The EV charging station was not working, it was one of the only reasons I booked here

Pool facilities were open till 11 and clean!

First off, I do want to say the staff was kind and doing their best. The first room they had us in we walked in to bloodstains all over the carpet by the bathroom, and the bathroom door had a hole where it was kicked in. There were splotches of something on the ceiling and one was gelatinous looking or snot. They were kind as we requested a different room. The gym is a closet, and located in the pool area so hot and muggy. Everything didn’t work except for the treadmill which didn’t tell you speed or distance as the console was broken. Breakfast is small but fine. Staff was nice.

The hotel, the staff and the stay was fine. Reducing a star because their website claimed they offered EV charging, when they actually didn’t. I specifically booked this place because it had EV charging. It was a hassle

Hot tub was...warm-ish lol. Pool is all chipped up, plaster coming off. Room was ok, AC/heater was good.

Our stay was very nice. I wish they would put an elavator in the loby for the second floor. very hard for seniors to get there luggage and belongings upstairs.

The pool and the rooms have been renovated and they look beautiful! The pool area now has a Jacuzzi!

Nice stay over for 1 night. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice soak in the hot tub and decent pool.

Very nice large clean, newly remodeled room. Pool was clean and fun to use. The pool water was a little chilly but good for exercising. Breakfast was nice as expected and dinning room was clean.

Room smelled stale, old smoking rm I think. Site has no elevator. Shower dispenser was out of soap and shampoo.

Hair on multiple pillows and flooring was coming up creating a major trip hazard. I didn’t expect a lot but did expect clean bedding (we were passing through and didn’t have many options). The employees were helpful with my concerns.

The check-in experience was unsettling, as I encountered someone who was extremely ill and coughing without covering her mouth. Upon entering the room, I was shocked by its filth. The bed sheets were stained with long hairs, and the laminated floors were clearly unclean, with leftover food scattered on the surface. The bathtub lacked ADA handles and had open holes with visible mold buildup. I also found a towel that had long hairs wrapped around it. I used that towel to stand on as I scooted to the bed where my socks were located. After putting on my socks, I examined the towel and noticed it was dark brown and black, indicating how dirty the floor was. Additionally, the breakfast provided was stale and unappetizing. Room was not cleaned properly. Bathroom toilet was dirty. Hair on the towels and in the tub. Bed sheets were stiff and scratchy. Mattress was not comfortable.

Our bed was hard. The people above us ran back and forth in their room till 11 pm. When we got up the next morning and turned on the lights the roaches ran. We chose not to eat the breakfast that was being served due to the roaches in our room. Who knows where else they might be. Said something to girl at the front. She said she would let the owners known. I hope they do some pest control.

I booked the room because my daughter just had her first baby and I wanted to be close to her apartment to care for her. Upon getting to my room(221), I wanted to wash my face and freshen up before heading to to the hospital. I leaned over the sink and my shirt got wet, and I quickly figured out it wasn't water. It was some sort of cleaning agent that bleached my new T-shirt. Irritated, I changed and left for the hospital. When I got back at 3 something AM, I went into the bathroom and the light wouldn't turn on. It took two on off's before it came on. The fan wouldn't work at all. In the morning to shower, I was confronted with long black hair (I'm shoulder length Silver and dark ash blonde) on on the surround wall so obviously the cleaners aren't super thorough and because the fan didn't work, my room would get muggy after my shower. The bed was alright for comfort as were the pillows so at least I was able to sleep pretty decently. It was a place to stay with close proximity to my daughter and Grandbaby so I'm happy about that but that room is not worth the $174 daily rate posted on the door and thank God I didn't have to pay that but it still really wasn't worth the rate I did pay. The Property was clean enough outside and I did consistently see house keeping. The staff was courteous enough. I did feel safe staying there so I suppose that's the most important thing.

Our room was infested with ants when woke up ..

There was hair all over the sheets and burn marks under the sheets.

Our bathroom had blood all over it upon arriving, talked to front desk and they didn’t seem pleased to even deal with us. The cleanliness of this hotel was horrible. After traveling on a plane to get here the stay was very unfortunate and staff was not helpful.

