Nice amenities on the property. Time to update the rooms and room features. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Very relaxed vibe. Nice golf, pools, walking trails. Good dining options in Redmond about ten minutes away. Aerie cafe in lodge good for a basic breakfast at a reasonable cost. We will be back.

I enjoyed the facilities. Lots of swimming options, gyms, tennis and lots of golf. I do not play golf, but the grounds are beautiful. Walking trails near the hotel are easier than the ones near the indoor pool.

The Lodge Resort Gold Course was fantastic! Also, the spa and massage was wonderful! The property is VERY spread out. We didn't have a car during our stay and a walk from the lodge to the spa is about 15 minutes and up hill. They offer a shuttle but it isn't always available. The breakfast cafe in the lodge is short staffed and the service is extremely slow. There are two lovely restaurants (not affiliated with the lodge) that are a couple minute walk. We ate at these other restaurants our entire stay and we HIGHLY recommend them, Silverleaf Cafe & Niblick & Greenes.

The amenities at the resort are nice the rooms are outdated and are in desperate need of updating the beds are uncomfortable but the pool and spa and golf make it easier to overlook the 80’s decor and beds

We were sadly disappointed in our room. Stayed at eagle crest before had a great report. This stay the carpet was filthy.Looked like it had not been vacuumed. The headboard was falling apart. The bathtub was stained and dirty. There was a hole in the door like someone had tried to kick it in. Paint was peeling off the outside of the room door.There was some sort of generator outside of our room that kept turning on most of the night so it was very noisy.

The room was not cleaned properly. Ants in the bathroom. Dirty q-tip in the bedroom. Crumbs on the couch and on the floor in front of the couch. The couch was not comfortable at all.

Looked really nice when booking but it’s really old. Bed sheets had hair many it was gross!!! switched room bed still had some hairs not as bad. I would never stay or recommend due to cleanliness.

The check in was highly disorganized. We got there about 45 minutes early and were told the cleaners were in our rooms, and would be ready by 4 (check in time). We came back at 4:10 and only one room of our 2 was ready. It was another half hour before the 2nd room was ready. The rooms were not very clean (dirt on carpet, moldy shower, filthy bathroom floor, dust on furniture). Sink backs up. We were there for a family reunion and the variety of pools and recreational opportunities were great for the kids. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

The bathroom was gross. There was no fan, and mold clearly growing in the grout, and corners of the shower. Absolute years of neglect and lack of maintenance. The toilet was also extremely, possibly designed for a toddler. The bathroom floor and kitchen area floor was greasy and needed to be wiped down with towels in order to be safe to walk on. The bed appeared to be clean thank goodness and we were provided with bedding for the hide a bed when asked. However, we booked the room for 3 people so we shouldn't have had to ask, the bedding should have been provided already.

The bathroom was infested with ants, the room was absolutely the smallest room possible for 4 people and a dog. No microwave. Very limited places to plug in power cables. Overall was a terrible terrible experience and I will not go back.

There was mold in the shower. The headboards were peeling material off of them. The phone light flashed red all night and could not be turned off. There were no usable outlets, electronics had to be plugged in a power strip. This is definitely a violation of fire code. The mini frig ran loud.

The shower floor and walls in our room were moldy and dirty. The rest of room was clean but it needs to be updated. There was decent coffee and breakfast food available at the cafe. The pool area and grounds area were nice and clean

Nice property but the hotel feels severely outdated and lacking some very common modern amenities - no streaming channels, no USB or phone chargers in the rooms. Bathrooms were clean for the most part, but I saw some mold around the edges of the shower. It’s a nice place, remote and out there, but I would definitely consider other options next time.

Rooms can do with upgrades, like usb adapters, bigger tvs and hardwood flooring instead of carpets. Carpets are bad with pets, not everyone trains their pets not to urinate in bedrooms and the smell does not go away, do tile or pet proof flooring would be a big plus.

The staff were great but lots of problems with room keys deactivating, we noticed other guests having similar problems. I’m sure it’s frustrating for the staff but they were always kind and professional! The rooms are a little outdated but very clean and spacious, would definitely stay here again, great value for the price!

