper shoved in it. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room, they moved me to another room that smelled like a bon fire. They said it was the only room they had left. I didnt want the hassle of looking for another place to stay, because i was going to be late for an event i was attending, so i just stayed against better judgment, the next morning, the toilet wouldnt flush. I called the front desk and they said they couldnt hear me, so i went and told them in person. They did get it fixed quuckly, but was just an inconvenience. I will never stay or recommend staying there to anyone. Honestly the only good thing was the free breakfast.

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the years. It has gone down majorly! The room we got was very run down. The refrigerator didn't cool. The microwave smelled burnt when we used it. The curtains were dirty. The shower curtain was dirty. One towel was dirty and one was old with holes. The worst part was that there were roaches in the bathroom.

I checked into this establishment with somewhat disdain as realizing the actual site was nothing as pictured on the website. It was run down, my room had roaches, the freezer was so frozen over that I couldn't put hardly anything in the mini fridge,,the sheets had stains on them, the bathroom door stuck when you tried to close it and would separate when pulling it back open, my feet were black within seconds of walking across the floors without shoes, my phone wouldn't charge bc of loose outlets(and I tried several of them) The curtains had holes in them, kids ran up and doown the halls screaming all hours, and mosstly disgusting.

There were roaches in the bathroom. Mold in the shower. No options for gluten free at breakfast. A/c in our room was about to fall off underneath the window.

The room smelled like wet dog due to the ac leaking water onto the carpet. We had no coffee fliter to make coffee. We also saw roaches crawling on the nightstands. The ceiling had mold and looks like they tried to cover it with paint.

The room was dirty and there was mold on the bed and mattress and I don’t think the window has ever been cleaned. The front desk manager admitted that the hotel knows about the mold and they just painted over it and don’t fix it. Do not stay here we tried to ask for our money back and the guy offered us a 15% discount which would’ve been five dollars off

The couch in our room was so dirty we get we could neither sit on it nor place our stuff on it. The pillows were lumpy and small. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was clean. The curtains were too short for the window so the light outside the window could not be blocked. The veiled curtain was dirty…had stains on it. It was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed. We didn’t dare eat the free breakfast imagining the kitchen to be as bad as the room.

It’s better sleeping in your car. Sketchy location. Dirty bathrooms that we did not want to use in. Water temperature was awful. Many people under the influence at this hotel. The pool was nice, but the concrete around it was mucky and dirty. Our bed also had bed bugs on it.

Our first room was not housekept properly. The trash can was overflowing, the coffee table and desk were covered in stains and filth, and the bed sheets were stained and clearly not changed out. When we alerted the front desk associate, he gave us another room, which was even worse. The instant we opened the door, we were hit with a strong wave of smoke odor mixed with an offensive chemical smell. It seemed that the previous guests smoked and tried to cover it with febreeze. The closet had a hole in the door and was stained disgustingly. Once again, the coffee table and desk were both stained and dirty. When we looked at the bed sheet, it had holes and stains underneath. We didn’t bother requesting another room, and left. Additionally, the carpet throughout the hotel was dingy, and the elevator was run down. The only positive experience we had was with the man at the front desk who apologized profusely, and was nothing but helpful and respectful.

There were bed bugs.

The mirrors had smudges all over them, the room was clean-ish. The bathroom was dirty. The tub was half ass cleaned and tv was unwatchable. It had descriptive subtitles on and itbcouldnt be turned off and there where only 4 thinks we could even watch.

Room was very spacious loved it we had a tv and kids had a tv and had a table where we can all eat at and still had plenty of room in the deluxe studio suite.

