Breakfast had plenty of options. The bed was comfortable. I appreciate the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel as I hadn’t reserved a car until the next day. They gave me shuttle service back to the airport, so I could pick up a rental car.

They provided parking for our car and the next morning arranged for transportation to the nearby Redmond airport. Extremely great service. Will definitely stay there again if I need to travel.

The checkin was fast and the person who was there was very friendly. The room with double beds was nice and big enough. Beds were ok. The air conditionning was basic but it was working. There was a refrigarator and microwave in the room. The towels is the room were soft and clean it was nice. We were on the highway side but it was not too noisy for once. The pool was very nice for this level of hotel. It was clean and bigger than other motels. In addition the spa was clean and hot and it was working. In addition there was a lot of clean towels. Only point: the complimentaty breakfast was under usual Super 8 level. But we had a great stay there.

There was a noticeable moldy odor in our room which made it difficult to sleep. An additional blanket would have been appreciative to have as well. There was a stick in the window, which felt unsafe, as it appeared to be keeping the window from being open. The front desk staff was great and very helpful.

The room was filthy. Carpet, bathroom, bedding stunk so bad. Refrigerator didn’t work . Air conditioner smelled like mold when used for fan or heat . The only good thing was the front desk help. Noise complaint from multiple rooms finally was tended to at 11pm.

Staff was wonderful. Property was horrible. The caulking around the toilet was black. The rug in the room was a disaster waiting to happen - tripping factor. The rug had urine smell in it - I would walk over a portion and the smell wafted upward. The a/c stopped working in the middle of the night. The pillows were like styrofoam peanuts. I had to moosh the pillow each night to get them into a pocket for my head. Would not stay here again.

We were first put in to a "pet" room. The rugs were dirty, the chair arms were chewed up and the toilet seat had a chunk out of it. The lady on duty did move us to another room but the carpets still need to be replaced. The furnishings in general were pretty shabby. Not the quality of motels we are accustomed too. We will be more careful in choosing our places to stay in the future.

Dirty and worn out tape holding bedside counter top on and sticky the sheets were dirty and stained the floor was dirty and worn out and no usb charging port to be found but the front desk gal was super nice and loaned me one.

Right next to the highway and heard truck noise all night long. Coffee in the morning was really not good. On the plus side, the bed was pretty comfortable and the room was apportioned well.

My experience was pretty great given the fact that this is not a fancy property. Brandy checked me in and she was super friendly and positive. They were kind and professional and helped my schedule my airport shuttles seamlessly. Bed was super comfortable after a long day of travel and I also met some very nice fellow guests at the morning breakfast all making for a great experience for a value hotel!

This was a nice hotel with very nice and helpful staff. I would highly recommend it if you are needing an airport hotel, or even a good hotel between Bend and Redmond. Applebees, a sushi restaurant and good Mexican restaurant are all across the street. I stayed because I had a 5am flight and they took me to the airport at 3:30 am

We decided to try Super 8 for the price based on positive comments in reviews. While not luxury it was clean, new carpet, new bathroom shower (very clean), new bathroom floor. Typical simple breakfast options that were available starting at 6am, and a free shuttle arranged to get to the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very welcoming, especially Joanne, who made our experience even better. The hotel was fully booked on the day we visited, so parking was a bit challenging, but overall we had a wonderful time

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The front desk staff that checked us in was great. We asked for an extra towel and we had to come down to grab it. The location seemed safe. Right near the airport as well as only 2 min drive from the lava tube caves. Breakfast in the morning was just prepackaged bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal and a make your own pancake station. Decent breakfast.

Rooms were clean and comfy beds. I expected more for the breakfast. It was more a continental type breakfast except with cereal and pancakes. Not a full breakfast at all. Was a bit disappointed in that. Luckily there are lots of places nearby if you want to spend extra money.