Beautiful resort but the room was outdated, dingy… had Loose tile in the shower and random pieces of trim falling off and areas in the room in need of general repair. Not cozy feeling and bed and blankets were not comfortable for a resort along with the price that was paid. View on the balcony was of a parking lot… walking around the grounds was nice but will not stay again not worth the price. Positive note was that it’s quiet and the grounds were beautiful

The shower fan area and sliding glass door was very dirty. The TV size looked like a computer monitor. The bathroom vanity area is completely inadequate, no space at all for a women's things. No plug ins at vanity, and poor lighting.

There are 2 sides to the lodge rooms on the first floor. One has a beautiful view of the golf course, the other has a view of a dirt wall. We got the wall view. It made the room very dark and dingy feeling. I tried to call to get the room switched when we entered, but the phone in the room did not work. I was so tired at that point I did not feel like walking all the way back to the front desk so we just let it go. The grounds are very nice, I would just suggest pinning down your room location.

Good - the resort is very nice, the golf courses looked to be in great shape, and lots of options for family activities. The not-so-good - the WiFi in our room was unusable, some repairs can be done (saggy carpeting in hallways, etc.), and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Check in process was slow and we were told our room would be ready in an hour 3 hours in a row. Housekeeping services are only available for 4 night stays. I would expect more for the price we paid. We stayed here several times years ago and felt it has not kept up with the quality of service. The grounds are beautiful however.

I arrived at the property at 3 an hour before check in, was told the room was not yet ready. No problem came back at 4 was old that there were only 2 house cleaners for the property and the room was not yet ready. It should be ready by 4:30. Came back at 4:30 room was STILL not ready. I was finally able to get into the room at 5:30. The staff treated us like because we booked on a third party site that we were less than. They offered a $20 coupon for breakfast the next day. Thinking that this would fix the inconvenience. There were shoe prints on the ceiling, used tissues left behind. Buttons in the phone were missing. Picture frame was out of sorts. Definitely not worth the money spent. I would compare this property with a motel 6. Unfortunate.

The staff are some of the most rude I have ever encountered in the hotel business. They checked us in almost two hours late and offered no compensation. When we finally got to our room the carpet had sticky spots and there was a used towel left in the bathtub. The beds are comfortable and amenities nice but everything closes promptly at 8:45pm or sooner. Overall not a well ran hotel and there are much nicer (both hospitality and room wise) places to stay for what you pay to stay here. Absolutely not worth it. Will not stay again

Beautiful location, however I was surprised to find all the restaurants including the bar closed at 8p, so we had to drive into town for dinner. Hot tub closed at 9p, so we basically weren't able to take advantage of any facilities. Breakfast was convenient but super slow. It took almost 45 minutes to get our food. In short, when driving through, the lack of conveniences aren't worth the extra expense. Maybe if we were staying for a weekend and golfing? Other resorts are closer to Bachelor. Other hotels are more walkable to Bend or Sisters.

Our room was filthy. The phone was broken. We went to a restaurant on site could not get served. There was four tables that had never been cleaned.We were ignored by the staff never offered a table when they cleaned one.

We loved our stay at Eagle Crest! It was older, but well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There's an amazing trail around the property that winds next to a nature preserve. So many deer! The cafe for breakfast was really nice and good food. There's two other restaurants - a bar combo and a nice sit down restaurant. We didn't go to the bar since it was me and my 18yo son. But the main restaurant had excellent food and service. Highly recommend the place as a whole!

The price was spendy for what we could do with having a dog with us. We had fun on the putting course but the holes were not marked clearly at all. There was no breakfast included in the price of the room. And the only cafe serving breakfast was overpriced, the food wasn’t good, and the service was extremely slow. The headboard in our room was extremely worn out and we couldn’t lower the temperature for the air conditioner.

The property was away from town. Very quiet and nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I did not have much time here so I did not get to explore all of the options. The restaurant was awful! Expensive and my ribs were worse than jerky. The brussel sprouts did have any sauce

Feels like it was built in the 80s and has not been updated since. Shower plumbing was backwards so cold water came out when it should have been hot. Employees on property were not aware of anything outside of their job. Only 2 restaurants on property. Both essentially the same. Doubles as a time share property so be aware.