I had made the wrong reservation date and arrived a week earlier. I went ahead and booked a more expensive room then at the desk and stayed 2 nights. Hotel is OK but refrigerator was not working properly and 1 A/C unit was out. Thankfully it was not that hot in the evening and the other one worked fine. Water pressure not so great in my room. Now for what I am most unhappy about. When I returned home I reached out to Hotels.com and asked to cancel the upcoming dates since I would not be using them. I even explained the issue. They reached out to the hotel and they would not cancel the reservation and said it was no refundable. Well I went on to Hotels.com and acted like I wanted to reserve a room for the same nights. Funny thing it said it would be refundable. So why could I make a reservation then and it be refundable or I could cancel but they told me the one I had actually booked 2 weeks earlier was not. I am pretty sure it was because I never book without being able to cancel in case something happens. So they lied. Its not like I did not pay double for the actual stay that I had but they also wanted my additional 100 and some buck for the dates I was not coming. Very disappointed. I will stay down the street next time I am in OKC. Take screen shots when booking!

the internet never worked the 4 days of my stay

I was only there for for 10 hours. Noises and talking outside and in the hall way. That made it hard to sleep. People talking outside the door for around 15 minutes at 11pm. This is why I give it a 3.

Was a place to lay down for a bit and have a shower. Room was smelly but the bathroom and bed were clean. Lots of nose.

Multiple, multiple guests up until 4:00 AM. I got the feeling from the looks of the place this is a nightly occurrence.

My experience with this facility was disappointing. The room smelled like rotten vegetables. When I asked the front desk to switch to a different room, they refused. Additionally, there was loud noise from the neighboring room around 11 pm, preventing me from sleeping. Although the hotel staff initially stopped the noise, it resumed with banging on the wall just 10 minutes later.

First room I was given had a broken toilet seat and the TV didn’t work. I waited 20 minutes to check in even though there were two persons working the desk. One was working and the other was just ignoring everyone. They also spoke in their native tongue to each other which seemed unusual and unreasonable.

The staff were very un professional they did not communicate within each other the front desk person let a complete stranger check me out of my room and gave them my deposit all while i was at work when i got back to the room i couldn't get in my door was locked and they refused me any service i never received any of my belongings back which was top dollar thing's and centaimal belongings to me i definitely took a major lost amd mad abiut my things after all that they called security on me while i was on the phone with thier cooperate trying to see what could be done and how we could get things fixed they threatened to taz me and mace if i didn't get off the phone and walk out their property then they threatened to call the poilce on me for not cooperating and asking questions for my concerns of my reservations and belongings needless to say i never got the help the answers or my belongings nor my 150 deposit and refund for that day even after i left their building thry had their security driving around me following me harrasing me and etc... i woukd never recommended this place to anyone mean whike im in the mist of starting a law suit

Twice during my one night stay hotel staff used their keycard to enter my room while I was in it. The first time was housekeeping (who said to me that she wasn’t told the room was occupied) coming to clean the room. The second time was the front desk clerk and security guard coming in to look for an item the previous occupant left behind. If the room had been cleaned prior to my check in why was housekeeping coming in to clean it and why is someone coming in to get an item that was left behind? Also, the only security camera I saw on the property was in the stairwell above a very poorly cleaned large what I can only assume blood stain. You definitely get what you pay for with this property. Also, they advertise that they have transportation to the airport but I was initially told they were having maintenance issues with their shuttle. Later on I was told it was an issue with the pick up/drop off at the airport. I understand that things happen but make sure you get your stories straight if you are going to lie to guests or just stop advertising shuttle service.

I liked the convenience. I disliked the tv at first. Thy fixed it quickly though.

I was missing toilet paper AND a toilet paper holder as it was ripper off the wall. I had to go to the desk to collect toilet paper and found out they couldn’t fix the holder. I came across a few bugs in the room At check-in I was clear I needed my work card charged instead of my personal card I had to use for deposit. They insisted it would be fine (asked and clarified multiple times) only to find out at checkout they didn’t do it but promised me they’d refund and fix it if I paid for the fees with my other card. We are now 3 days removed from the situation and they still haven’t refunded it or emailed me either receipts. I’ve contacted them a few times and each person assured me they’ll take care of it.

