The front desk was not particularly friendly, no wiggle room for late check out, even with lots of empty rooms, breakfast was mediocre at best, the elevator was broken, which was okay or us, but other guests could definitely have benefited from it working properly.

Hot tub was closed even though website states that it is open year round. Jetted tub in the bathroom was a joke and would only be comfortable if you are 5 foot or under. The room was freezing even after turning the heat up to 75 in the room.

Facility advertised having Electric Vehicle plug-ins; that was entire reason I booked at this Hotel. In reality, they did NOT have any availability for an EV plug-in. I was very disappointed, cancelled my stay, and stayed elsewhere.

Elevator was not functioning the whole time of our stays and days leading to our stay as I did receive a call to notify me it was down. When I got to my room the tv stopped working called front desk to be told to push random buttons and be told that as the said they didn’t know what they were talking about after I tried it and then mentioned they were in the middle of switching providers so hopefully it will come back for you but never did. The tub had a steady drip leaking the whole stay. I was offered another from the second now to the third floor. As it wasn’t hard enough carrying our belongings up flights of stairs to the second floor they wanted us to move them to another flight of stairs. We suffered through and stayed in that room in order to not have to pack up and move rooms.

Elevator was broken, I had a 3rd floor room. A few other things were not in working order. For one of the nicer hotels in town it seemed runned down.Staff was great and the breakfast was good but for the price I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The carpet on the stairs is filthy, the muddy floor in the elevator was not cleaned in the 3 days we were there, the jets in the jetted tub in our room were brown with crud. The furniture in our room was beat up looking,and a drawer in the dresser kept opening on its own.I'm a long time BW member, and this hotel did not measure up to the usual BW standard.

While the person who checked me in was very nice, the first impression I had was that she was wearing a very dirty apron. All seemed ok until I walked into the room. The smell was like a hospital room. Overpowering medicinal smell along with the smell of the cheapest cleaners possible. My stay was during the bomb cyclone and I still opened my window to be able to breathe.

The server in the kitchen was Fantastic!!! Smiles, great food and kept the are clean, truly enjoyed our breakfast each morning. She was a delight! The carpets were dirty, and stair case felt rackety. Our bathroom still had hair in the tub.

Decent breakfast, close to shopping and I-5. Outdated rooms, super hard bed, limited and light weight bedding, small bed pillows, no wi-fii or updated tv channels, tv sound did not work and had to switch rooms. Better rooms unoccupied but due to limited staffing; were not clean and could not upgrade. We will not stay again.

This was definitely nicer than i expected from Best Western. I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, smells nice, modern rooms, spacious, mediocre breakfast. The only complaint was the bed was too hard and i didnt care for the pillows so i didnt sleep well.

We had a suite which was very roomy. Very quiet, we never heard anything from other rooms or in the hallway. The check in staff was very helpful when we needed to make room adjustments. Room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good, wish they had hot oatmeal instead of instant but they had waffles and eggs bacon and sausage. Dennys was right next door. Very comfortable beds. Only drawback was tiny pillows instead of regular pillows and they were very uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly and room was clean, however, the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. Also, our room was near the ice machine and everytime someone used it (late and afterhours when most people are sleeping), it made a large noise. The ceiling was also thin as we could hear the people above us running around (again, after 1am when we were trying to sleep) The tv was quite small and there was no dvd player. Families with young kids would appreciate having a larger tv and dvd to keep the kids pre-occupied. The pet fee should be less, around $25 per night as opposed to $40. We had stayed in Seaside the days before and the room was cheaper, had a much larger tv with dvd player and the pet fee was $25 per night.

i had an issue with my hotel reservation through expedia, Dani and Maria at the front desk gave me the phone to expedia and went ahead and booked us a room, while we waited for expedia to resolve the payment issue which took our an hour. They were friendly and extremely helpful.

The lobby was nice looking but that was about it. The elevator was broken. For nearly $300 a night: The bathroom door hit the floor and wouldn’t shut. All pillows identical, as cheap as they come. The barking dog in the next room went right through the paper this walls. The breakfast was cheap (e.g., soggy home fries). A paper check-in system that seem to be the cause of my given the wrong room key. I found that out when I opened the door and someone laying on the bed yelled out “wrong room!” I have had terrible luck with Best Westerns Oregon. Over priced with lots of problems. I travel a lot and unfortunately sometimes they are the only option. I’d feel more forgiving if the price was 50% less but for premium prices it needs to be a premium hotel.

Prior to checking in, I called the hotel many times but nobody answered. When we got to the hotel, nobody was there that we have to ring the bell. At night of our stay, the fire alarm went off. We hurriedly came out of the room. we wanted to know what happened but Nobody cared to inform us what happened. We checked in with then front desk and told us somebody was playing around. It should've been better if they told us right away instead of waiting on the lobby.

The breakfast was the poorest we have had. We always stay at Best western but never this one again. We just live down the road from it. The attendant at night was great. The attendant during morning spent all her time on her cell phone and refused to give me a simple bottle of water. Oh well never again.

Doors are thin, sound travels into room very easily. We got to breakfast shortly after 9am, hash browns and bacon was finished, nothing replenished unlike other BW properties once a chafing dish is empty it is promptly filled up again.