Staff was very friendly. When I asked about coffee, the reception person offered to make a fresh pot. I studied in the small lobby for about 4 hours - it was comfortable and peaceful. I did kill a roach in my room (bottom floor, near side exit) -- first one I've ever seen on the West coast.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Our stay was cut short due to no water. The way we found out is when my son went to use the restroom. There was smoking right out the door and dog feces on the side walk. I think the property could’ve been more informative when the water went out and maybe de iced Atleast the sidewalk.

Impossible to sleep because of the loud noise from the air conditioner. There were spiders in the room and the lights flicker in the bathroom and the shower curtain was too short for the rod. Wouldn’t close all the way and there was water everywhere. Also who charges for WiFi?? Will not be staying here in the future.

Smelled old and stale in lobby and hallways. Our room smelled horribly (dog urine maybe??), but we were too exhausted to try to change rooms, eventually got used to it. Opened to window to air the room out which was nice until we realized the smoking area was right there. Our room faced the parking lot. There were black out curtains, but maybe they are not large enough because our room was fairly bright all night. If you need a place to stay under a certain budget, it's alright, but worth another $50/night to stay somewhere else.

Very big room. Slightly outdated, but everything was clean and what we needed. Stayed on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator so beware if bringing large or heavy luggages. Did not hear the neighbors through the walls, but can hear people walking in the hallway and noises from loud cars.

Room was spacious with comfortable beds and sitting area. Room had coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The lobby had coffee 24 hours with comphy furniture and early newspaper. Breakfast was included and the hours were convenient to an early morning start.

The room was clean, linens and towels also clean. Probably some of the softest towels we have come across in a hotel room! That's the good. The bad - very hard mattress. No way to get a good nights sleep on that thing. Also the bed had a weird metal skirt around it. Every time you walked to the bed you would kick that metal skirt and it sounded like you just kicked large empty garbage can. Very weird way to skirt a bed. This hotel also allows dogs. Some of these dogs were not quiet dogs and were allowed to bark a lot. I am not sure if its because we booked via Expedia rather than directly with the hotel, but we were given a room right next to the side entry/exit door which was very loud as people just let that door slam. Maybe if we had booked directly, we would have been given a better room . . .

The air conditioner was very noisy and needed maintenance, the shower head was very loose and about ready to fall off, and there was a stain on the ceiling and the usb ports on the lamps were broken, bottom drawer in the dresser was broken off the slides

Older hotel. Needs updating. Reasonable for the price.

we needed a wheelchair accessible room for deaf and blind. they gave us a second floor room. One of us used the room one night of our stay and asked at the front desk for a first floor room with two queens. They gave us a one king room on first floor and offered us an exxtra night free. when I checked us out Sunday night, they told me I had to pay an extra $165. The lady at the front desk did not know about the promised extra night, and thought we were being rude. She did not understand deaf, so it was difficult to talk to her. She would not listen to me.

Great staff and check in. Nice room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Heater worked well. Shower was excellent. Could have used more towels. There was some junk left outside the back of the room. The parking awning leaked water all over my car.

The property itself was clean and sufficient, but the check in woman was absolutely rude to me. If she was having a bad day, I'm sorry...but she had no reason to treat me the way she did. She practically yelled at me and I did not yell at her, I just clammed up. I was so tired and distressed that I just about cried. She really should provide better customer service, because she provides the first impression of the hotel. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by hotel personal.

Greeted with polite professional service at check in. I received kind help with my luggage even when my accommodations were located on the second floor. Although located on a relatively busy street my room was quiet clean and comfortable.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. The room smelled as if it was just cleaned. Refreshing.

The night shift clerk that worked on 11/13. He was so nice and polite and had so much information around the area. The morning shift clerk, on 11/14 in the morning early shift. She was absolutely phenomenal, courteous, attentive and most of all showed the best customer service. I wish I took her name. She made me want to come back and book another hotel room The reason why she stood out, she went out of her way to help me check out when my sister-in-law was still in the room. I had to leave for work and she was willing to check me out as soon as she left.. She gave me clear instructions and she was able to check me out with no problem. She made all the breakfast area, so nice tidy, clean, and professional. I work in a visual atmosphere and marketing for a huge commercial multifamily company. And she stood out to me. Great job because of your service I’m gonna come back again!!

