Rooms smelled bad. Asked for rooms to be together but ended up down the hall from each other. Staff was friendly. However the pictures online were not accurate. Hot tub never got hot. Definitely not up the the Ramada name. Will look elsewhere next time. Outside security door never locked.

This was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in. Blown lightbulbs in the lamps. Hair in the shower. The room smelled bad. Carpets were dirty. Very dusty. Stuff under the bed I’m assuming from previous guest. Ice machine is not working. They provided carts for you to bring your luggage in, but the parking lot was full of potholes so that was useless. Hot tub was broke. It was just nasty.

At best I would rate this a 3. The property looked unkept, the parking lot was pretty broken up. The security door at my end of the building didn't work and anyone could enter and the stairwell was dirty. I had a nice size centipede running around my bathroom. The pool and hot tub area were nice and the front desk staff were curtious. Looks like the place is due for some updates.

The front desk lady’s couldn’t help me I couldn’t get extra towels there were no pool towels the hot tub had dirt all around it someone literally wrote there name in the filth ! My room was dirty under bed and had a stain on the carpet ! Breakfast was supposed to be open at 7 didn’t open till 8 and they closed at 9 and the elevators were both broke so had to walk up and down the steps ! Also the people who work there take there kids to work with them !

Found hairs in the sheets in the bed. We went to walmart and bought sheets and a comforter and put it over top of there stuff. Stayed 1 night. That was enough for us. Very outdated and dirty

Our biggest issue was that the hotel smelled quite bad in the lobby and first floor hallway - like a mix of industrial-dishwasher-at-the-end-of-the-night and weed. We also smelled weed in the parking lot on our way in. The hallway walls, floor, and stairwell did not appear to be clean and were poorly lit. Our room itself did appear clean and did not smell, but our first impression had already soiled our stay. We checked out 15min after checking in and found other lodging. One additional issue is that we were uncomfortable with how isolated this location felt - it was not near other hotels or any dining locations, and the property was entirely surrounded by trees and was not visible from the main road.

Checked into our room and it wasn’t clean. Trash was full, bed was unmade, dirty towels on the ground, and food crumbs all over. I asked for a refund immediately and the lady at the front desk was very nice and provided that for me. We then went to another hotel not far away.

I had registered in advance online. I arrived late and it was their last room. The lobby was filthy and the hotel was enormous with only about a dozen cars out front. We got to the room and the beds were slept in and there were empty beer cans all over. We went back to front desk to learn they had no other rooms. In the end we learned that more than 1/2 the rooms in the hotel were decommissioned. We ultimately got a room from another reservation which smelled like chlorine and was 85 degrees.

The hotel is absolutely filthy. Disgusting and I would not recommend anybody. There is mold growing in the bathroom, crusty all over the wall, the curtain was so disgusting and so dirty that it wouldn't fold over like fabric. It stayed straight. There stands all over the carpet, and the furniture has clearly not been wiped down.

You could tell this place was cool 20 years ago. The lady at the front desk puts forth a nice effort and is kind. The bartender is nice. Beyond that. This place should be quarantined. It’s filthy. Outdated in every possible way. This was our second stay simply because it is the most convenient place to stay for race weekends. But the carpet is gross in the hallways. Like crack house nasty. The walls are worse. The lobby is beat down , the restaurant /bar would be fun at a campground but it is not acceptable for a hotel stay. This chain should be ashamed of themselves. Unfortunately we will stay here again as it is the only option next to super 8 and other drug and prostitution facilities.

Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel itself is a bit dated, and could use some repair. There is a bar in the center of building and if you have a room nearby expect laughing and banging until 1am. I was disappointed overall. Would not stay here again.

My room was next to the pool which was open until 11 PM! Very noisy! When the pool closed, people sat around a table outside my room until midnight one night! Hard to sleep.Pool should close no later than 10. Parking lot is huge and pavement is crumbling.No landscaping to speak of. Not attractive. In fact, my first impression was of a haunted hotel, so barren looking. The view from parking lot is of a rusting, unused bridge.Mu bed had no undercarriage.It was low to the ground, like an air mattress almost.Hardly ever saw staff.Didn'y know breakfast was served. No mention of it by anyone or no sign except one in chalk which pointed the wrong way. Road leading to hotel was crumbling. Hard to find road amidst construction.

