In the beginning, there was a problem with the reservation of the requested room; however, the office staff, Veer was able to correct, make accomodating and changes to the room. All staffs were nice and helpful especially at the front desk. The room was clean and comfy like being home again. The overall experience was good. There were available breakfast, gym room, pool area, guest laundry room which were convience. I look forward to my next stay again.

We couldn't get one of the TVs to work. Had to call and ask for sheets for the sofa bed even though we were checking in with 4 people and I confirmed there was a sofa bed when checking in. Property was clean, but looked old, cracks in surface of the bathtub. No towels in pool area, hot tub wouldn't turn on. Pool was nice, outdoor area behind hotel nice with tables and chairs.

Front desk agent, Veer was genuinely kind and helpful. The facilities were clean and in good condition. Nice pool. Ample parking. Good breakfast with clean equipment. Cracker Barrel restaurant 5 minutes away. 2 other bar restaurants also 5 minutes away. Veer was superb.

I think they should not be operating under the conditions the hotel was in. Bathtub was dirty toilet had stains on them. Complimentary breakfast was bad they only had cereal and one waffle maker. I had to deposit 100 dollars for a 20 dollar hotel

Beds were actually full size not queen as listed. Carpet seem wet and sticky, it is probably too old and needs replacing. Hallway smelled like Marijuana sometimes and back parking lot smelled like Marijuana. No bathroom vent or vent was broken.

The hotel itself is fine. Not great not bad just fine. They are doing remodeling as many hotels are. That being said the front area by reception smelled like weed hardcore. My room was on the 3rd floor and thankfully did not smell of dope but of old grease. Like a deep fryer that needs to be cleaned. But since they can't really control what people cook in the kitchenettes I get it. I settled in and noticed little details. Burn marks on the bathtub. Cheese crusty on the counter by the stove. Hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine

The air conditioning unit was so loud that sleep was impossible. The second night we turned the temp up and were sweating just to avoid the noise. The bathtub was gross and peeling. There was no drain plug just a hole. No taking a bath here. The breakfast had nothing but carbs (cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, waffles) no yogurt, fresh fruit or eggs. The hot tub jets didn't really work. A child blows more forceful bubbles in their milk. The staff was friendly though.

The rooms are definitely jazzed up in the pictures. Which is usually expected. The breakfast was.. interesting. Not what was advertised on the website. The room was clean and quiet and the check in process was easy. Just don’t be surprised when you’re underwhelmed if you stay in one of their “suites”.

I selected this hotel because the room had a kitchen in it with a stovetop and full refrigerator and I was going to be making quite a bit of food for a graduation party. I was disappointed when only 1 of the 2 burners worked. But otherwise my stay was wonderful. The staff was very nice and the ice machine came in handy too.

We found this hotel to be everything we were looking for in a stay. The front desk was very helpful, courteous, and smiling. The suite had 2 rooms which . Highly recommend was very nice since we each could have a private room. The hot breakfast was ok but could have been warmer. When the desk was told he was very willing to see what he could do. The next day the food was warmer. I would stay there again.

We were given the wrong room when we talk to the person at the front desk that night they said there’s nothing they could do we’d have to talk to management in the morning so we went down in the morning. The person at the desk said that management was on it last night. The room was a big part of why we chose this hotel as well as the room that we got the refrigerator was leaking heavily all night so anytime I got up I was stepping in water. Our window look like it was shot at the screen door, and the window was all bent up wasn’t happy with the tile in the pool. My children continue to slip any time they got out of the pool. I think that that is potentially harmful to children.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice clean room. Location was perfect. We were a little concerned when we (2 females) returned to the hotel after midnight and the lobby doors where not only left unlocked but wide open for anyone to walk in off the street. And there was no one at the front desk. Other than that we had a good stay.

This hotel was everything I could’ve asked for. Quiet, clean, easy to locate and accommodating. The basketball court was beautiful and well kept aside from the branches that would occasionally block my shots. The pool was clean and relaxing, perfect for a solo night swim. And the (free) breakfast was great and had a pretty decent spread. Probably going to stay here again on my trip back home.

Friendly, loved the set up for families with a separate bedroom. Housekeeping missed a dirty washcloth that was left over the shower rod (I think it was stuck in the curtain and they didn’t see it). The pool and hot tub are small, but there weren’t many using them so it wasn’t an issue. Very nice breakfast, convenient location. Thank you!

It was alright. My only grip is that the breakfast wasnt good. We do alot of traveling and 100% of the time stay at a Hyatt Place. So comparing it to hyatt, not so good. However,im a very critical person when it comes to hotels. I do have to give props to their customer service for sure it was outstanding!! However, if you compare the breakfast at mainstay to hyatt place.... hyatt place is 110% hamds down better taste , variety. Mainstay only had eggs and sausage, and waffles for the most part.
