Location is epic the beach is wonderful great free breakfast lovely ocean view from balcony but will call ahead next time to make sure the pool and jacuzzi will be in operation as we were bummed because it looked right at beach. Will try again tho for the full experience.

I love that they have a Tesla charger, all ocean views, and a pool. Hot tub is frequently on the fritz so call to find out if that's important to you.

Nice spot on the beach and wonderful view of the ocean from our room. When we arrived, Shane at the front desk was amazing helping us get an early check in and navigating some other requests. Breakfast is also a nice inclusion. As for the property and the rooms: all elevators were out of order, areas around the property looked a bit like a construction zone. Room was nice, spacious and for the most part very clean. Beach access is an easy walk. Price was a bit high but pretty comparable for a beachfront spot. All in all a pleasant stay.

Elevator was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor, which was a hassle. Hot tub was out of order and heated pool was not heated - heater was broken. Pool also needs to be re-painted badly. Pretty gross. Room itself was clean and had a great view.

The location with the beachfront was the only good thing about the stay. Tried to check in a little early, wasn't able to check in until 45 minutes after check-in 4:45 pm.. room wasn't clean, hot and stuffy in room. Had to keep front door open to get air flow. Ants all around sink and microwave area. TV speakers are blown, sounded horrible. On top of that it cost me 300.00 per night. 4th time staying there never going back. Sad!!

The bathroom smelled like urine. It was bad...We justed used the toilet, which I wiped down ...and the sink. We spent $400.00 for a one night stay.. The Bed was clean & comfortable, but the room & furniture needs updating. The deck & view were the best things about the place...

The remodel is nice but the upkeep/cleanliness not so good. The outside needs a good powerwash & paint. The rooms are not detailed clean. Carpets, drapes, under rim of sink/mold. Too bad...could be nice.

Upon arrival, our bedding was covered in what I assume and hope was black dog hair. When we alerted staff it was changed and I assumed it was a fluke. However, when we went to use the towels they all reeked of cigarette smoke. I have a hard time accepting a hotel, especially at this price point, having such a casual approach to when to do laundry. The location is lovely so adding a star back in case dirty rooms don’t bother you.

Beach view good. Room update looks good, but UBS charger by bedside did not work, Room bath fan gobbed up with thick dust. Box fan provided was rusty and had heavy dust on blades. Breakfast muffins were dry. The property has no charm. A small effort found. And this property look and feel more appealing.

The building looks old, but the room was renovated and comfortable. The small balcony with the ocean was nice. Like to be able to leave the sliding balcony door open at night and listen to the ocean.

Really clean, spacious and comfortable room. Had a balcony that overlooks the beach. Can lay in bed and stare out at the ocean. Fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was stocked with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner (the bottle was empty unfortunately). Room has fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a small tv. Nice breakfast selection with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pastries, cereal, fruit, waffles, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea. The food was hot and kept well stocked. Staff were friendly. Check in and check out quick and hassle free. The not so good: elevator was broken. The outside of the building is rather dirty and rundown looking and there was a rotted hole in the staircase. The rooms are not soundproof at all but the sound of the waves mitigated this issue. And lastly, even though the property is smoke free, the room next to us smoked cigarettes on their balcony and the wind blew it straight into our room.

The oceanfront king rooms are roomy and comfortable. The king bed faces the ocean and the view is beautiful. We watched the waves from bed. The room was sunny and the sunsets were incredible. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean! We loved the big TV. We really look forward to staying again as soon as possible.

Large room, fridge and microwave, great breakfast, friendly staff, view of the beach. The wifi was not reliable at all - a very weak signal that kept dropping us off. No hot water our last morning. The balcony is so narrow you can’t really use it. Otherwise it was great.

We were so disappointed! We get to stay at the Beach front Inn one day a year- usually on October when we drive down to our place in Palm Springs. For some unknown reason (There were several empty rooms) we were put in a 1st floor handicapped room with an almost non existent peek at the ocean). I asked about it, and was curtly told, “All our rooms have ocean views, you are on the left side”. I guess I’m glad that he didn’t add, “get out!” But he was gruff and disrespectful. I talked to the guest crew on the front desk the next day. They were wonderful!!! They told me to call the front desk before check in and they will take care of us. Thank you! I’ll be back next year.

We LOVEEEED this hotel!! Will definitely be back, the staff was absolutely incredible, honestly probably the best and kindest staff at any hotel before. The breakfast staff went above and beyond with our 2 year old son! Everything was so clean! 10000/10!!!

Great views. Staff was incredibly friendly and provided amazing customer service. We didn’t around until after 1:00 am. Simply called the office and they checked us in quickly. Also allowed us to checkout a bit late so we could recover from a long night of driving. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast were very good for a continental breakfast.

We stayed one night only. The property sits right on the sand and it is such a beautiful sandy beach with pretty driftwood. People were making fires on the beach. The breakfast had a lot of items. Walkable harbor and some restaurants there, but this hotel is south of town itself. We went to a great little restaurant in town called Black Trumpet Bistro. The food was fantastic. Great little stay!

Excellent views, excellent room. Be aware that most buildings don't have an elevator, have a shorter toilet and the restaurant advertised has limited days that are open. No problem for us, we ordered pizza delivery and enjoyed the view from our room.