We had a room advertised as accessible. In most ways it was exactly that. But, the bed was the highest I've ever seen. I'm 5' 9" talk, and my feet were at least 6 inches from the floor when I sat on that bed.

The room smelled bad, the HVAC system didn't work properly. There were dogs barking all 3 nights between 9:30 and 11:00 in the hotel. I don' t think I will stay there if I come back to the race track next year.

The rooms were clean and check in was quick. Went to the bar and it was steady, not overly busy, had a good meal and a couple of drinks. Kelsey was great. Called the front desk in the am to check out and Christine was polite and thanked me for my stay. All in all a good stay.

The outside looks ran down and not maintained , we were a bit confused as to if we were at the right place at first. Unfortunately The landscaping and outside of the building didnt look cared for , parking lot needs repairs. The actual room itself was fine, it was clean , clean sheets etc and the bathroom was clean too. We only stayed for 1 night. But I will say The staff was very kind to us and helped us with whatever we needed , very nice people. I actually booked a room for the wrong night and they were very accommodating and helped me correct the problem.

The staff here were OUTSTANDING. They made every accommodation possible to ensure a good stay. They provide a very good breakfast, the room was clean and served it's purpose. There was a loud crowd one of the nights and the smell or weed was very strong in some areas. Overall a good stay.

First off I walked into the hotel lobby and it smelled like cigarettes, then the parking lot wasn't well lit and was full of potholes and not even 10 minutes after check in I went down to the car to grab some things and there were 3 police cars in the parking lot. There were several people yelling and running down the hallway all night and people screaming outside, dogs barking. Very sketchy area. On top of that our door wouldn’t even lock because it wouldn’t close all the way. There were many broken items in this hotel such as the elevator, ice machine, bathrooms, etc.

We were racing at the nearby track Pitt. For the price and location, you are not going to beat this place. Really enjoyed the food and bar (limited days). But plenty of other dining options within 5-10 min drive. Not the best looking place when you pull up. The rooms are nice, clean and all you really need.

Where to start... The room/hotel is filthy (everywhere), the room AC unit did not work, was able to unplug and plug it back in to get it to work. When it came on it smelled like something dead was inside of it. Once you shut the "barn style" bathroom door, it was a joke trying to get it back open. I literally thought I was locked in. The bar restaurant food was disgusting. I ordered the Philly cheese steak. Over cooked and tasteless. I'm going to restrain myself from giving an honest opinion regarding the barmaid and service, but it's not good! The breakfast was a joke. What I thought was yogurt, was orange juice in a yogurt container that says Yogurt! Assuming there was mix up on the factory line, so this hotel bought them! The only thing edible was the box cereal. That was even a joke because there were no bowls! So, I had to put the cereal in a coffee cup to eat it. Additionally, you could not put enough creamer in the coffee to change the color, yet tasteless.. absolutely terrible! No surprise, when I went to check out, I was not asked how I enjoyed my stay. I think the know better. This place needs to be condemned and torn down!

The best part of this stay was the hot tub! But I also enjoyed a maple bacon burger in the bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot is a bit rough, but you can see they are attempting to fix it. The rooms were clean and breakfast was standard for most hotels.

The stay was fine. That was very nice. The hotel is dated but is fine. I would stay there again. Only complain would be limited opportunity to eat at the hotel between breakfast and dinner. The lack of vending machines or ways to eat lunch makes it hard.

Not a bad hotel really. Rooms close to the pool or the inside are loud at times when families bring their kids for pool parties etc. We like the rooms on the outside for this reason, unless there is an event with no kids then the inside area is best 😊. Breakfast buffet is usually really good and the hotel bar is nice and the bartenders are great!

The property was run down and some of the staff were very rude. The rooms close to the pool are very difficult to relax in as the noise level from the pool is excessive and can last from 7am until 11pm as the quiet hours are only 11pm to 7am. There is a statement that guests that make excessive noise that disturbs other guests will be removed from the hotel - this is not true. I was told that it was my choice to take a poolside room, which was untrue and a very unprofessional comment to make. When I booked the room, it was the only type of room available. The restaurant advertised is open for very limited hours. I will not stay at this location ever again.
