This is my preferred resort to stay at when I'm in the area for work. Love the resort grounds and the rooms are very comfortable. Staff is always very accommodating and courteous. Good place to relax at after a day of work.

Stayed 3 nights

This was the second time we stayed here, the rooms are very very cold feeling. Not cozy what so ever. I booked a double queen bed room, but got one king. W didn’t mind because our toddler sleeps with us. The room however was dirty. Thick dust under the vanity in the bedroom, bathroom was gross. Behind and around the toilet doesn’t get wiped. Mold growing in the shower, floors looked so dirty as well. The AC was nice but it blows right at the bed so we froze most of the night but have to have the air going to sleep. Breakfast was decent but I paid for the breakfast package but when I checked in the front desk didn’t tell me anything about breakfast so when we went to eat the next morning we had to figure it out from the waitress that we had to get a breakfast voucher. Then the guy at the front desk had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. I paid almost $600 for 3 nights and just wasnt the happiest with our stay. I’d highly recommend training your staff better, keeping people in the loop on policies and making sure your housekeepers are doing their jobs correctly. And update the rooms. For as much money as they cost, it shouldn’t feel like a mental institution. There is also zero ventilation in the bathrooms. So anytime someone uses the bathroom there is no fan. No window. It’s gross.
