AC in room didnt work and we were very hot all night and didnt sleep well. Elevator didnt work in the morning and we had to tote luggage down the stairs. Window in room wouldn't shut and open to the outdoors. Got bit 2 times by somthing that was in the room. Would not stay there again.

I was quite surprised with how they renovated the motel into a hotel. It was in closed and awesome!!! The front desk clerk was very courteous and professional and friendly. The room was big, spacious and clean and the bed was nice and firm. The shower was hot and refreshing and it was plenty of parking space with plenty of security cameras. Breakfast was pretty good with a plethora of options to choose from. They offered airport shuttle service and they're were plenty of dining options around the facility as well. My only complaint was that the elevator stunk!!! It had an awful odor but other than that, this hotel was refreshing. The outdoor pool was clean and inviting especially with the hot temperatures. Overall this place surprised me and I'll definitely be back. It's worth the money.

Airport shuttle stops at 7pm, so beware if your flight gets delayed. Or call the prior day.

Clean pool exercise room washing drying

The shuttle to the airport doesn't run until 8am. The TV had a vertical line down the middle of it, The ac was sucking in cigarette smoke from people outside and the bathroom door wouldn't even close, stuck to the floor. Bathroom ceiling had bad water damage, not completely repaired. I thought I'd save a few dollars. Bad choice.

Positive list first: the bed was very comfortable in the room I stayed in, very quiet in the room, the pool is clean, they had a nice staff. The negative list in my opinion: For an older hotel it was not worth the price being charged because the breakfast is highly lacking not to mention that they charge an extra $10 if you want to take your subpar food back to the room to eat in privacy. The show/tub is quite outdated and was clean. There was only one towel and one wash rag and they didn't want to provide a second even though we put two ocup

Bathtub needs replacing-looks like it's from WW2. No grab bars in tub or to help exist tub. This was supposed to be a handicap room. NO Way. WiFi keeps going out-terrible in todays age. Breakfast buffet needs sprucing up. Airport shuttle has very limited hours, and that's the reason we booked here, was for the shuttle; had to hire a taxi at $45 for 3 miles. No umbrellas at the pool for shade for anyone. Ramada needs to get it's act together.

At first, the room we were given stunk of smoke. To their credit, as soon as I asked to be moved, they accommodated. We carried our bags up to level 3 as the lift was out of service when we arrived. I was working by the evening

The room smelled like some pets had accidents that had never been properly cleaned. The floor (which was carpet) also felt both damp and grimy. Perhaps there was a leak someplace or moisture seeping up through the concrete pad, or dampness from something else that had never fully dried. The shower head was broken and sprayed a lot of water onto the floor, so it could have been from that. In any case, we won’t be back.

Breakfast was lukewarm coffee wasn’t hot. The beds were decently comfortable but doors were scratched up holes in the wall. It smelled like pee. I know it was a $80 room but for that price I can get 3 1/2 star somewhere else.

Room smells like a mold. We had to leave day earlier due to breathing problems.

I found bedbugs in the sheets, I showed the front desk person and never apologized.

There was a (BEDBUG) on my child that had bitten her and I put into a cup after I caught it, and took it straight to the front desk and the person was very very rude and acted like it didn’t matter not refunded no different room no accommodations at all. I will never ever stay here again.

Room was dirty and smelled like mold

Scary, dirty, smoke filled rooms, glass behind hotel attendant. Wet carpet and mold exposure. Would not refund my stay after I had an asthma attack due to the room mold and smoke.

The hotel was very dated. The bed was fine and the room was clean, but the whole hotel smelled damp and moldy. The breakfast was limited.

When I got to the room, two lights (desk lamp and bedside wall light) didn't work. I called the desk, and the clerk fixed them. The clock needed to be set, and there was no alarm setting on it. All you could do was wake to music, but the clock would not pick up any stations. WiFi would not connect to either of the two laptops I had. All in all, I would not recommend this property.

Good hotel. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Got some good sleep. All hotel employees are helping and friendly!

The room was comfortable and clean.

The service was great, the hotel itself smelled of marijuana, even on the non smoking floor. The beds were so firm that my husband and I tossed and turned all night (we’re in our 30s) and were sore the next day. It felt like plywood. They do not clean the rooms everyday. Our room was spacious, good sized tv, nice bathroom, even a small store downstairs for food, drinks and miscellaneous things you may have forgotten. I would not stay here again simply for the mattresses. Everything else I could get over.

I would not stay at this hotel again for one reason: the Internet connection was terrible. The signal was weak, it often dropped out, and when it connected it was very, very slow. I talked to the front desk about this and they said the Internet was working just fine, and that it was a problem with my "device." But my "device" worked just fine at all other hotels on this trip. There were a number of other smaller issues. My room key stopped working every day during my three-day stay. Breakfast was mediocre. But the room was large and comfortable.

