We booked this hotel because we needed adjoining rooms since we were traveling with our children. We ended up booking 3 rooms and were guaranteed if we called morning of check in that we would receive at least one set of adjoining rooms- not perfect but we could make do. I called Saturday morning about 7 am to ensure we had adjoining rooms when were told it would be impossible because the 1st & 2nd floor were closed. The property was dirty, the ceiling above all 3 showers were crumbling, and the hotel reeked of marijuana. There was vomit all over the parking lot and spilled soda on the tile floors. Would not recommend, especially if you have young children like we do. Also, no vending machines (and this is not a neighborhood you would walk around in) and the breakfast was very slim; we left by 6:30am

Misleading photos and location name. The hotel is not in Bricktown. It's near it. The area around the hotel was rundown, homeless people were loitering, people with open beer bottles and hard alcohol were lingering in the parking lot. This location is not as advertised. I did not check in. I didn't feel safe leaving my car overnight in their parking lot. I called to hotels.com customer service to cancel the reservation. After a brief hold the agent said the hotel agreed to a refund and I wouldn't be charged. I checked my bank (5 days later) and I was charged. I called hotels.com again today and the agent called the hotel and again they agreed to a refund and I should see it in a few days. A few hours after this phone call I received an email from hotels.com that states "After contacting the property, they’ve decided to uphold the original policy and have declined the waiver request." I was told twice by two hotels.com customer service agents that they talked to 2 different workers at the hotel on 2 separate occasions and both times I was told they agreed to a refund. A few hours later I get an email saying it was declined. Something in this process of false advertising of their hotels, or miscommunication with customers needs to be fixed.

Stayed 2 nights

The first day we were there a water line busted on the 2nd floor & leaked to the first floor , so they had to close off the first & second floor. The pool was closed & the next morning there was No breakfast . The next day there was breakfast but the pool was closed. Thanks to William he let us use the pool at night which really helped my husband's back. The bed was comfy and all in all it was a good stay. Especially thanks to William.