Awful mean rude desk attendant and I was charged a hospitality fee for booking the room and again when I paid deposit and again when I checked out 7.99 each time and I was not given my deposit back because I didn’t go and check out in person but I rented the room for a friend and his girlfriend as a surprise and the attendant knew this and that person checked out but I was never told I had to be the one to check out and why do I get charged 7.99 for a hospitality fee 3 times booking deposit and checkout there is no hospitality in charging me extra for everything I pay I feel like I got scammed not not the hospitality fees but also the deposit I was never given back

My stay at the Wingate by Wyndham in Oklahoma was terrible! It started at check in. The elevator was missing a button, leaving an open hole. There was water and trash on the elevator floor. Upon reaching the 4th floor (my room was 417) I was immediately hit with a heat wave, the air conditioner was broken! My room was also extremely hot, the air conditioner was turned off. I turned it on and set it on 68 to expedite the room cooling down. In the bathroom I found a half used roll of toilet paper, no soap to wash my hands, two towels, two wash cloths, two hand towels and a hair dryer with an unraveled cord. My husband and I were staying two nights and they had only given us each one set of towels to use for both days (No floor towel or mat for the shower). The bathroom trash can had someone’s left over trash in it and used dental hygiene products on the floor beside it. The tub/shower combo had a huge crack in it. and there was black hair in the tub. WiFi didn’t work and there was trash on floor. Front desk said they didn’t offer WiFi and that if I wanted more towels that I’d have to come get them. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay and towels were never replaced; absolutely NO Room Service!!! Room safe was broken(no security for valuables,Water leaked through ceiling into pool(no pool towels at pool or hot tub). Breakfast was monitored and guests were stared at while they ate. The juice machine was broken. Very dirty, uncomfortable hotel with rude staff!

There is not enough staff. The one person that works the front desk, is also the shuttle driver. So when they leave they put up a sign saying they stepped away. Then your there just waiting until they return to be assisted. Again with one person, if you call after hours no one is there to answer the phone, you are left waiting not knowing when they will actually return. They don’t have an alternate phone number to be reached by either.

Staff was friendly with easy check in. Room needed a few updates as the interior exterior is more up to date than the room overall. Good stay and quiet. Lots of places to eat out down the street.

Hotel met my needs and the staff was accommodating. Hotel could use some ‘love & attention’ as it is showing its age. The airport shuttle isn’t 24hours a day & requires scheduling well in advance of need (10 hours?) . Breakfast didn’t start until 0630… which isn’t conducive to early morning departures. The WiFi wasn’t consistently reliable for downloading/steaming.

The area of the hotel was questionable. Lots of broken glass in the parking lot. Appeared to be allot of homeless people wondering around the area. The hotel room was dirty. The couch was stained. The room was very musty smelling. The bed was comfortable at least. For the cheap price it was decent.

Drove up and saw multiple parking spaces in a row with broken glass. There was an apparent theft ring hitting every car. Felt.unsafe, so rebooked with another hotel.

Absolutely no water pressure for bath/shower. Had to use ice bucket to get water from sink to help fill tub to bathe 2 kids. Shower was like a dripping faucet. We had requested extra towels but none at front desk and they never dropped off. Breakfast had expired milk mixed with waffle mix. Stay bummed us out overall.

THE BATHROOM HAD HAIR IN THE BATHTUB SO IT WAS NOT CLEANED PRIOR TO US GETTING THE ROOM, THE POOL WAS DISGUSTING AND THE HOT TUB WAS FITHY AS WELL. THE FOOD THAT WAS SERVED FOR BREAKFAST WAS OLD AND THE ROOLS WERE MOLDY.

My stay was3 nights. They did not infrom me of the housekeeping rules. I really hate that. And the pool with no towels. And the bathroom one set of towels was unexceptable. They had a breakfast thatcwas for only one person. I had 2 childern with me. That was not kool.

Staff was fine, did what they could, but they don’t employ enough people at this location so you will likely wait at the front desk for help. Again, not the staff’s fault, thats ownership. Place is old, no updates, ongoing construction . Room was a little stinky, blankets not clean. Breakfast is a joke. No sausage or bacon. Essentially just fake eggs , waffles, biscuits and gravy. Doesn’t cost that much to get some sausage links. All in all wouldn’t recommend. Go across the street to the nicer hotels.

The room smelled musty and trash all around the parking lot. The bed was comfortable. Tub was dirty and scratched up. The hot tub was big but the water was cold and didn’t put out water through the jets. The pool was small and shallow. The breakfast was excellent and the best part of the stay.
