The company seems to have understaffed the location. Also, the reason we chose it was the pool but it was too cold to go in despite it being a very hot day out. Heat the pool or don't have one. Or call it a cold plunge instead.

Pool had a rim of brown filth just above the waterline, carpets throughout were filthy, daughters both woke with bug bites on their arms, look like spider bites. Breakfast had a good selection, service was standard. Won’t stay here again. I’m not sure why it has such good reviews.

Sadly we drove hours to stay here for Mother’s Day only to purchase two rooms, one that had a dirty towel under the bathroom cabinet on the floor the other had a dirty bathtub. We had to drive and purchase cleaners and a towel to clean ourself . We said nothing as the front desk seemed bothered by much interaction. We would suggest a different location and this used to be our favorite place to stay when we came through last time.

Bath didn't drain correctly - not sure how you clean an room and not notice the bath isn't draining at all. Makes me wonder if the bath got cleaned in the first place.

I had bitter experience with my stay there, staff are not friendly and treated as if I don't belong there. Probably, because of my skin color. Even though neighborhood felt safe and close to shopping center, AC in the room was noisy and had to stay in the same room even after complaining it multiple times. Staff said that (noise) is an expected thing in this hotel and they can't do much.

Great staff, nice hotel except the rooms are really small and the beds are very uncomfortable. Especially the pillows. Woke up with the worst back ache and stiff neck. But overall not a bad hotel just thinking for the price nicer bedding would have been nice.

Room was really clean and comfortable; spacious bathroom and plenty of counter space in the room for suitcases and bags. The free breakfast was great. Will def stay here again next time we are passing thru.

Pros:. Convenient...plenty of parking...clean...walk-in shower feature great...very nice support staff...good breakfast options... Cons:. Hard bed...not original Hampton Bed as advertised...Hilton and Expedia websites advertise 2 queen bed rooms have walk-in showers, but staff informed me none of these 2 queen bed rooms have walk-in showers...only tub/shower combos...manager never responded to issues even after 5 days of leaving messages, Eastside of building entrance has 2 stairs to enter and no ramp for those who may need one..location is next to freeway and at times noisy...

The only problem I had was during check out. The person at the desk was checking out another person. I stood for 15 min with no acknowledgement as they chatted. She gives her her bill still continuing to chat and I finally just put my card on the counter and walked away. Still dont know if they checked me out

I was forced to stay in a terrible room that I did not book. I wasn’t compensated for that night. It was a mistake on the property staff that was working on 8th of September late at night before midnight. I booked my stay months ago and prepaid it. It was over 300$ a night. The woman that was working said we overbooked the hotel this weekend so I have to move you to a different room. It was a handicapped room that a dog stayed in the previous night. I wasn’t told this info prior to sleeping there. I’m allergic! The bed was a box spring! Why did I get moved? That’s ridiculous! I’ve stayed in this location several times and never had a bad room or bed. I won’t ever stay there again!

Excellent service by Jarrett on arrival or departure. Clean room and a comfortable bed. The free breakfast was pretty impressive! A wide selection of food and drink. I was super excited that I could have cereal because they had non-dairy milk options! The first time I've seen this and super considerate.

Located just off of I-5, very convenient. Very clean. We checked in later than usual but the front desk was cool and it was a pleasant experience to interact with them. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. They also have hot coffee available 24*7. Will definitely visit again.

This is a new, modern Hampton, among the nicest accommodations in the Roseburg area, though also higher in price. The location is convenient, right off the Interstate, near fuel, food, etc. The property was very clean.

HI Breakfast's are always a disappointment and this was no exception. The coffee was awful, the good barely edible but the service person was terrific. The other bummer was the "pet area" - a small strip of grass that you had to walk over pavement to get to.

Check in 3:00 Check out 12:00 Usually 4:00/ 11:00 or 10:00 So appreciate the prompt attention from Robyn when we arrived. Breakfast on a slow Monday morning was made delightful with Kathy’s help. All in all, a grand mini vacation.