Night staff wasnt friendly. Blood or something smeared on the wall in hall of the room. Broken coffee maker. Internet went down. Wifi was my top priority since I was working data entry remotely for the election. I only stayed in a hotel so I can work in quiet with no distractionsThankfully, I learned i could use my mobile date through my phone's USB connected to my laptop.

I stay here two weeks out of each month and find the accommodations great…the staff is friendly and great and go out of their way to make a guest feel at home. Julie is great along with all the booking staff.

Over all it was an ok stay nothing out of the norm. Continental breakfast was actually pretty good. However there was a front desk morning person that was just about one of the rudest people I have ever encountered and had an attitude as if they were above everyone else.

This place is good for the price and situated in a nice area in the city. However, the staff needs to be more professional and room cleanliness needs to be done consistently. I must that there’s this older man who I think might be the main manager or the head of the company at this location, he’s a very nice person and very professional and relatable.

Great front desk

The front desk named Jeff treated us very unfriendly. He made us wait while he watched people leave down the hall. He was like a hall monitor. I got there kind of late because my car broke down on the interstate but I felt like I was treated like a hooker because of how late it was. I was required to put down all names of who was in the room. I put my husband and I but I refused to put my minor grandsons name down. My daughter was with me(it’s her child) she lives there and was going to go home. As we got on the elevator he stopped it and was drilling us about are all you in the same room? Etc. I was pissed at this point. My husband came down to smoke and he drilled him about my daughter and said he was charging us an extra 11.00 because there was an extra person in the room. That is complete crap. I told her she might as well stay since I’m getting charged for it. I have stayed here several times and have never been treated this way ever. I’m not sure I will stay with you again. Especially if you hire hall monitors to walk up and down halls and listen and watch to make sure no one is doing something they are not supposed to. I am a manager in retail and my daughter is in management in the hotel business and she agreed that no one should be treated like this.

The manager, Julie, was not friendly at all. The whole place smelled like cigarettes/musty.

My stays at this hotel have been great except for this guy named Jeff trying to charge extra for everything. Such as bringing breakfast back to your room and having guest.

The front desk guy must of been having as bad of a day as i was. He was Rude! I Didnt get a room due to un expected 50 cash deposit. I had booked a room on line,Paid for it,then didnt have 50 cash. He said there was nothing he could do bout the charge. I DID NOT GET ROOM NEED MONEY PUT BACK ON CARD,THANK YOU

Staff very friendly. Beds and pillows comfortable. I have at this motel roughly at least once a week for the last couple month due to cancer treatments. Love the location staff breakfast all are amazing. I have only had one issue my brand new work laptop was accidentally left and someone decided to take it home rather than turn. One bad person does not make a bad motel. I plan to continue to stay at this motel just will be cautious.

Close to airport which I flew out of.

Quiet and hotel is nearby many restaurants. I'd recommend it to firneds.

I chose this hotel to stay at because of the price and proximity to the airport as I was only in OKC overnight. The exterior of the property had dog feces all over the grass and on the sidewalk at the front of the building. I was traveling with a dog and the "pet friendly" room smelled like mildew and urine. I had to air it out. I would not recommend this place for families especially with young children as some of the folks who were hanging around the hotel were clearly dealing with "issues". As a single adult it was ok, but i wouldn't stay there again.

Nice location

Side entrance wasnt usable from the outside. Very quiet area even with all of the food options around.

3min drive to rental car return, very convenient location which has all hotels around too.

It took 45 mins to check in… and I was the ONLY one there. The room seemed clean but was VERY dark. The neighborhood is AWFUL. Woke up to a stabbed tire. Yeah, I wish I’d have gone elsewhere.

Good value, close to the airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Good amenities. The staff was excellent! It is an older hotel, but has been upgraded. Some of the upgrade work is a little shoddy. The carpet could have been cleaner around the edges. But overall the room and bath was clean. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I walked in to the lobby and seen a woman pleading for a refund because her deadbolt wouldnt lock and she feared for her safety. She was denied and left crying. After 25 mins in line to check-in, I realized why she was in fear. The place is overrun with prostitutes, and druggies. Stay away from this place.

Needs an update pretty bad. Tons of restaurants nearby, very close to I-40 and 5 mins from airport.

the hotel was great and the staff was so friendly. It was super clean and nice and quiet and close to the airport. Our only issue was the breakfast buffet. Who ever heard of a breakfast buffet with no orange juice and no pastries such as donuts or muffins. Other than that we loved it. The staff was especially super courteous.

The stay at the Ramada Inn worked out well as it was close the airport for its shuttle service. The hotel is older but well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent and the outdoor pool was nice to beat the heat.

Full hot breakfast eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffle, cereal, fruits and oatmeat.

Clean and comfortable for the age of the hotel. A bit stingy with the towels and the free breakfast is a bit lacking, especially since they will charge you $10 I believe it says if you take a plate to your room.
