The rooms are not clean and very noisey. The hotel has not refunded my deposit and refuse to help me get it back or help in any way shape or form. I cannot even get through to anyone helpful by phone. I was on a call for over a half hour and transffered three times with no one able or willing to help me.

Hot tub was warm enough, but jets not working. Door to outside patio was wired shut. One couldn't get out if fire or other emergency. Walls very thin, could hear people in next room talking and giggli g and their tv. Place was clean, but dated. Little things needed repaired.
