Older motel, have done a good job bring it to a more modern look. Parking is a bit tedious for motorcycles. But was priced right, and comfortable.

We made a last minute reservation while on the road We checked in about 3AM just to get a few hours sleep and shower before continuing our trip. Impressed with the easy ck in, cleanliness and pet policy. Only downside is if you’re towing or have non standard size vehicle you have to park off site. Luckily the restaurant next door had space for us. The gentleman that checked us in let us know before we started our cl in process. Great customer service….especially since I’m sure we woke him up and he had the observation skills to let us know!

The room was not completely clean plus the towels and shower curtain had noticeable stains on them. Never was told the ice machine wasn’t available after 9pm.

Parking was very limited. Too close to the road. It was very noisy because of all the traffic. Would not give a 1st floor room when requested, steps are very hard for me to climb.

Sheets and pillow cases were stained, asked for fresh and they came while we were out and threw the clean ones ine the table. Microwave, fridge and coffee pot were all filthy. TV screen has a black line halfway down the center of the screen. Hotel backs up to a hill that in coming down and caution tape up. We would have happily ate the cost of the one night to stay somewhere else for the night but couldn't find any available rooms near by. I was also told they put a hold on my credit card until room was inspected by cleaning lady after we check out in case there was any damage. I took pictures if everything. They better not charge me.

Check in was simple and staff are friendly. The property is super clean and recently painted/updates. Water pressure is perfect, beds were comfortable enough to sleep on. Everything works and it was quiet all night. Thumbs up from us!

The night clerk was very helpful and friendly. Problem was the room was disgusting. No soap in the room for washing, tub was dirty, pink soap scum on the built in shelf. Rug was so gross you didn’t want to take your shoes off. Smelled like someone just cooked in there. Tried to run the fan to get rid of smell and it blew curtains up for world to see inside the room. The bathroom slopes down like the building is falling off the mountain. No blankets. I did not call office as I was desperate for a room - I am annoyed that my points were used to go towards this sty. Price was not accurate as Expedia said room was 55 but the it went up to 88 and the “discounted” because of points….

I dont like leaving negative reviews however everything about the room was poor. Carpeting had multiple dark stains. The sheets and pillows were pilled and wrinkled, and the bottom sheets had multiple hair strands . The room smelled. The staff person was apologetic and refunded our "discounted" price of $162.00. I would not recommend staying here.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The rooms stunk like cat urine and smoke despite having policies that state no pets or smoking. There were drug addicts and sketchy people everywhere lurking around. My door handle was broken. The carpet was stained with god knows what and the toilet was not cleaned had had dried feces in it. Super unsafe, dirty, and stinks! I had to leave it was so bad and I wanted a refunded for not staying and the lady told me to email her boss. I did and they did not even have the courtesy to email me back, apologize for the horrid nature of their building or provide a refund. Stay anywhere but here the photos and reviews are NOT accurate!!!

The shower had no hot water! I was in 203, he then tried to call people who had reservations and move me to 205 but I had to wait 1.5 hrs before he could try. I was exhausted and had to stay awake after a 12hr drive, the second room also had the same issue. The gentleman tried but it seems to be a property issue. I opted not to move but was unable to shower in cold water. Would not stay again! Office is also dark and locked by 5pm and was not open when I left at 10am still. Very hands off and unable to accommodate easily. Room was updated and clean just no hot water at all.

It wasn’t in the best location of town. Homeless everywhere. Old hotel. Outside was rough looking. Curtains were thin and one side only had a black out curtain that was stuck together in places like it was glued together. Front door jammed and was very hard to open. Rip in the comforter. The coffee pot was disgustingly dirty and had slug in the bottom of it. Not a place I would recommend or would stay in again. The woman that checked is in was very nice and polite and helpful.

I am a single female senior citizen traveling with my dog. The hotel is very old and in a run-down area of Roseburg. The breakfast that was offered sounded like granola bars available in the hotel office starting at 10:00 am. I could not tell from the on-line pictures how mediocre the hotel was. I left by 4:30 am the next day due to my discomfort with the whole situation and won't be staying here again.

I liked that it was affordable and very close to a lot of different restaurants, stores, and entertainment options. It was VERY noisy with traffic on the main road and, it could definitely use better sound proofing.

We arrived early and although we had to wait for the front desk agent, they allowed us to check in about an hour early. The room was big, the decor was fun, and the bed was decent. At 6am in the morning the toilet clogged and we had to use all our towels to clean up the floor. We called the front desk and they brought a plunger right away and some extra towels. But they never brought us clean ones to use to shower. This hotel is conveniently located in town and not far from restaurants and shopping.

The pictures are deceiving. There is no breakfast and the covered bridge is 45 miles away. The rooms were older but clean. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly. Very affordable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Number one no one has ever there! Number two you list that there's breakfast and there isn't any breakfast and nobody's there to allow you to get in to get your cereal bowl box as it is. Three I will guarantee that I'll never stay there again!