Needs updating. Room was decent but hotel wasn't very clean. Front desk woman was unwelcoming and downright RUDE.

They put us upstairs when I requested a downstairs room. Our reservation dates were wrong. They showed us checking out sunday when we actually weren't scheduled to check out until monday morning. This was confirmed when we checked in that we would not be leaving until monday morning. Still, they signed us out of the room sunday morning. Also, they should advertise the fact that they do not have an elevator. You don't put disabled people on the second floor if you don't have an elevator. I am a disabled person, and I had to carry all my luggage up the stairs. That was extremely difficult for me. I have a service animal and had to manage my service dog and my luggage up and down those stairs.

I was assigned a room, when I entered it was quite warm and had a musty smell. When I turned on the cooling unit allowed sound came every few minutes. I recorded the sound and went to the front desk. After explaining the situation and playing the sound, I was offered a second room. The second room was perfect: cool, a pleasant smell, and a very quiet cooling unit. I appreciate the quick response of the person at the front desk in taking care of what might have otherwise been an unpleasant situation.

A great area to get to and Farrah was awesome! We had never stayed here. Very close to McMenamins for a concert we attended.

Easy parking and a Burgerville drive thru connected to the parking lot!

Easy access to the concert venue. Very clean and hospitable.

The property was fine. It was very clean easily accessible and a great location.

Enjoyed our stay in Gresham. The hotel was conveniently located near areas of interest for us.

The air conditioner/heat was excellent, very quiet when turning on and off, especially nice for a lite sleeper. The room was clean, carpet vacuumed, but stained and needed a deeper clean. The sink had no stopper making it a challenge to keep items out of the drain. Staff were pleasant and efficient in their duties. The motel was in the direct path of the airport which sometimes sounded like the plane was barely overhead.

Location was great!

We had never visited Oregon before, and enjoyed our stay near Portland. We were a little concerned when we arrived to see several homeless people on the way, police arresting two people nearby, and razor wire around the next-door home supply business, but we didn't have any problems. The second day, there were some noisy guests, and a couple yelling at the receptionist, but the rest of our stay was quiet. The waiter at a nearby Red Lobster said that Gresham was much safer than Portland and a good place to stay. Heidi's was also a great restaurant. We're not used to big cities though. It was close to the Columbia River Gorge and a number of waterfalls. Be sure to also visit the Bonneville Dam and see the salmon swim upriver through their viewing windows. We wanted to see Mt. Hood, but because of a wildfire there, we drove to the beautiful Oregon coast instead. The Sea Lion Cave by Florence was awesome!

Was great for the price. Very convenient location for food and activities.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel’s hardware and fixtures are okay. The room services had the room for improvement. bathroom had no soap, no face towels. This hotel provided continental breakfast with few items. It did not have real butter, only margarines.

Very disapointed with there being no breakfast! Had looked forward to the convenience of having it available for on our stay. Was not informed that breakfast has not been served for a couple of years. If this is the standard now of not having breakfast availabe, then I would fully expect that the website should NOT say that breakfast is included! My choice of this hotel was based on the "breakfast included" stated on the website!

We stayed for several days . Room was nice, bedsheet had brown spots on it and was changed immediately on our request. Nice clean pool but have never seen anybody in it. Great housekeeping . Front desk staff impersonal. Breakfast had decent variety with hard boiled eggs and waffles. However it got less by the day. All over all a a decent experience.

It was an okay place to stay. Quite clean. Okay breakfast. Nice decor in the rooms and the entry lounge.

If you usually go to Motel 6 you will love this site. It is affordable and clean; and worn. The breakfast is meh. Coffee is meh... But...in keeping for the price; which is the only reason I would come back-the price is right

Room is roomy and clean with comfortable bed. Have refrigerator and microwave, which is very convenient. Continental breakfast selection is limited but is delicious.

Could have real creamer for the coffee and better choices for breakfast. Orange juice was watered down. The waffle was good but no meat or anything else.

Room was in need of fresh paint and a deep clean. My comforter had cigarette holes burned into it. They say they offer breakfast, they don’t. They are just milking that Covid excuse to hand out a granola bar instead.
